心态是人的一种感情状况,犹如天气的晴雨表。愉快的心情能使人精神振奋,忧愁的心情能使人萎靡不振,这是一个关于身心健康的话题,前者有利,后者有害。探讨这个话题,对我们的人生价值有着重要的意义。一个人拥有一个良好的心态,能够从容地面对这个世界,面对坎坷和痛苦,甚至是面对生与死的考验,也不会惊慌失措。

在现实生活中,许许多多的人面临生存考验和工作压力,面临许多困难和矛盾,面临某些事物的不可预知性和突发性,不可能天天有好心情,喜怒哀乐将会伴随人的一生。如何调控自己的心态,使自己生活的更潇洒,更充实,更美好,变被动为主动,变压力为动力,是一门学问,也是人生一门必修课。

健康不仅指身体要素,还有精神要素,两者相辅相成,缺一不可。一个人体弱多病,或重病缠身,生活质量就相对较差,给诸多方面带来不便。一个人思想颓废,或没有上进心,即使有一个好身板,也会感到精神空虚,给自己蒙上一层心理障碍。
