3、甲方对乙方所交付的合同设备,均应妥善接收并保管。对误发或多发的货物,甲方应负责妥善保管但不视为甲方接受该等货物,甲方并及时通知乙方,由此发生的费用由乙方承担。

4、如甲方要求变更交货地点,应在合同规定的交货日期三天前通知乙方。由于变更发货地址增加的运保费由甲方承担。

5、甲方有责任及义务对本次合作涉及的商务内容保密,不得泄露或告知他人,否则,乙方有权利追究甲方相关法律责任。

六、产品验收及异议处理

1、验收时间:

甲方应在货物签收24小时内完成乙方所供设备的验收,并将验收结果以书面形式回复乙方,乙方在三天之内未收到甲方验收回复,则视为甲方验收合格。

2、质量要求:

乙方保证货物符合国家、行业标准或企业标准,符合乙方关于产品的描述、说明和承诺,足以满足甲方的`实际需要和使用环境,不涉及任何第三方权利或争议。

3、异议处理

如对设备质量产生异议,应在签收后的七个工作日内以书面形式向乙方提出,乙方需积极配合给予解决,若甲方未在上述期限内提出异议视为甲方验收合格。

七、产品保修方式

1、自设备经过甲方验收合格之日起乙方提供一年内免费保修服务。

2、保修期内,如由于火灾、水灾、地震等不可抗

拒原因及甲方人为破坏因素造成的损坏,乙方负责免费维修,设备材料成本费用及运费由甲方承担;在一年保修期内,由于其他因素造成的设备损坏,故障等,由乙方免费维修及承担更换材料成本等费用。

3、保修期内,如返厂维修,维修期超过7天的,乙方向甲方提供备用机。

八、产品培训

1、乙方负责提供免费上门培训,直至甲方指定人员学会为止; 2、培训内容:设备操作技能培训,设备维护与保养,检测工作流程和注意事项。

九、违约责任

1、乙方延迟交货时间,每逾期一天,应支付合同总额5‰的违约金,超过十天乙方应加倍支付违约金。

十、不可抗力

一年的工作已接近尾声,作为刚结束试用期的我,在公司领导和同事的指点帮助下,基本能够独立完成本职工作,现将今年工作做以下几方面总结:

一、学习方面

刚到房产时,我对房地产方面的知识不是很精通,对于新环境、新事物比较陌生。在公司领导的帮助下,我很快了解到公司的性质及房地产市场。作为销售部中的一员,我深深感觉到自己身肩重任。作为企业的门面,企业的窗口,自己的一言一行也同时代表了一个企业的形象。所以更要提高自身的素质,高标准的要求自己。在高素质的基础上更要加强自己的专业知识和专业技能。此外,还要广泛了解整个房地产市场的'动态,走在市场的前沿。经过这段时间的磨练,我已成为一名合格的销售人员,并且努力做好自己的本职工作。

二、工作方面

看似简单的工作,更需要细心与耐心。在我的整个工作中,提供各类销售资料,平凡单调的工作成为了销售助理的奠基石。通过管理这些资料,让我从生疏到熟悉,进一步了解公司的房地产项目及相关客户等工作内容。刚开始由于对房地产知识掌握的不熟悉,常常在接听客户电话时,让我措手不及。

一、加强学习,不断提高思想业务素质。

二、求实创新,认真开展药品招商工作。

招商工作是招商部的首要任务工作。20xx年的招商工作虽无突飞猛进的发展,但我们还是在现实中谋得小小的创新。我们公司的代理商比较零散,大部分是做终端销售的客户,这样治理起来也很麻烦,价格也会很乱,影响到业务经理的销售,因此我们就将部分散户转给当地的业务经理来治理,相应的减少了很多浪费和不足;选择部分产品让业务经理在当地进行招商,业务经理对代理商的情况很了解,既可以招到满足的代理商,又可以更广泛的扩展招商工作,提高公司的总体销量。

本年度招商工作虽没有较大的起伏,但是其中之工作也是很为烦琐,其中包括了客户资料的邮寄,客户售前售后的电话回访,代理商的调研,以及客户日常的琐事,如查货、传真资料、市场销售协调工作等等一系列的工作,都需要工作人员认真的完成。对于公司交待下来的每一项任务,我都以我的热情把它完成好,基本上能够做到“任劳任怨、优质高效”。

四、加强反思,及时总结工作得失。

反思本年来的工作,在喜看成绩的同时,也在思量着自己在工作中的不足。不足有以下几点:

1、对于药品招商工作的学习还不够深入,在招商的实践中思考得还不够多,不能及时将一些药品招商想法和问题记录下来,进行反思。

2、药品招商工作方面本年加大了招商工作学习的力度,认真研读了一些有关药品招商方面的理论书籍,但在工作实践中的应用还不到位,研究做得不够细和实,没达到自己心中的目标。

3、招商工作中没有自己的理念,今后还要努力找出一些药品招商的路子,为开创公司药品招商的新天地做出微薄之力。

4、工作观念陈旧,没有先进的工作思想,对工作的积极性不高,达不到百分百的投入,融入不到紧张无松弛的工作中。“转变观念”做的很不到位,工作拘泥习惯,平日的不良的工作习惯、作风难以改掉。在21世纪的今天,作为公司新的补充力量,“转变观念”对于我们来说也是重中之首。
