我是一个活泼开朗的女孩，爱运动，所以我觉得炎热的夏天应该起早运动!我每天早上八点半起床，八点半至八点五十分洗漱。洗漱完毕后，用妈妈帮我买的健身器运动身体，这样，二十分钟就过去了。

1、每天可以安排两到三个时间段来学习。比如上午8-9点写作业或练字。晚上7点30分到8点读书。时间不要长。其它可以安排下每天起床、看电视、午觉的时间。

2、制定时间安排表应让孩子自己选择时间段和时间长短，以提高他们的主动性。父母只能建议。

3、制定中可以说明，每周可以有2天，也可以是周末，孩子可以选择不学习，完全放松。但要保证其它时间段的正常学习。

另外，王瑾觉得棋类不错，现在不少孩子都比较好动，心静不下来，棋类项目能够让孩子静下来，在开发智力的同时还能够增强孩子抵御挫折的能力。

艺术类

给孩子参加暑假的艺术类培训班也是很多家长的不二选择，而东葛路小学校长卢华表示艺术类的培训班能够在很大程度上拓展孩子在某一领域的视野，陶冶情操，同时让孩子掌握一项技艺。但是，艺术类的培训班最好是根据孩子自己的喜好来选择，没有兴趣是学不好的。同时，应该让孩子处在一个轻松的学习环境中，不要以考试、考级为最终目的。

王瑾说，现在非智力因素在孩子成长过程中的作用越来越大。让孩子掌握一门技艺，对于孩子非智力因素的培养非常有好处，但是学艺要精就要花时间，家长最好不要太逼着孩子，也不要作无谓的比较。

补习类

中山北小学段校长说，暑假对各个学科知识进行查漏补缺，出发点是好的。但是，暑假本来是孩子的假期，切忌把孩子管得太紧，要让孩子适当地放松，否则反而会适得其反，激起孩子的逆反心理。

卢华认为，如果说学习成绩不是很好的孩子暑假补习，那就错了。其实，现在不少参加暑期补习班的，都是班级里的尖子生。他们在学习中尝到了甜头，更愿意主动地学习，这样就形成了良性循环。如果家长想让成绩不是很理想的孩子上暑期培训班，最好给他们多一点鼓励，让孩子在暑期中体会到学习的乐趣。

In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

1.看电影学英语，但是要关掉字幕，同时尽量大声复述所有能够听懂的剧中对话

2.利用一切机会扩大自己的词汇量，但是先要扔掉4-6级考试标准词汇表
