一、指导思想

1、本册教材的课文篇幅长、题材广，内容丰富，不但是一个综合知识的大熔炉，而且时代气息逼人，很具有挑战性。学生不但可以学到真实的英语语言，而且可以学到广泛的综合知识，训练全面的'英语语言技能。

本学期是整个九年制义务教育的最后一个学期，学生即将面临着中考考验。这是一次真正意义上的选拔考试。迎接好这次中考就成为本学期教学的一个重要工作。因此，教师在教学中应该帮助学生理解、吸收、吃透教材，对教材中的知识进行内化，即进行综合、应用、创新和中考思维的升华，把书本知识变成学生自己的知识。要有一定的时间作强化训练，通过训练，锁定差距，然后提出弥补差距的可操作性对策措施，千方百计缩小差距、消灭差距。
一、提前做好充分的思想准备。本学期时间短，任务重，要在一百天的时间里把整个初中的知识进行梳理，归纳总结，同时要做足够的练习，使学生们对知识能够学以致用，教学任务很繁重，因此要做好充分的思想准备，对于学生来说是一个百日冲刺，对于老师来说也是一个百日冲刺。为了能让学生们在中招考试中考出好成绩，作为教师，我有义务和责任。
二、做好整体规划，制订短、中、长期战略目标和步骤。

九年级（1）、（3）班，学生的基本情况：大部分学生都想学好，也很愿意吃苦，他们的学习情绪基本稳定，也能坚持不懈，较能井然有序地安排自己的学习，偶尔会受到环境和其他不利因素的干扰，能够及时与教师进行沟通，帮助老师调整自己的教学方法；两个班有十几个的学生属于鞭策进步型，此类学生平时基本能够配合老师的教学，但自觉性和定性不足，课堂有些喜欢享受欢乐，有些来个默不出声。他们希望有好的成绩，但怕吃苦受罪，不愿付出劳动，上课时精神不振，课后很少复习功课，需要老师的督促才会有所作为；也有极个别学生属于不思进取型，积极性和主动
性极差，他们或偏科甚至对英语学习毫无兴趣，需要老师再三强调才能勉强完成作业个别学生还不交作业，如：马伟。
2、教材分析
初中英语共五册，我们争取在三月份上完九年级全一册，四月中旬复习完三册课本，边复习、边归纳、边练习，复习一册就测试一次。在检测学生学习中存在的问题的同时，及时向学生反馈遗漏、模糊、条理不清的知识，使学生在最短的时间内对学过的知识有一套系统的、完整的体系。五月份系统复习，六月份做模拟套卷。
四、教学措施
根据学生的情况和班上的实际，本学期采用以下措施：
（1）首先要从思想上扭转学生以往的不良学习习惯和态度，培养学生自觉的学习习惯，动脑的优良习惯，课堂上精讲多练。即将面临的是中考，学生的态度变化多变极不稳定，要动员好学生做好思想工作。
（2）根据学生各人的具体情况，要求各自提出明确的学习目标，具体的分数，每次考试都要写总结并制定下一次的目标只准前进不许后退，建立错题库自我评价。并督促为实现目标切实地进行刻苦学习．
（3）每堂课教师一定注意当堂的学习效果，突出重点难点．务必要求学生掌握必须掌握的基本的东西．注意检查学生做笔记的情况。每天都要布臵作业不然有的学生比较懒散。记忆背诵是很重要的老师没有时时跟着学生，我选了学习小组长每天跟踪复习，自己随意抽查哪组做不好就狠狠的惩罚。
（4）教学过程应突出学生的实践活动，指导学生主动地获取知识，科学地训练技能，全面提高能力。要提倡灵活多样的教学方式，尤其是启发式和讨论式，鼓励运用探究性的学习方式。要避免繁琐的分析和琐碎机械的练习。
（5）重视创设英语学习的环境，沟通课本内外、课堂内外、学校内外的联系，拓宽学习渠道，增加学生应用的机会。作文教学与阅读教学相结合，在写作中学阅读，阅读中学写作。积累经典名言名句等。
（7）作业要天天有，作业教师要收上来改并写上评语，做得好的要表扬，
没有按时完成要给予批评，并监督完成。作业上问题比较突出的要提出来讲解分析。对与问题比较严重的，如有必要，教师要单独做做思想工作。
（8）利用课外时间进行培优补差。把学生分成两类，中上提高括充知识点，中后有一定潜力的，以抓好基础知识为重。缩小两极差异兼顾整体共同进步。
（9）要想学好英语就要用英语、学生大部分不好意思开口说话、这给听力教学和交际教学带来了严重的障碍,特别语言越来越注重交际性、好多学生学了只是为了考好试,不愿去说、为了克服这个问题,我先带好几个积极的同学,鼓励他们带动大家的积极性、以部分带动整体。
五、具体复习计划：
根据近几年中考试题特点及学生实际情况，采用“四轮复习法”作为初三英语总复习计划。第一轮要求先全面复习初中英语基础知识，学生重读课本，夯实基础。第二轮进行重点语言基础知识及专项题型的复习，第三轮是语言应用强化训练。第四轮就是中考模拟训练
第一轮复习在2月-3月，教师以教科书为本,按教材顺序归纳语言点，讲透语言点的运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，重点是基础词汇、词组、句型的过关。这一轮切忌炒“冷饭”，要做到“温故而知新”。这就要充分发挥学生的学习主动性，在单元复习前，让学生利用早自修预习本单元重点短语和句型，教师归纳时可与其它短语做横向、纵向比较，帮助学生巩固运用。学生在做配套联系的同时，可进行阶段性检测，一方面激发学生学习积极性，另一方面及时查漏补缺，巩固好基础知识。
第二轮复习至四月下旬结束，一是针对重点的语言基础知识，如名词与代词、形容词与副词、动词、状语从句、宾语从句的复习。要求突出重点，反对面面俱到；要遵守精讲精练原则，引导学生探究问题，发现问题，使学生在答题时做到灵活应用，触类旁通，变知识为能力。教师要仔细研究考纲中对各语言基础知识的考试要求，避免偏题、怪题，对教材中反复出现的重点、难点，应指导学生掌握。加强对宾语从句和状语从句这两类重难点从句的复习。、二是对重点题型完型填空、阅读理解、听力进行专项强化训练。完型填空题是综合类型的试题，它比较全面地考查了学生对句子结构、词语的运用和辨析、固定搭配和习惯用法等多种语法和语言基本知识的掌握，同时还考查了学生对英语阅读理解以及对各种英语语言知识的运用能力。
第三轮复习在于知识能力的提高和阅读技巧的培养。指导学生做完型填空时：
1、通读全文，从整体上感知全文，掌握大意，切忌只盯住一个句子仓促解题。快速阅读时还要注意找出关键词，抓住了关键词就抓住了故事的线索。
2、重视主题句。短文的.主题句，往往是每篇文章的首句，有时也出现在文章的中间或结束处。主题句是深入了解全文的“窗口”，甚至能以此句为立足点，从该句的时态、语气推测全文的主要内容。
4、还原检查，看是否顺理成章，从语意和语法两方面检查无误后便可完成。
做阅读理解题时应提醒学生注意以下几点：
1、作题时可先浏览问题，带着问题通读全文，也可先通读全文再看题目，文章至少读两遍以上。
2、正确对待文章中的生词和难句，要学会根据上下文判断其意。对于文章中一些较复杂的长句，只要抓住重点和关键，问题就明朗了。
3、做完题后，要重新检查一遍试题，对文中关键词语及重要语句一定要细读、读透。有时题目难度大，仅从字面理解还不够，要跟根据上下文和中心思想进行归纳和推断。
做听力测试时要注意以下几点：
1、拿到试卷后要快速浏览选项，确定听音重点并进行猜测，带着问题和线索听录音能准确快速地理解内容。
2、不管是对话还是短文，要将注意力集中在对整体内容的理解上，无须强迫自己听清每个单词，应把重点放在关键词或与问题有关的答案上。
第四轮复习着重于中考题型进行模拟训练。集中训练模式主要是中考模拟和历届中考优秀试题选编。从本次模拟考试情况看，我校初三学生英语学习中存在的问题主要有以下两点：一是学生书面表达能力普遍差，二是词汇部分失分较多。
针对这种情况，现在我们的复习重点要放在提高学生的书面表达能力上，主要是从以下几方面着手：按课本中单元的主要内容让学生练习写作，或挑选一些中考复习资料上的作文供学生练习。要提醒学生注意：
1、写作前先审题,确定文体，对说明文要讲明人物、事件、地点、时间、内容等，把握好故事情节、
2、确定文章的时态，注意时态前后的一致、动笔之前根据题意把需要的句型、动词短语等罗列出来备用，写作时一定要按提示短语进行，因为它既可以帮助你理解题意，更重要的是告诉你如何围绕这些重点词语来组织材料，把意思表达得更完整具体、
3、依据素材形成初稿，要做到语言表达准确，文理通顺，避免写复杂的长句，尽量用短句来表达题意；
4、反复核查，认真誊写。
5、每周两次在课堂上公开讲评学生作文，个别学生要面批面改，集体问题共同讨论反复训练。
词汇应用题考查的内容比较广泛，它不只是简单地考查学生是否能正确地拼写出所学的词汇，而是注重考查学生灵活应用所学词汇知识和词类构成及转换的能力，所以学生首先要过词汇拼写关，可采用小组或同桌竞赛方式，鼓励学生过好词汇短语关，并通过配套练习，复习检测形成能力，为写作和阅读能力的提高打好基础。

第十周：专项复习—非谓语动词、主谓一致、感叹句、祈使句、并列句第十一周：复合句，第一次诊断考试模拟考试。
第十二周：阅读、完形填空训练及检测。
第十三周：写作、听力训练及检测
第十四周：第二次诊断考试及综合训练
第十五周：模拟考试。本段仿真模拟训练，还要精讲多练，针对常考易错的再总结复习并在复习中注重对学生难点进行突破，巩固重点，强化基础。
