We should make good use of time to study hard or to do something meaningfulfor yourself. So, we should plan the time to study and relax,especially athome.Because we have more free time at home,so that we can use that time to do alot of things.
However,how can we plan the time? There are different ways for differentpeople.For example, somebody like to study in the morning, and relax in theafternoon.On the contrary, somebody like to relax in the morning, and study inthe afternoon.Somebody even think the best time to study is in theevening.Different ways for different people.But all the ways have one thing incommon.
That is the need for practical action. If you want to change a difficultsituation, if you want to change yourself, if you want to make good use of timeto study, you must put into action.Or not, your plan will be not meaningful.

我是xxx，是大二xx学院xx专业的学生，今天站在台上做这个演讲，深感到荣幸，感谢大家，那么我接下来要演讲的题目就是《珍惜时间》。
大学了，时间是越来越自由，我已经是大二学生了，经历了一年的大学生活，对时间的花费深有感触。现在是新学期，我们学校又迎来一批大一新生，而我已然成为了大二的老生。在这里我就想对刚来学校的大一学弟和学妹以及已经大三大四的学长和学姐们说：“请大家珍惜大学的时间。”时间很是珍贵，而它也从来不会因为你的`停止脚步，时间它就会停下来等你，它是不会的，它永远都不会等人，只会不停的消逝，而我们在大学的时光也从来是一天比一天少，那么为什么我们不趁着这么美好的时光去珍惜在大学的每分美妙呢？大家应该都是知道“一寸光阴一寸金”的，时间一旦消失，将再也不能挽回。我已经度过了一年的大学，我真的是知道时间是多么的让人去珍惜了。大一我刚入学时，觉得时间很充裕，再加上老师们也不会去过渡的管理我们，所以我就是一个没有时间概念的人，上课经常性的迟到，这导致我有时候迟到将近一节半课，然后我就有很多的没有听到，也因此我有些课是没有学完全的，这最后就造成了期末考试的时候挂科了，就因为自己总是不珍惜学习的时间，肆意的浪费，让我大一的生活过的特别的颓废。
大一上学期经历这样的事后，我顿感后悔，就发誓在下学期里一定要努力把时间给规划好，首要做的就是拥有一个时间观念，我不在睡懒觉了，早上也努力的起早，上课也不迟到了，我保持了一个学期，每天都把时间给详细的进行规划，我才把大一的学习给赶上来。同学们你们知道吗？我足足用了整个学期的所有时间，才把上学期落下来的知识补完，从这里就知道不珍惜时间是多么可怕的，太难了。所以请在场的同学们一定要在大学里珍惜自己的时间，不要随意的浪费时间在那些无足轻重的事情上。不要觉得大学很轻松，就让大学过的没有条理。大学的时光也是一去就不会在复返的了。所以在这郑重的给同学们一个建议：珍惜时间，不要去把时间给浪费了，大学的时间的每一分秒都是青春。

大学生活真的是人生中不能再美好的一段时间了，没有高中之前家人的约束，多了大把大把的自由;又没有毕业之后的生活压力，一身轻松的可以飞起来，可是为什么却有一大批的人整天在喊无聊空虚呢?其实，我们现在的所有都不过是自寻烦恼而已，想想我们都在为什么烦恼?杞人忧天，风花雪月，入不敷出，相互攀比……所有的问题都有解决的办法，问题是我们愿不愿意解决，愿不愿意找出解决的办法，愿不愿意在真正能让我们快乐的事情上下功夫。
或许我们曾经辉煌过，但是人不是为过去而活的，或许我们不曾辉煌过，但是我们还有未来可以任我们装扮，归结起来在我们生命中真正重要的是现在，不论过去，不想未来，埋头现在，踏踏实实做好现在，有备无患，我们就不用忐忑的面对明天，一切有了目标我们就不会再在堕落的深渊里继续沉沦。

我是18级空乘班的薛姬敏，今天我演讲的题目是《珍惜仅有的时间，做力所能及的事》。
首先我想在这里问大家一个问题，你是有多久没有动笔？是有多久没有提笔，认认真真写过一篇文章了。同样，我也这样问自己，我的回答是:已经很久很久了，久到我自己都忘了，忘了上一次提笔认认真真写文章是什么时候了。是转眼就快过去了一年的高考吧！对，是的。
青春转瞬即逝，原来在我们眼里度日如年却又分秒必争的高中已经过去了，你是否还会想起那个氛围凝重，连空气里都溢满了紧张焦虑的高三；你是否还会想起那个闷沉燥热的五月，还记得吗？好像已经忘了，都忘了。而此时此刻，我们的脑海里对自己的一个新的定义则是，我是一个大一的'学生，一个在校时间已完1/4的学生，亦或是在校时间已完3/4，已经在着手准备外出实习的学长学姐了。
不知从什么时刻起，我才真正意识到自己是上了大学，成为一名大学生了，是周末不上课吗，也许是周二只有两节课吧！然而都不是，真正让我意识到自己已经是一名大学生的时候，其实是我发现自己变懒惰了，是从老师随便布置一点作业，我就开始嚷嚷开始抱怨的时候。有时静下来我也在想，这样好吗？好像以前每天都有写不完的作业，但是我也不曾抱怨什么，而现在呢，是几天甚至是几个星期才写一次的作业，我就开始抱怨，觉得好多好难写。我讨厌这样的自己，每天无所事事，因而感到无比的迷茫，不知道方向在哪，每天浑浑噩噩。
花开花落会有时，叶绿叶黄终有止，每一次经过学校大门两侧的银杏树时，我都有不一样的感慨，每一次去它都不一样，从绿到黄再到落真的过的很快很快。其实也就像我们一样，在校两年的时间也是过得很快很快。时间总是在不经意之间从指缝中溜走，1/4已经完了，就完了。偶尔我也会想，要是大学三年，不，是在校期间两年，要是两年我都像上个学期那样，我会是怎样的下场，毫无疑问，我会被这个社会毫不犹豫地淘汰掉。天呐，这样的结果我想都不敢想，这不是我想要的，一定不是我想要的。

是啊!时间是最公正的裁判，不管你是富有的还是贫穷的，都会公平的分配给你大好的时光，一年三百六十五天，一天二十四小时，一小时三千六百秒，就看你如何合理安排了，也许有的人会在这一天里创造出一项伟大的发明，而有的人可能在一天里碌碌无为、虚度时光。那为什么在相同的时间里，人们所得到的结果不同呢?比如说：一个班的同学，每天在一起学习、生活，同样的环境，同样的课程，同样的老师，为什么有的同学学习好而有的学习不好呢?那是因为有的人充分利用好课堂上的每一分钟，专心听讲，认真思考，甚至把别人玩的时间用在了读书上，所以他才有了更大的收获!
