For all the office crew joined the association for obligation,the have little e_perience of environmental protection and less special knowledge of birds.In order to make them better understand the task of NGO,and also to improve working efficiency,we have got together to study “” and “The Reform of Chinese Organization” at the beginning of this year.We focused on the situation and foreground of NGO in china.At the following time we concentrated on how to develop ourselves and what means can we use to streghten,ect.After appro_imately two weeks‘ argumentation,we learnt many about what we should do.Now,we can cooperate with each other much better.

B.Activities:

1.Personal e_perience:we are all in firm believing that the movement of observing birds being a great measurement,which will increase people‘s lovefor them.Dalian is a hilly area which makes it quite different from here to there.For the sake of gathering more suitable place to observe birds,the 8 of our cadremen went to the Bin Hai Road,Dahei mountain,Lushun Farmland and circumjacent villages and towns.Finally,we chose Lao Tie Mountain,the forest in Bin Hai Road,Bird‘s Forest,Two Islands Bay,Lushun Farm etc.This has established the basement of observing birds in the Autumn.

2.In order to promote more and more people to protect the birds in Dalian,we held an article match with the theme of “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.There are two advantages:on one hand,we could seize this opportunity to propagate to the thousands of college students in Dalian to pay more attention of birds.On the other hand,we‘d like to let more citizens know what the birds,as same as humanbeings,are worth cherishing by college students‘pleasure articles.

3.In order to widely propagate for cherishing the birds,in the early May,we held a bicycle-riding for signiture movement with the same theme “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.This activity was run cooperatively with the Environmental Protecting Association of Dalian Maritime University,Dalian Daily,New Business and several other broadcasting station also made immediate report.We altogether more than 30 people sent the handbills,collected signitures,made survey,which made this activity more splendid.Not only was the scroll filled with people‘s signiture,even before 10 o‘clock,but also many people felt pity that they haven‘t got a place to sign their name on.After hearing our secretary-general Weiwei Jiang‘s English introduction,a tourist from Ireland was very glad of signing his name,and left a word “significative movements”for us.We felt really happy to see that this activity had so wide influnce,and so many people attended it.All these were the affirmation of our efforts,and reflected that in the modern metropolis there are also a lot of people loving nature.

4.In the early June,we have edited “The Message of Birds in Dalian”N2.We compiled the keystone of our work and splendid articles into the book.We usually communicate with other Birds Association for the NGO and related e_perience.In Dalian locality,we often go out to send handbills in the universities,elementary school near Lushun in which birds formicating.We‘d like to make them understand that birds also have their own emotions.Anyone, who destroys the nature,will equal to destroy humankind.

Problem e_isting:For cadremen‘s lack of e_penrience for organizing the activities,things are short of proper arrangement;For they have little knowledge of birds,there are still many little problems e_isting when editing program or holding the activities.

During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really e_cited me for a long time. The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.

After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. It was my first time that I worked in a real company. And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade .So I think I just need to apply it into practice. During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies. Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department e_tension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls. Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot. In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was e_posed to other tasks, such as do some fa_ing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. I had been doing that work almost a week. At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with. I was even so tired of them and gave it up. The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the ne_t two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company. I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your E-mail. Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication. At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar. However, I found that they were not e_actly strict to my English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say. They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.

Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard. And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case. However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes. What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society. So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and e_perience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life. And only in this way, can I be of importance to me, then to the country.

III. Gains:

“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does e_ist a big gap between theories and practice. During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:

First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before. Many products of our company are stranger to us. Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.

Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. There are about ten employees in all. I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. IV. Problems and Solutions :

The first one is related with the foreign trade terms. Such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. They are the most complicated and difficult issues. Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself. And sometimes, I would ask others to e_plain them for me. The best solutions will be taken down into my note book. I know it does need some time to e_perience in handling such cases.

The second, my working attitude is not good enough. At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working. But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.

The third, being shy is always my weakness. In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative. But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.

The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it. When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other. There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. 20**年已经接近尾声，20**年的工作也告一段落，在这一年里，我经过自身努力，克服各种困难，特别是在上级领导的大力支持下，在同事们的配合下我较好的完成了各项工作任务，自身在各方面能力也有所提升。

这一年是有价值的、有意义的、有收获的。

现将这一年的工作及思想情况等作如下总结：

求我必须认真、细致。

要做到数据准确无误，无误的数据便于以后的查账，所以，必须要认真，仔细无差错。

这就要求我们在做工作时必须用严谨细致的态度对待工作。

三是责任心。

工作对我们来说就是一种责任。

我们有义务尽心尽责的去完成，去负责。

所以工作的好坏，也取决于你对工作的责任心。

四是工作的高效率。

对我来说提高工作的效率就是要多学习，从学习中汲取好的可以提高效率的知识，再就是，将问题细化，在短时间内决定，就要当机立断，设定具体时间安排工作，给自已制定严格的最后期限。

五是保密性。

我所从事的工作具有很大的保密性，尤其在对待外委施工队伍对单价等要保密。

可想只要你付出了就会有好的回报的。

在这一年的工作中，难免也出现一些不快乐的事情。

我也曾为工作的压力狭益过、郁闷过、焦虑过。

每个人的工作任务在逐步繁重与细化，工作压力大也是必然。

如果自我消极、抱怨是不会解决问题的。

不良情绪有时也曾影响过我的工作效率，只是适时调整自己的心态，寻找平衡切入点才是真的有效。

三、完成工作计划的具体措施：

我依然主要负责XX项目的计量、统计以及结算工作。

做好这份工作，首先要熟悉施工图纸与工程量清单，认真仔细核对，建立台账，这对于以后的工程量查找及对比数据，指导施工生产等都会有很大的帮助。

二是及时完成每月工程计量工作及统计等各方面要求的表格，认真履行岗位职责，及时与监理、业主等方面沟通，建立一个良好的外部环境。

三是与现场质检员及施工队伍及时沟通，对完成工程量及进度做到心中有数，按时完成领导想要的结果。

另外，作为青年知识分子，也要积极的与新老职工多沟通、多交流，共同学习探讨，营造良好的学习氛围，保持“传”“帮”“带”一直是公司保持的优良作风，我们要一直延续下去，更好的把公司的优良传统发扬光大。

四、企业发展方面建议：

(一)是全员管理。

成本管理应该是全员管理。

做到全员参与，树立全员经济意识，可以在公司的内部通过签订相应经济合同，理顺公司内部经济关系，做到各单位之间相互连接，相互协作，相互制约，责任分工明确，权力利益相配套。

(二)是成本控制

1、做好事前控制：“先算后干，心中有数。”承接项目之前，可采取风险预测技术，对工程项目的可行性进行风险评估，将风险降到最低程度。

利用价值工程，分析工程的功能要求，在保证工程质量的前提下，提出各种施工方案，并从技术和经济上进行对比评价。

对于日后的结算等具有积极的意义。

另外，应尽量提高投标工程量估算的可靠性，便于宏观调控标价既保证投标的中标率又可以尽量保证各专业工程的成本及合理利润。

对工程进行功能分析，对材料进行性能分析的基础上力求先用价格低的材料，通过诸如改变配合比、使用添加剂等技术手段来降低材料消耗费用。

通过建立分包商、材料商资料库来选择合适的分包商和材料商，也可对分包商、材料商采用招投标，实行“货比三家”，选择经济实力强和有现场管理经验、技术力量好、有熟练工人的分包商，以及产品质量好、供货时间能保证、信誉好的材料商。

运用统筹法，做好各生产要素配置。

对周转材料和机械设备是购买还是租赁也要反复比较核算，根据当地租赁价格考虑运输、购买及租赁的性价比正确决策。

2、做好事中控制，即工程成本形成过程中的控制，做到“边做边算、不断调整”，切实控制住成本。

按照工程施工本身要求和内在规律，编制出技术先进、工艺合理、组织精干的施工方案，均衡安排各个分项工程的进度，按照平面流水、立体交叉的作业原则，合理确定工程施工网络设计，保证工作面不闲置，工序作业不间断，各班组协调有序的作业。

各分项工程都要控制住材料的使用，为了降低损耗，可实行限额配料，根据实际情况同各班组或分包商确定合理损耗率，实行包干使用，节约有奖，超额则罚，使材料用量与个人经济效益挂钩。

材料用量要合理，既要减少现场材料过多而造成的管理麻烦，又可增强流动资金现金量，有利于使资产的流动性增强，资金使用更合理。

机械设备和周转材料要合理调度，严格按施工总平面堆放保存，避免二次搬运和损耗浪费。

同时要想方设法减少和避免无效管理和劳动，把降低工程成本的观念渗透到每个施工管理环节中。

3、事后控制。

“事后清算、以做后效”做好成本考核和成本分析。

工程竣工后，做好竣工总成本结算，根据结果评价项目成本管理工作的得失，写出完整总结报告，为成本管理各环节提供必要的资料，落实奖罚制度。

(三)是综合考虑质量、工期与成本的关系在整个工程运行的过程中，都要正确处理好质量、工期与成本的关系，努力提高资金使用效率，降低财务成本和管理成本。

质量控制以预防为主，适当增加质量预防费的支出，可以提高工程质量，杜绝事故的发生，其支出远小于因质量事故造成的损失，即可以获得很大的“隐性”效益。

同样，正确处理工期与成本关系，寻找最佳工期点成本，把工期成本控制在最低点，在特殊施工条件下，应比较保证工期所支付措施费与因工期延误造成的损失。

工程竣工决算通过后，应按合同规定，及时收回工程款，不能听任业主无故拖欠工程尾款。

(四)是责、权、利并举要建立明确有效的成本控制制度，推行标准化管理，激励机制和约束机制并举，把成本责任落实到各个岗位，落实到专人，应采取相应的奖罚措施，做到“责、权、利”相结合，使降低成本成为每一管理人员的自觉行动。

充分利用网络等现代化管理手段，实现信息传递的高效率。

Menen: You can never trust forecasts. Old rules don’t apply, and the new rules haven’t been written. The industry is becoming less predictable every year, with more and more challenges arising. Of course, the price of oil is always something we have to contend with, but, worryingly, natural disasters seem to be happening at a more frequent rate, while increasingly more national economies are struggling. We are continually learning, and every challenge helps us become better prepared to manage whatever new challenges 20xx brings.

Whitehead: As a relative newcomer to this industry (I became Hactl’s managing director in September 20xx), but a long-term observer of others while working at a senior level, I have quickly learned how sensitive air cargo is to the health of the global economy and how reactive it is to consumer demand.

Air cargo is a business that can boom in response to the release of a single, new piece of consumer technology (i.e, the iPhone 4, the latest Playstation or the Kindle) or crash because fears of defaults in one small economy have threatened to upset the currency of 16 others. I now realize that the major strength of air cargo — its ability to respond to sudden changes in consumer demand — is also its major weakness.

I’m developing the view that any prediction in air cargo is pointless if it’s based only on a recent or short-lived trend (like the one displayed in 20xx), rather than the extrapolation of a long-term picture that has been proven right by history. You could say that this risks missing the next major opportunity, but I don’t think so. 其次，要做到能够惟妙惟肖的同步复述了.但我们不能就此满意，因为这些完全是些机械的模仿,刻板的复述.这种机械的重复对于我们的口语和开口能力是不会有“事半功倍”的效果的.我们的目标应是：学会用自己的话,,把所听到的内容表达出来，其中尽量用到所听到的词汇、词组。

如果能做到这些，我相信大家的英语听力会很快提高。

二：记单词：

大家学英语，最常用的方法是背单词，但是词语的解释是死的，语言的运用却是活的，机械的理解会造成很大的误解。所以，单词不是最重要的，关键在于语境。可以这样说，单词没有多少实际运用的价值，机械记忆的单词量再大，也不会真正提高你的外语水平。所以我们要养成背诵句子的好习惯，因为句子中既包含了发音规则，又有语法内容，还能表明某个词在具体语言环境中的特定含义。

还有：不要学“古董英语”。任何语言都是活的，每天都会发展，学习陈旧的语言毫无新鲜感，而且基本无处可用。不鲜活、不入时、不风趣幽默的语言不是我们要学的语言，所以，日常生活中，我们要多读英语报纸、多看原版影视作品来补充新词汇。

三、口语与语法：

1、学好英语的标准是能流利的和他人交流，但有些同学把却把是否能看懂当成学习的标准。每拿到一本口语教材，翻开几页一看，都看懂了，就认为太简单了，对自己不合适。其实，练习口语的教材，内容肯定不会难，否则没法操练。看懂不等于会说，把这些你已经学会的东西流利地表达出来，才是口语学习最主要的目标。

2、千万不要用汉字来记英语发音。学习一门外语如果发音不过关，始终不会真正掌握一门外语，而且最大的害处是不利于培养对外语的兴趣，影响下一步学习。有同学用汉语发音标注英语，比如把“goodbye”记作“古得拜”，这种做法是有创新精神，但对英语口语的学习是绝对没有好处的。

3、学英语要敢于开口，不怕语法出错。我觉得，如果没有具体问题，一般不要去读语法书。超前学习那些枯燥的语法，可能会使你丧失学习外语的乐趣和信心。而且，语法好比游泳理论，对于没有下过水的人来说，游泳理论是用处不大的。同样，对于语言实践不够丰富的我们，直接学习语法的用处不是很大。所以，语法的理解一定要结合语言实践，因为语法是学会语言后的一种理论思考。学语言不存在对错，只要能说出来，意思让人家明白就可以了，不用费尽心机考虑用什么句型，只要能选准一个单词就行。

学口语最好的办法，不是做习题，不是背诵，也不是看语法书，而是反复高声朗读课文，这种做法的目的是培养自己的语感，只有具备了语感，才能在做习题时不假思索、下意识地写出正确答案。而且，当你熟练朗读几十篇课文后，很多常用句子会不自觉地脱口而出，MR任所谓的“用外语思维阶段”就会悄然而至。

四、其他方面

1、盯住“一套教材

现在有的同学手中有很多课外英语教材，但如果今天用这个教材、明天却换另一种，学习便失去了系统性。我觉得正确的做法应是选中一套教材，以它为主，其余材料都作为补充。

面对考试，仅仅以做题备战显然是治标不治本的做法，做题只能起到帮助我们了解题型……但对我们来说，语言能力的提高才是关键。

2、学习英语没有”速成“之说。学好英语也没有捷径，只有方法的好坏。

3、寻找一个学习伙伴

学习英语还要有较大的动力。每次你坐下来学习时，都需要在短期内集中精力读和听。但英语学习是一个长期过程，需要保证每天都有充分的时间、精力。所以许多人开始学习英语，过一段时间很快就放弃了，因为我们学习英语不是一个持续的提高过程，而是通过一系列的突然提高以及间隔着似乎没有变化的阶段，这就是所谓”高原效应“。在几个月的学习中，你都可能注意不到英语的巨大提高，在这些时候，我们最容易失去长期的动力并放弃学习。

避免此种现象出现的好办法是，尽量不要完全一个人学习。如果你不能到语言中心学习，至少你应尝试找一个”学习伙伴“，这样，你们能够互相鼓励和支持。

4、关于我们现阶段对英语学习的态度：

收获、不足及改善

a.业务开発、技术能力

来到*团队、经过了将近一个月的培训、大体上对业务的流程、规约、制造程序的方法步骤有了一定的了解.期间做过从简单到复杂的几本程序、从模拟到实际收获很大.起先、感到这个人事系统非常之庞大、内容丰富、模块功能繁多.复杂之中又有规律.在此非常感激我的sub leader*、还有老员工们对我们的细心指点.、那段时间常常加班加点地帮助我们尽快熟悉系统.

培训的最后一本程序、是本工作量比较大的程序.我们也研究讨论过数天、也发现了详细设计的问题.体会到*公司对程序制造的严谨和细致.处处体现了规范.不是乱来、随心所欲地做程序.如注释地添加、这是多人合作的工作、你写的代码要好好书写注释、以便于以后的修改阅读.在做这本程序时、很多的细节问题常常被我们忽视.让我吃惊的是、画面上的距离竟然都是用尺子去量的、画面上的控件有1px的距离、sub leader都为我们指了出来、可见这是一个需要细心、耐心、严谨的工作.

在工作中了解到一个原则那就是效率时间优先原则.一切都要有效率、都要在纳品之前、提早发现问题、解决问题.千万不要拖到最后一天、才发现了问题、那样要耽误事情了.采用前紧后松原则、前面多加紧点、后面好宽松点.

接著做过一本比较简单的程序、由于不是很复杂.做的比较顺利.经过自测、还有sub leader的测试最终发现了一个java script的问题、补上了.在做著本程序前、先好好研究了段时间、后来发现了详细设计有错误的地方、也指了出来、发了QA得到了日方的确认.总体上是提前完成了任务.也积累了点小经验.期间最后的步骤source review工作对source进行了修改.有些地方都还不是很规范、总之都要体现按照规约的来、不能随心所欲.

经过一段时间的修正、体会到如果自己写的代码很烂会让下一个改你程序的同事很是头疼、所以一定要提高自己的素质、首先应该注意的要条理清楚、思路明晰.

*掌握进度，随时汇报。了解到我们做的任务都有*期限，所以要求我们能估计今天做的`任务的进度。然后下班前都要跟自己的team leader汇报。刚开始，我们都很是不习惯，或者是忘记了。没有及时汇报。这样很不好，会导致leader掌握不了你做的任务的动态。以后都应该时刻提醒自己反应情况，提出自己遇到的困难需要哪些帮助。

*测试不马虎，差事不应付。有近一段时间我们做了大批量的测试工作。这可能不一定需求很高的技术含量。却是个考验细心，严谨的任务。甚至有的时候感到很繁琐枯燥。但这个保证软件质量的重要过程。如果测试的马虎，不认真测，软件到用户手上才看到bug是多么不好的情况阿。期间我们都对不懂的模糊的条目询问了同事和领导。不轻易地乱打对错。做好贴图，贴数据工作。当然做多了也有了点体会，比如100多项的测试，也可以发现里面的规律，有些项目是一组一组的，比如一个动作，测试下来，就可以对好几项的对错进行判别。

中途曾经做过一本*程序，由于接触的同事不多，我自己研究了下参考了给定的程序，跟同事研究讨论后，最终完成了。期间还发现了详细设计的错误，跟日方沟通得到了确认。这让我有了信心，虽然没有接触过的东西，也是可以通过学习完成的。

在空闲的时间sub leader也安排了我们自主学习，对*系统做些技术调查等等。也学到很多，当然还是有很多不明白的地方有待继续学习。

另以前曾经做的。net多是windows application方向的，刚进入公司做的是web方向的所以也是有很多需要学习的。工作中发现，有些动作步骤常常是机械的繁琐的重复的。我们是程序员完全可以自己编写点小软件来服务自己，提高效率。我发现加菜单操作非常的繁琐，要去数据库查东西，复制粘贴要弄个老半天，在空的时间里，我也写了个小程序，能够快速地加菜单，很想继续完善实现其它的功能得到sub leader及其它几位同事认可。且课余时间还做过个多年的心愿一个麻将程序，有点停滞不前，现在只完成了个雏形。

总之业务上还有很多需要探索学习的东西。

a.団体合作，交流协调

做软件是个团队合作的项目，不是一个人单枪匹马能做好的。特别是我们现在做的人事这么个庞大的系统。刚进公司，由于对大家都不是太熟悉，遇到了问题都是自己琢磨。leader鼓励我们要多交流。现在大家也很融洽，老员工也很热心地帮助我们新人，遇到问题我们也能讨论共同进步。这点做的还是挺好。

b.工作的态度

工作态度上还能积极配合大家做好工作的，服从领导的安排，有问题及时反应。并没有恶意地违反规章制度。

管理経験虽然自己不是领导，但是也能从管理者身上学到点东西。*经理，*，还有sub leader*，*他们都很友善，工作严谨认真，很值得我学习。*对我们组的新人很关注，不但业务方面还常常探讨些生活，做人，未来等等问题。做程序员的或多或少地会考虑自己”年纪大了"转职转行，或者去管理层的发展问题。这些管理经验，公司的，人的都应该好好学习下，是笔宝贵财富。

时间过的真快，转眼又过了一个月。现结合中环店八月份实际工作开展过程中取得的成果经验教训以及12月以来工作进展情况两大方面对本月的工作进行总结如下：

一、通过12月份日常工作和学习积累的一点认识。

在XXX描述这个月的主要工作事情。这个月感觉业务素质和解决问题的能力还不够，以后要做到加强学习，更新观念。对待日常工作，不要总找借口，要从自身出发，不断加强学习更新观念，不断分析认识提高自己，改变不执行不作为的不良习惯，自动自发的做好本职工作。我们在执行某些任务时，总会遇到一些问题。而对待问题有两种选择：一种不怕问题，想方设法解决问题，千方百计消灭问题。结果是圆满完成任务，一种是面对问题，一筹莫展，不思进取，结果是问题依然存在，任务也不会完成，反思对待问题的两种选择和两个结果。我们会不由自主的问到，同是一项工作，为什么有的人能够做的很好，有的人却做不到呢？关键是一个思想观念认识的问题。

二、认真工作，使自己素养不断得到提高。

爱岗敬业的职业道德素质是每一项工作顺利开展并最终取得成功的保障。在这一个月的时间里，我能遵守公司的各项规章制度，兢兢业业做好本职业工作，一个月用满腔热情积极、认真地完成好每一项任务，认真履行岗位职责，平时生活中团结同事、不断提升自己的团队合作精神。一本《执行力》让我豪情万丈，一种积极豁达的心态、一种良好的习惯、特别是让我明白了做一个有执行力的人对一个公司的发展和员工个人职业化的成长的重要性。一句话概括即为：个人执行力决定个人的成败，企业执行力决定企业的兴亡。这本书让我对自己的人生有了进一步的认识，渴望有所突破的我，将会在以后的工作和生活中时时提醒自己，以便自己以后的人生道路越走越精彩。

三、认真学习加强提高工作能力。

根据目前工作分工，我的主要工作任务是（1）负责公司培训工作；（2）负责工伤工作；（3）办公室部分写作和临时工作。通过完成上述工作，使我认识到一个称职的管理人员应当具有良好的语言表达能力、流畅的文字写作能力、较强的组织领导能力、灵活的处理问题能力、有效的对外联系能力、大型活动的策划及筹备能力。在原来的公司里，很多工作我只是管大。

四、不足和需改进方面。

虽然到来了近三个月，对生产工艺还不太了解，到生产现场时间不多，人员熟悉程度也不够，对分工的工作还没有形成系统的计划和长远规划。随着对公司和工作的进一步熟悉，我也希望领导今后多分配一些工作，我觉得多做一些工作更能体现自己的人生价值。“业精于勤而荒于嬉”，在以后的工作中我要不断学习业务知识，通过多看、多问、多学、多练来不断的提高自己的各项业务技能。学无止境，时代的发展瞬息万变，各种学科知识日新月异。我将坚持不懈地努力学习各种知识，并用于指导实践。在今后工作中，要努力当好领导的参谋助手，把自己的工作创造性做好做扎实，为的发展贡献自己的力量。

五、几点建议。

公司正处于企业转型期，是一个非常关键的时期，这一时期应该从管理上下工夫，企业管理的好坏，会决定企业转型的成败。首先，要加强思想观念的转变，加大培训力度，特别是管理层要改变老观念，要从实干型向管理型转变。领导层定期学习和交流，这样可可以开阔视野、学习管理理论。其次，公司要健全管理制度、明确岗位职权、建立激励机制、完善考核方式。好的制度可以改变人的行为，好的制度可以激励员工，好的制度可以强化管理。第三，要做好后继人才的培养工作。从现在起，要做好老同志的传帮带工作，把他们的好做法传下来，永远留在。第四，既要引进人才，还要用好人才，特别是要挖掘公司内部现有人才，最大限度发挥各类人才的作用。

部分工作是手下人在做，现在亲手做，发现很多看似简单的工作，其实里面还有很多技巧。

篇18： 月度总结报告

从事SQE工作已有两年,一套工作经验渐渐成形.在此拙作出来,以让SQE新人参考,让行内高手指教.

一．绩效：

VLRR(Verify Lots Reject Rate)、Customer Complaint、LRR(Lots Reject Rate) .

SQE 的使命，是通过对供应商的品质管理，以保证来料的品质。因此，VLRR是SQE 绩效的主要反映。

二．职责：

围绕保证来料品质这目的，SQE 应负起以下四点职责；

1. 对供应商例行品质绩效评估与稽核;

2. 品质监督与异常辅导;

3 .New/EC产品导入时的供货商制程与产品确认和持续改善(CIP);

4. GP产品及其制程管制等;

针对此四点职责，以下是我的一点经验：

1. 对供应商例行品质绩效评估与稽核;

1.1导入新厂商:

一般内容有:对新供应商作总况调查、QSA(Qaulity System Audit), QPA(Quality process Audit)、签定品质合约;

1.2供应商例行品质绩效评, 每月评分与制程稽核QPA;

每月评分三要素TQR: Technology. Quality. Response;

每月一评，评分结果分A/B/C/D等级。

1.3 制程稽核(QPA)每季度末由SQE制定下季度的稽核计划.

制程稽核方式：针对不同的站别, including Receiving Inspection、Warehouse、MRB、P/L、Secondary Operations、OQC、Packing and Stock and so on.

总结起来，重点项目由 人、机、料、法、环五项构成，具体事项按公司QPA List点检。

人：1. 培训 2. Comply WI/SOP ;

机：3 设备/校验。4 治具/测量;

料：5. 物料分区. 6 保存期/保存方式;

法：7 可追溯性; 8. SPC, 自检, CLCA检讨;

环：9 安全防护. 10 湿/温度;

QSA 通常每年一评。依ISO9000, 针对厂商的品质系统，对管理职责、资源管理、产品实现、量测分析与改进等四大块进行audit. 具体事项可按公司QSA List点检.

2 . 品质监督与异常辅导;

以VLRR and LRR 及customer complaint数据为基础，对厂商品质异常, 通过review 其FMEA、8D/5C report, 及review 改善的结果等，以监督其品质改善状况.

通过驻厂的Production Line Walking audit, check 品质异常改善措施的实施状况，并提出相关的改善要求，以辅导厂商品质的维持与改善.

3 .New/EC产品导入时的供应商制程与产品确认和持续改善(CIP);

对新产品的导入，或EC产品的首次投产，均须到厂商的产线，对其制程的状况和产品的合格状况进行确认，并Review TVR/FAI/CPK 等相关数据。

Check 厂商CIP的相关措施，如FMEA 、PMP、SPC、CLCA等。

4. GP产品及其制程管制等;

ROHS implement, 重点在Material Identify control.

可针对料号、Label、外箱标识等；运用SFCS Control；产线标识区分, 物料存放分区等。

三.处理公司不良品

一个好的SQE, 不但要管理好供货商的质量, 更要处理好本公司的不良品;

在此, 把公司的不良品归为两大类: VID( Vendor induce Defect) 和 PID ( production induce Defect)

1. 针对VID, SQE 应义无旁贷地去处理掉; 通常是视不良品的不良程度,要求厂商3R, 即Repair, Rework, Replacement.

2. 针对 PID, 虽然是公司生产在线的作业员造成的, 但一个优秀的SQE,也应从公司的利益出发, 适当地协助处理部分的PID;

大方向是如此,在实际工作中,以我的经验, 通常会有以下几点争议:

1. VID 与 PID的区分;当PQE(裁判)的工作能力不是很强时, 争议是无可避免的

2. 厂商不配合,迟迟不愿处理VID(不肯3 R)

3. 产线会把PID混到VID当中去,以让厂商承担;

4. 明显的PID,也会有产线老板出面,要求SQE帮忙Push厂商去帮忙消化

处理这三种情况,应视情况灵活处理;我个人认为:良好的沟通及双赢的宗旨.
