羽毛环协会的会长竞选稿

大家晚上好！

竞选飞鱼会长一职，我很荣幸也很激动。

可能有很些新会员和外校的朋友还不认识我，我先做一个简单的自我介绍。

我叫xx，体院07级羽毛球专项，今年飞鱼创立之初就加入了飞鱼这个快乐，团结的大家庭，是飞鱼最早的第一批会员，担任组织部副部；半年来参与策划和组织过飞鱼的许多活动，对飞鱼各方面都比较了解。

在飞鱼，我主要做了以下几个工作：

暑假和我们的一心会长骑车从昆明——香格里拉。本学期我主要负责了开学之后新会员的广州一日游，二度招新之后的帽峰山露营、协助广州电视台城市话题做了一些采访，今年春节我还将策划、组织飞鱼第一次集体的长途——环海南岛。这就是我的基本概况。

在广中医一年多我参加了许多协会，羽毛球协会，整脊推拿协会，定向越野协会等等。我认为飞鱼是让我感到最快乐、最和谐、最团结、最有组织的一个，所以我在上学期义无反顾地竞选了飞鱼组织部。这个舞台很广阔，充满挑战，我也结识了许许多多的朋友，生活也因此变得丰富多彩。我在飞鱼的感受可以用两句话来形容：“如果你爱一个人，请把他带到飞鱼，那里是天堂，他会大展风采，尽显本色；如果你恨一个人，请把他带到飞鱼，那里是地狱，他会筋疲力尽，不知所措。其实站在这里我也有些矛盾，我想在座的很多人会和我有同感，自己的时间够么？会不会影响学习？会不会影响我的羽毛球训练，可能退一步世界会更加宽广。但我还是有很多遗憾和不舍，总感觉有很多东西还没有发挥出来，所以我还是选择了这里，因为我是鱼仔，我不能离开水……

决定了就要负责任，我初步设想今后要做以下几个工作：

1、建立“执行手册”制度。每次活动都留下经典的范本，记录在案，其中包括策划、活动之后会员的感受、有纪念意义的照片。使以后搞活动的新人能很快适应各项没有做过的工作，不仅每个人都可以独当一面，而且能相互配合，减轻压力。

2、加大对理事会成员的培训，增强每个人的.责任心和积极性、办事效率，使每个人都是部长，每个人都是干事、都能干事。完善各部门合作机制，淡化各部门的界限，只有各部门不遗余力的互相支持，飞鱼才可能可持续的、和谐的全面发展。

3、策划自行车旅行图片展。欢迎外校车

4、与定向越野协会共同举办一个自行车定向越野比赛。我已经跟定协会长初步达成共识。

5、加大宣传我们飞鱼每星期三的义务修车活动。让更多的人知道我们飞鱼自行车协会，让更多的骑车爱好者加入飞鱼。与我们一同享受骑车的快乐。

6、设立外联部，加大外联力度，尤其是商业赞助，每学期最低限额500元，如果下学期达不到这个数字，我愿意引咎辞职。“男人嘛，就要对自己狠一点。”

所有的承诺在实际行动面前都显得苍白无力，历史证明我是实干型的，我将努力证明历史是正确的。

最后再说一点吧。我认为不论参加哪个社团或组织，真诚的友谊是基础。让别人感到快乐，自己才能快乐，这样的大学生活才精彩，花费的时间、精力才有意义。是非成败转头空，置身于挑战的过程中，结果也就没有太大的意义，只有忙忙碌碌的，我才不会感到空虚。有些事，现在不做，这一辈子你都不会做了。
