一、系统复习小学基础知识。就目前的情况来说,小学是启蒙阶段,基础阶段,上了初中后,值得一提的是小学的知识较简单,在教学过程中我注重通过推理演绎的方法,不呈现语法知识,可以让学生比较不同的句子类型,让学生找规律,由点及面,在恰当的时机点出规律。

二、在小学阶段适当加大听说训练,抓好学生基本功的全面发展。在小学时以听、说为主,而到中学后要求学生掌握听、说、读、写等一系列的各种技能,英语作为一种必备的工具,要求我们不能让学生学了英语后像得了“聋哑症”似的总表达不出来,这样就成了“哑巴”英语,这是普遍出现的一个问题。因此,我们在教学中应从视、听、说入手。同时,因为听、说、读、写四方面是紧密相连、互为一体的,所以在教学中会注重这四方面的技能训练,为以后的学习打下基础。

重阳节,有些单位肯定会有行动,这叫给老人送爱心,其实是给单位赚名气,送一些不靠谱的礼物,比如视力保健仪。老年人是不可能用的。通常养老院里经常会有虐待老人的案例,但是养老院还是要开的,只是用不同的名字重新组合而已。至于服务质量有没有提高,就不得而知了。基于现在的社会环境,很多家庭都是孩子。当我们老了,因为各种原因,或者因为孩子在国外或者工作关系,或者因为自己的原因,很多人可能有机会在一个养老院度过晚年。为什么人们不担心未来?
