大家好！今天，我发言的题目是——《因为有爱》。
把整个心都奉献给孩子的前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过：“爱是教育的真谛。”是的，不管在什么时代、何种体制之下，是素质教育还是应试教育、是精英教育还是大众教育，爱都是教育中潜在的主题，离开了这一主题，教育就毫无意义了。现在，我们的教育正处在转型时期，对我国教育的改制也是“仁者见仁、智者见智。”但不管怎样改革，爱都是也应该是贯穿于改革的主线，一条贯穿于我国教育实施的一条红线。而爱是置于人心的不是置于政策的，爱是讲奉献的不是讲政绩的。在这里，我将给诸位做一些简单汇报，以抛砖引玉。
苏霍姆林斯基说，教师应该“真诚地热爱每一位学生”。在我八年的教学生涯中，我一直努力践行这一点。平奇同学是位可爱的小男生，在小升初的考试中，语文和英语都不够理想，刚好及格。前年插入我班时，针对他偏科的现象，毅然放弃了大量的节假日和课余休息时间，为他开起了“英语小灶”。渐渐地，头脑灵活的他不再贪玩了，学习英语的积极性也日渐提高。经过两年的磨炼，今年的中考，该生的英语成绩132分，并以总分735分的好成绩被兴中统招录取。他的父亲开心地说：“X老师，以后只要我的亲戚中有读初中的，我一定还介绍到你们学校。”

于是，我用一颗爱心平等地对待每一位学生，让他们沐浴着爱的阳光雨露。学生刘某某，母亲常年在日本务工，父亲手头上有些生意，忙于经营，平时对女儿的接触和关爱都很不够，致使该生认识了社会上的一些不良青年，并有了早恋的苗头。我一方面与她父亲加强沟通，要求抽出时间对孩子多加关爱，另一方面在班级开展一些文娱活动，利用“爱校爱家爱家乡”的三爱主题班会，为该生营造家庭的氛围，享受温馨的体验。在学校举办的青少年法律知识竞赛中，我推选她代表本班参赛，作为主力队员的她表现活跃，为我班夺得二等奖第一名立下汗马功劳。现在的她，已经是一位阳光而健康的优秀女孩。

有人说，有爱就有希望。我坚信，永远不对任何学生绝望，我们的教育就有希望。尤其是对待所谓的问题学生，我们要像汶川灾区大救援一样，决不言弃。张某同学，聪明活泼，但活泼得有点过了头，学习目的不明确，整日无所事事，有混世的迹象，而且酷爱上网，甚至到了不惜离家出走的地步。我想，如果教育不善于培养孩子的理智和情感，不能激发学生去进行自省，那么任何跟不良行为作抗争的措施都是无济于事的。要做到教会学生自学，一个重要的条件就是要使他就酷爱读书，并且学会在阅读过程中认识自己。如果他阅读的范围只局限于一些虚拟的世界，那么他的内心世界就会空虚和无聊，他就会去寻求“感官刺激”，而能找到这种东西的地方，是会把一切人性的东西糟蹋殆尽的。因此，我极力推荐他参加青少年法律知识竞赛、人防知识大赛，一方面转移他的不良兴趣，一方面让他在学习中体验成功的快乐。经过努力，他不仅参赛获奖，而且有了正确的价值观和世界观，让我很是欣慰。
有人也许要问我：“爱是需要动力的，你的动力来自何方？”那我告诉您，我是在不断学习中认识到爱的巨大力量的，我也是在学习中找到爱的原动力的。因为，“学习是最好的福利。”于是我非常珍惜每一次学习的机会，积极参加各种培训，尤其是今年暑假去洋思中学参加省级骨干教师的培训，使我对教育的理解又有所突破，引起我观念上的“震荡”，思想力有了质的飞跃、行动力有了系统性的优化。秦启文教授的“形象制胜，万物归宗”，在教师这里是人格魅力的外化；李大圣博士“宽度影响深度”的精辟分析，使我感觉到我作为一个教师是多么的肤浅，应该花大力气对自己这块“顽石”进行雕磨，从而拓展教育视野，提升教育理解力与行动力，最终开发自己的潜在资源。于是，我一口气花了200多元，买了苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的一百条建议》和《爱情的教育》；李镇西老师的《爱心与教育》和《走进心灵》、蒙台利梭的《儿童的秘密》、卢梭的《爱弥儿》、王涵等编著的《名人名言录》、《陶行知教育文集》等书籍。这些书籍中的教育理念和教育精神闪闪发光，超越了历史的时空，跨越了体制的栅栏，正潜移默化地影响着我。

教师到底是怎样的一个职业?我常常这样问身为教师的自己，在不断的工作、学习和成长中，我凝炼出了这样五个等式。
第一个等式：教师等于一个农夫。一样的春种秋收，一样的辛勤耕种;小苗破土而出，我们不辞辛苦地灌溉滋润、悉心养护。秋天来到的时候，总是满心欢喜地期待结出丰硕的果实，这就如同教师，对每一个学生都充满了热切的期望。
第二个等式：教师等于一个厨师。厨师不能做一盘菜强迫谁来品尝，而是努力要把自己的拿手菜做得色、香、味俱全，于是就会有人慕名而来，争相品味，教师不是把知识强加给学生，而是要把课讲得有声有色，有点有面，有张有驰;调动学生自发学习的积极性，传授他们最有用的，讲解他们最感兴趣的，教给他们最想要的。
第三个等式：教师等于一个舵手。舵手是整个团队中的核心一员，他操作船行使的方向，以保证船安全且高效率的行驶，最快到达终点。而是教师在这条载着无数希望的航船上，甘心做一名舵手，引导学生形成健康良好的世界观、人生观与价值观，生命之舟载不动太多的物欲和虚荣，要想扬帆远航，不在中途搁浅、沉没，把该放下的坚决放下，不畏风浪，坚定信仰，驶向收获的彼岸。
第四个等式：教师等于工程师。其实工程师早已经成为了教师的一个代名词，从我的老师的老师那时候就已经开始这样说起。作为工程师的我们在完成怎样的设计呢?我们的作品有思想、有灵魂，有独到的品位，经得起考验，有属于自己的鲜明特点。要不断创新，要与时俱进;设计思路要紧跟时代，不能过时，不能落伍。
第五个等式：教师还等于一把筛子。筛子本是筛选的器具，甩掉细沙和泥土，个大而又有菱角的石头才不会被筛掉。若顺应世故，趋炎附势，哈腰缩背，变得圆润而小，就会被筛子筛出。而教师就要为国家和民族筛选出这样有人格、有气质、有德操、有才能的大写的人!刚正不阿，坚持真理，奋斗不息却淡泊宁静，身处逆境而泰然处之，宠辱不惊，阅尽沧桑，从容大度，一柱擎天!
岁月如歌，在短短数十年教书生涯中，虽辛苦清贫，虽也有过急躁，彷徨，甚至想放弃，但人是懂感情的，一往情深精诚所至，一心一意顽石为开，爱心所至，情感所到，春风化雨，温暖人心。在这里，我想到了这样两句诗：“生命的远景，艰难而稳重，美丽而动人，道路的伸展，都是给时间的方向，从脚下开始，从脚下结束。

To me， the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts asa timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the costof our eco-environment。
Today， we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many newproblems。 On the one hand， tourism， as one of the most promising industries inthe 21st century， provides people with the great opportunity to see everythingthere is to see and to go any place there is to go。 It has bee a lifestyle forsome people， and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth。 It hasthe magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity。 But on theother hand， many problems can occur - natural scenes aren't natural anymore。Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal。 Oil spills from touristboats are polluting Antarctica。 Tribal people are forsaking their native musicand dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks。
All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can nolonger stand by and do nothing， because the very thought of it has been erodingour resources。 Encouragingly， the explosive growth of global travel has puttourism again in the spotlight， which is why the United Nations has made the year of ecotourism， for the first time to bring to the world's attention thebenefits of tourism， but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment。
Now every year， many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations arereceiving donations - big notes， small notes or even coins - from housewives，plumbers， ambulance drivers， salesmen， teachers， children and invalids。 Some ofthem cannot afford to send the money but they do。 These are the ones who drivethe cabs， who nurse in hospitals， who are suffering from ecological damage intheir neighborhood。 Why? Because they care。 Because they still want their MotherNature back。 Because they know it still belongs to them。
This kind of feeling that I have， ladies and gentlemen， is when it feelslike it， smells like it， and looks like it ， it's all ing from a scene to beremembered， a scene to recall and to cherish。
The other night， as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it wassent into the invisible， my mind was filled with songs。 I found myself hummingsoftly， not to the music， but to something else， someplace else， a placeremembered， a place untouched， a field of grass where no one seemed to have beenexcept the deer。

I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.
I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question， ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”
For us， I mean the Chinese youth. Sadly， this marvelous image that I had in my mind changed completely when my mum and I visited the grassland a year ago. As soon as we got there， I couldn’t believe my eyes. I asked my mother： “Where is the lush， tall grass?” As puzzled as me， she said nothing. I was shocked to see the differences between the grassland in my dream and what was in front of me.
On the way home， I thought a lot and tried to find answers.

Overpopulation is the biggest source of pollution.
Lets take overpopulation as an example.What does overpopulation feel like? When we move slowly through the city in a taxi.
When we enter a crowded slum district.
When the temperature is high and when the air is thick with dust and smoke.
The streets are crowded with people.
The streets seem alive with people.
People eating.
People washing.
People talking.
People sleeping.
People visiting each other, arguing and screaming.
People relieving themselves.
People pushing their hands through the taxi windows, begging.
People leading animals.

The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase.
People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the worlds resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution.
A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the worlds resources than a baby born in India.
Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth.
