本学期我担任五年级的数学教学工作，时间飞逝，转眼间半个学期的时间已过，现就这半学期的教学工作情况总结整理。上半学期以来，我根据不同学生的数学学习情况，培养他们的数学学习习惯，根据实际情况制定不同目标。经过我和孩子们的共同努力，五年级所有学生的数学成绩都有了很大的提高。我的做法如下:
一、以课堂为核心，提高教学效率
1、认真备课。认真准备课堂内容，做到具有实效性。对于没有带过五年级数学的我来说，对人教版的教材比较陌生，要想在课堂上运用自如，课下必须下足功夫，所以我熟读教材，掌握每一部分知识在单元中、在整册书中的地位、作用。思考学生怎样学，学生将会产生什么疑难，该怎样解决。课下，针对在课堂上出现的问题及时进行反思为什么，究竟是我的教学方法有问题，还是没有把握住教材的重难点，然后在下节课查缺补漏。此外，在备课本中我体现教师的引导，学生的主动学习过程。再联系以前的教学经验认真设计练2、上课。
（1）充分利用教学资源，我在教学中积极利用形象教学的动感性，直观性，尽可能的把教学中的重难点，简单化，然学生对数学充满兴趣，在轻松的课堂中掌握知识。
（2）创设各种情境，激发学生思考。在教学中我注重利用学生身边的事和数来创设问题情境，对高年级的孩子来说，动手操作比说教更能吸引他们的注意，让学生动手操作激发学生的学习兴趣，然后放手让学生去探究，在自主探索中获取知识，获得快乐。
（3）注重评价。在平时的课堂教学中，我采用一些奖励措施对学生进行评价。根据每个学生在课堂上的不同表现，采用加分的形式对其进行鼓励，每个学生都渴望被表扬鼓励，老师不经意的一句鼓励可能对孩子产生很大的鼓励作用。所以，在课堂上我不会吝啬我的掌声、我的微笑。
3、作业批改。与上学期相比，本学期在作业方面进行了多方面的改变，注重了作业的实效性、情感性、沟通交流性。作业本不仅是检查学生学习内容的掌握情况、还是我和学生情感交流的通道、教师改进教学的镜子。我从不搞题海战术，每次的作业量不大但我要求他们要有质量，通过作业本，我会发现学生在哪些知识点上掌握的不够，需要在下节课上加以强调。同时我也注重作业的评价，对做得好的表扬称赞，给个“优”字，做得不好的加油鼓励。每个学生的数学程度不同，所以辅导时也不可能同步，后进生辅导课次数比较多一些，然后让他们反复练习一些较容易的题目，增强他们的信心。
二、注重学生习惯的养成
良好的学习习惯，可以使学生轻松快捷地学好知识；不良的学习习惯，不仅增加学生学习的负担，而且有损于学生的身心健康。如果学生具有良好的学习习惯，那么学习知识就会事半功倍。所以在本学期，我非常注重培养学生的学习习惯。例如，认真书写、上课认真听讲、积极回答问题、及时总结反思、学会阅读课本等一般习惯养成和特殊习惯养成，并在各方面都有了不同程度的提高。学生接受知识更快更有效了。
三、积极提高自身修养
1、不断充实自己。学如“逆水行舟，不进则退”，时代在变迁，如果不及时充实自己的大脑，你就会被淘汰。所以，在本学期上学以来我认真阅读学校订阅的一些小学教育报，周末时间认真查看社会为我们提供的丰富的网络教育资源。

一、认真备课、面向全体授课

附加阅读：英语作文写作技巧
要善于模仿
一些同学的办法往往是背一堆范文，然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作，真正的模仿重点永远要放在一定的句式结构上，而非个别的词汇。有一个句式说：“…for the simple reason that…”表示某种现象的原因是什么，用在高考写作中，我们就可以拿来解释为什么自行车在中国如此的.流行：“The bicycle is very popular in China for the simple reason that…”。然而，很多同学一谈到原因仍然是“…because…”。而如果要表示“总是能够”的概念，很多同学提笔就会写can always，但理想的句子应该是用双重否定表示强烈的肯定，用never fail to。
要灵活变通
在批改过上万份同学们英语作文中，经常能发现一些将中文生硬地翻译成英文的表达法。有一句话叫做“立志如山，行道如水”，写英文作文，一定要有决心把它 写好，也要有信心把意思表达清楚，这是“立志如山”;但关键是遇到问题时要有个灵活的态度，能像流水一样变通解决问题。有个翻译界的故事说：在某大型国际会议 的招待会上，这一道菜是用鸡蛋做的。与会的客人问翻译:“What is it made of”本来是非常简单的一个问题，结果翻译太紧张，忘了“egg”这个词，但是他急中生智，回答：“It is made of Miss Hen’s son.”这里，就是一个灵活变通的范例。绕道表达，是写作中应该常常运用的一种方法。
要细心观察
注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用 “it isn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，而且阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。
许多同学在写作文时，习惯于把“since”“because” “for”这样的词放在句首引导原因状语从句。但事实上，在我们见到的英语报刊杂志文章中，这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头，用来表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。其实，经常留心地道的英语文章能发现，如果是并列关系，完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系，用“furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。
要心有全局
英文写作如果结构意识良好，应试写作就简化成为一个填空的过程了，适当地填入观点、素材，文章就自然而然立起来了。
