5、设备的预防性维护保养①对关键设备作好编号和标识。②编制关键设备的日常维护保养点检项目表,报常务副总审批后实施,并作好巡检监察的工作。③组织维修人员作好设备故障的抢修尽力减少停机时间。④指导各操作员工做好设备的每天日常保养工作,并编制半年度的三级保养计划,报常务副总审批后实施,努力实现设备完好率达95%。⑤编制“设备日常保养点检表”发至各设备操作者,并监督检查其完成情况,能够尽早发现及排除设备的故障隐患,使设备保持正常运行的良好状态。⑥设备管理员将重要设备的操作规程编写制作,并分别张贴于各岗位,随时供操作者学习和遵循。
