自荐信最重要的几个写作要领

背景篇

自荐信一般来说其本原也不过就是将自己的实际情况介绍一下而已，

有什么说什么就是了，可是这个东东却早已不是当年的吴下阿蒙了，有的自然少不了，没有的更是要说个天花乱坠。反正那么多的人，他也没精力没时间一一核对。况且，有些东东是根本就没有办法核对的----我说我比别人多长了一个脑袋所以聪明，他当然会说：“哎呀，我就看见一个，该不是我看错了吧。”可是，如果你说，我因为比别人多长了一颗心，所以心理素质特别好。想来如果他在生理方面毫无知识的话，没准也就信了。毕竟这种东西是“看”不出来的。说的虽然夸张了一点，想来意思大家也了解了。

实战篇

OK现在我们具体讨论一下这个东东的写法。一般说来总是先要对你所要应聘的公司有一个总的介绍，这个公司是干什么的，有什么优势，它的发展前景如何，以及我为什么要来。这样首先可以让面试的人明白你可不是这个冬天买不出去的一棵大白菜，你是有选择的在应聘来，这里不是因为它要人而是因为你觉得它实在不错。其次，也为你说你是如何如何适合这分工作提前做了交代。似乎是很重要的一点，可惜看了几份自荐信都没有这方面的交代。既然要来那总得有点资本吧，下来就可以尽情的夸自己了。中国人向来都有谦虚谦让的美德，什么谦受益，满招损了，什么孔三岁，知让梨了，是不是也挺压抑的?所以，好不容易逮着个机会还不犹如滔滔江水，连绵不绝，犹如黄河决口，一发而不可收....

其实，也没必要什么都说还不如什么都不说呢。我想还是有针对性的比较好。那就是说，要对你所要应聘的工作来个分析研究，看看它需要什么样的人，好了，那你就把自己变成什么样的人就是了。做研究工作的有一套说法，做市场的有另一套说法，显然两者要各有侧重，不?

技巧策略篇

人是个性的人,个性的人自然应该写出个性的东西。所以自荐信也是有性格的。只有有性格的，才确保他众里寻她千百度，蓦然回首看到你的概率趋近于100%。下面就是几种常用的模式：

1.令狐冲型

其实，大多数公司所需要的人才只是让人才去做一件事情。它也就只关心你在那方面的能力，连篇累牍的自我介绍而恰恰没有他所关心的东西，一万句也只等于一句。而一但说中了他所想要的哪怕就这一点，一句就等于一万句。真的突出重点，远比什么都练强，内功的没有，拳脚的不懂，就凭一路独孤九剑照样纵横天下。再者，独孤九剑最大的特点乃在于无招胜有招，制敌机先。针对不同的人出不同的`招。举个例子吧，假如你是个卖辣椒的，有人来买辣椒问你辣不辣，你该怎么回答呢?那你自然就要观察了，假如这个人一脸的痘痘，我想你已经知道答案了，我们的辣椒绝对一点都不辣!

2.虚竹型

这一种可能对于各方面条件好的人比较适合。因为你已经很优秀了，完全没有必要再刻意的把自己渲染一番，红花绿叶好看，可是大红配大绿就过了，就不可信了。在周围每个人都把自己说的跟天仙似的时候，作为优秀的你倒不如用平实的语言介绍自己。

反过来说，如果你实在没有什么能献的出来的东西，也同样可以采取这种方式。什么也不说，让别人觉得你特别老实，特别谦虚，当然还要有点巧妙的暗示，你其实是个特别牛的人，只是没说出来而已。反正也是一无所有，赌一把没准还就中了头彩。其实好多来的人智商比咱们可是低多了咱们也没骗他，天要下雨，娘要嫁人，由他去好了。

3.神雕侠型

杨过到了后来之所以被人称为神雕侠，侠字的含义不去讲，不离左右的神雕也是个重要因素。因为有了这只神雕，所以神雕侠在做了侠义之举之后，那些受了他恩惠的人就可以把他称作神雕侠，而不是这个人，那个人，什么什么的一个人，如果那样很难将这许多事情统一到一个人身上。可见杨过能够在短时间内名满天下，在神雕这里也得了不少好处。自荐信也是一样，不仅要写的漂亮而且还应该有自己的特点。

自荐信要求

1、求真务实。写自荐信务必本着实事求是的态度，切不可弄虚作假。有些毕业生为了增加自己在人才市场的竞争力，弄虚作假，自欺欺人，涂改自己的学习成绩，夸大自己的特长，在是否当学生干部一栏自封几个头衔，在奖惩一栏凭空捏造几项荣誉，这些错误思想和做法都很不足取。

推荐信顾名思义，主要是作为推荐之用，主要为了说明被推荐人的优秀以及推荐原因，所以要在推荐信中概括被推荐人的在校表现及先进事迹或者奖励经历等内容，比如“在校表现良好，尊敬师长，团结同学，曾获得XXX奖”等等，但是要注意的是，千万不要太过夸大其词，要尽量根据自己的情况切合实际。

2、突出个性，巧妙包装。

3、掌握分寸，措词得体。

4、有的放矢。写自荐信应讲究分寸。

因为读书和随笔的原因，我们走得较近，她的聪慧、热情以及诚实、勤勉，给我留下了很好的印象;并且教学相长，她在某种程度上也促进了我教学的发展。所以在此我诚挚推荐吴*馨同学入贵校学习，并期待着她的学业、她的人生在更大的空间里有着更大的发展。

5、言简意赅。自荐信的内容控制在两页之内。文字要反复推敲，意思是否表达清楚，用语是否得当，文法及标点力求准确无误。

如果你是应届本科生毕业，那么写推荐信的人应该是任课的教授，一个专业课老师，一个基础课老师。这样，一个在专业上突出你的长处和学习能力，另一个则体现你的基础素质等方面。而对于在职的人来说，写推荐信的人可以是公司的直接上司和有学术专长的教授。

推荐信要突出个人亮点。在推荐信中，并不是把这个人的优点写得面面俱到就是好推荐信，因为这样并没有突出申请者与众不同的亮点。同时，在国外的院校里，他们每天要收到很多封推荐信，有亮点的信自然会吸引人的注意。一封推荐信中有一个主要的闪光点并有具体例子佐证你的优点即可，这样会给招生人员留下较为深刻的印象。

注意事项一

常常有学生把准备好了的推荐信拿来让翻译，写的比个人陈述还长，其实这样完全没有必要。浪费时间还费力不讨好。推荐人只要就学生的特质着重突出两到三点即可。至于其它，一语带过。这样看起来有主有次，轻重分明。

注意事项二

推荐人一般都是请老师来充当。这种情况下，不用太多地提及学生平时是怎么做义工，从几岁开始会弹琴，课下有多么发奋图强争分夺秒地学习等等。因为大学老师基本都比较忙，更有很多是身兼数职的，他们根本没那么多时间去跟一个学生接触，并且去那么全面深入地了解学生。老师就是教课，更多的是从课堂上跟学生交流互动，所以建议从这里入手。一个从教多年的老师，会很快看出一个学生对学习的态度和热情，在那些方面有优势劣势。作为推荐人，所陈述的内容应该是很有针对性地去评价学生的表现，对于学生的优点长处给予热情的肯定并进行推荐，而不是平平淡淡地把学生方方面面都夸一遍。

注意事项三

f.个人成就:在学校、工作或家庭中的特殊表现。如曾经获得某种奖学金、工作中表现优秀等。g.特殊才能:语言、艺术、体育等方面的特殊能力。

有些推荐人也会是辅导员或者单位领导。对于辅导员，平时会跟学生见面较多，对于学生的生活，学习，心里等方面也比较清楚。那么在推荐时，就可以针对学生的性格，为人，或者学习工作的态度、方法从去说明学生的潜质和能力，从而进行推荐。而作为领导，肯定要从工作表现去说。比如创新，比如勤奋虚心好学等。但同时，也可以对学生在处理人际关系方面进行赞扬。因为毕竟在社会上，除了努力工作以外，与人相处也大有学问的，而出国又意味着要面对世界各国的陌生人。

(3)结论部分。解释为什么申请人的申请计划是适合他本人的，并且说明推荐人认为该申请人在未来会对这个被申请的学校做出什么样的贡献。较后可以再次强调推荐人对推荐该申请者充满信心，为能够推荐他到更好的院校进行深造感到十分自豪，同时表示学校在审核材料的过程中可以随时联系推荐人，不要忘记附上推荐人的`联系方式。

At the time, members of the Gifted Class all had to spend half a month studying by themselves the principles of calculus and then take an exam so that we could evaluate their self-study capability.

Mr. Ren scored the highest grade in that exam. He also exhibited a keenly whetted mind during class discussions. To my regret at the time, his English was not as good as his mathematics or physics.

But I noticed he made a point of working especially hard in improving his English during his five undergraduate years with us. By now, he seems to be at least as proficient in English as most of his former classmates in the Gifted Class.

In my experience with Mr. Ren, I was impressed with not only his extraordinary intelligence but also his ambitions and persistence. I am sure that Mr. Ren will be an outstanding student in any doctoral program that he may care to enroll in.

So I would like to support him firmly in his quest recommendation into account when

considering his application. I would greatly appreciate it you decide to accept him as he wishes.
