近几年来，我国因机动车驾驶人酒后驾驶而引发的交通事故每年多达近万起，酒后驾车造成的死亡事故占有相当大的比例。触目惊心的事故现场警醒人们，酒后驾驶是引发交通事故的罪魁祸首之一。《道路交通安全法》规定，饮酒不得驾驶机动车。

（2）饮酒后的危害

（1）由于酒精的麻醉作用，手、脚的触觉较平时降低，往往无法正常控制加速踏板、制动踏板及转向盘。

（2）对光、声刺激反应时间延长，本能反射动作的时间相应延长，感觉器官和运动器官如眼、手、脚之间的协调配合功能发生障碍，行车中无法正确判断距离、速度。

（3）视力会暂时受损，视像不稳，辨色能力下降，不能及时注意交通信号、标志和标线。同时饮酒后视野大大减小，视像模糊，眼睛只盯着前方目标，对处于视野边缘的危险隐患难以发现，易发生事故。

（3）酒后驾车处罚规定

《道路交通安全法》第九十一条规定：

（1）饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处暂扣一个月以上三个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款；醉酒后驾驶机动车的，由公安机关交通管理部门约束至酒醒，处十五日以下拘留和暂扣三个月以上六个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处五百元以上二千元以下罚款。

（2）饮酒后驾驶营运机动车的，处暂扣三个月机动车驾驶证，并处五百元罚款；醉酒后驾驶营运机动车的，由公安机关交通管理部门约束至酒醒，处十五日以下拘留和暂扣六个月机动车驾驶证，并处二千元罚款。

（3）一年内有前两款规定醉酒后驾驶机动车的行为，被处罚两次以上的，吊销机动车驾驶证，五年内不得驾驶营运机动车。

1、本人的世界观以及对事物的认识能力均没有随着自己阅历的增加而发展和提高。总是认为，象这次所发生的事情，不会发生什么大的事情，不会造成太大的麻烦，其实不然，事情的发生是严重的、沉重的，对我来说是非常深刻的。就本人的认识能力来说，也存在着一定的问题。人的认识能力的提高不仅仅能通过经验教训来获得，同时也能通过认真的学习、学习、再学习的途径来获得。比如，交通安全意识完全应该通过学习各种规章制度，尤其是新颁布的《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》来获得。

2、任何事物(包括人)的存在都是有规则的、有约束的。如火车只能在轨道上行驶，轮船只有在航线上行驶，这些看起来非常浅显的道路，本人却视而不知。做起事情来随心所欲，没有遵循规则做事，暴露了自己觉悟意识不高，以及思想作风涣散等问题。

3、人类社会是整个自然界进化发展的最高级产物，是一个有序的、不断前进的社会。目前，提倡可持续发展、循环经济以及构建和谐社会，正是人类对自身发展的美好要求。以自我为中心、自我思想膨胀、想当然做事，认为自己不会出事，不考虑自己的行为规范以及其行为给社会及周围人们包括自己家人带来的影响和不良后果，这样做显然不符合人类构建美好社会的要求，其结果就是害人又害己。

4、作为一名丈夫，我对不起妻子;作为一名儿子，我对不起年迈且体弱多病的父母：看到她们担惊受怕的样子，真是内疚，悲痛。为此，我保证在今后的工作、学习、生活当中，做到：

1、深刻反省自己，树立正确的世界观，提高认识能力，对自己思想上的错误根源进行深挖细找的整理，并认清造成的严重后果。

2、以国家及攀枝花市颁布的各种法律法规、规章制度、各种文件，认真学习、悉心掌握、铭记在心。严格遵章办事，杜绝违规操作。

篇16：酒驾检讨书

首先从违法成本来说，根据《刑法修正案》（八）的最新修改：醉酒驾驶机动车，不管是否造成后果，都将按照危险驾驶定罪，处以1至6个月拘役，并处罚金。这就意味着醉酒驾驶将不再是违法，而是一种犯罪行为，最长可处6个月的拘役，醉驾被查者的身份也由普通违法者变成犯罪嫌疑人。同时，根据修正案草案，醉驾者将被吊销驾驶证，且5年内不得重新取得驾驶证；对醉酒后驾驶营运机动车的，将吊销驾驶证，内不得重新取得驾驶证。重新取得驾驶证后，不得驾驶营运机动车。从共同的违法成本看，醉驾当事人不光失去自由，还将损失金钱，更留有犯罪记录。

其次，为什么喝酒后驾驶机动车会有很大危险。

1、触觉能力降低，精神亢奋。饮酒后驾车，由于酒精的刺激和麻醉作用，人的手、脚的触觉较平时降低，往往无法正常控制油门、刹车及转向系统，并且容易兴奋，过分地自信。

2、判断能力和操作能力降低。饮酒后，对光、声剌激反应时间延长，本能反射动作的时间也相应延长，感觉器官和运动器官如眼、手、脚之间的配合功能发生障碍，无法正确判断距离、速度。

3、视觉模糊。饮酒后可使视力暂时受损，视像不稳，辩色能力下降，因此不能发现和正确判断交通信号、标志和标线。同时饮酒后视野大大减少，视像模糊，眼睛只盯着前方目标，对处于视野的危险隐患难以发现，易发生事故。

4、心态不正常。在酒精的刺激下，驾驶人往往会过高地估计自己的能力，判断能力、分析能力、操作能力明显迟钝而引发交通事故。

5、易疲劳。饮酒后由酒精的作用，80%人易出现肝留迷，也就是人们常说的困倦、打磕睡，表现为行驶不规范、空间视觉差等疲劳驾驶的行为而引发交通事故。科学研究发现，驾驶员在没有饮酒的情况下行车，发现前方有危险情况时，从视觉感知到踩制动器的动作中间的反应时间为0。75秒，而饮酒后驾车反应时间要减慢2—3倍，同速行驶下的制动距离也要相应延长，这大在增加了出事的可能性。资料表明，人呈微醉状开车，其发生事故的可能性为没有饮酒情况下开车的16倍。所以，饮酒驾车，特别是醉酒后驾车，对道路交通安全的危害是十分严重的。
