“唉，便说与你吧!为师少时，与一名叫盼盼的女子订有婚约，三十年前，盼盼在渡江时落水身亡，为师便削发为僧，遁入空门;昨夜，为师忽然梦见她身穿嫁衣而来，与我同拜天地——唉!不想我皈衣佛门三十年，心中仍然不能忘情!”他长长的叹了一口气，又吩咐小和尚道：“为师圆寂后，你将为师夜夜睡的枕头拆开，内有一条手绢，你便覆在为师身上，做为陪葬，切记切记!”

日子一页一页地撕去，散乱地布满房间，像秋天里的落叶。

生命是一棵扎根在大地上的植物，难道从一开始，迎接的就是义无反顾的凋零?日子，把乳白的芽儿拱出土层，把嫩绿的叶子一片一片地张开，把花朵一枝一枝地释放出香味来，把果实酝酿成希望的彩色，甜柔的收成。

即使岁月把日子砍伐成一株轰隆倒塌的大树，但也会有泥土不斩不断、挖不绝的根系，会重新繁殖出新的苗圃来;还会有顽强的种子，用它们独特的旅行方式，走遍世界，去繁衍成理想的部落，美的风景。

3、三代

在交叉路口转弯的时候，我的脚踏车把一位陌生先生的右脚踝压伤了。本来我安全避闪的，当我看到那位先生一手牵着一个刚会走路模样的小男孩，一手牵着一个步履蹒跚的年老中风病患者时，我立刻紧急煞车把车头倾向一边，就在这时，他突然急速地跨前一步，自己撞了上来。

我赶紧跳下车，不安地说：“对不起!对不起!”

他一边弯下腰按摩脚踝，一边和气地抬起头：“我不怪你，是我自己撞上的……。也许是我太多虑了，我以为车子如果不会撞上我的小孩，便会撞上我的父亲，于是下意识地上前阻挡。”

每个夜晚我都出去散步，这不仅对我的身体大有裨益，而更重要的是它使我领一种不常有的温情。

每当散步归来，我远远地就看到我家所住的那栋楼房。穿过马路停下来，注视着它，我暗自思忖：我在家的孩子已经酣然入梦了吧?妻子是在读书，还是在弹拨着吉它轻哼着歌儿?是啊，那个房间里有这个世界上我最亲爱的人……我每晚都要从家里出去散步1英里，然后又轻脚慢步回家，站在那能望见家的地方小憩片刻，深深吸一口夜里清凉的空气，总在提醒自己;不要疏忽了自己生活中最神圣的那一部分。

一个登山者说：“我登山是因为想看看山顶的雪。”

山顶的雪意味着什么?也许雪就是雪，也许雪是向往的一切。懂得好好去生活是一种美德，然而，在努力的极限，到底有什么在牵引着我们，使我们在短暂的一生中，还脚步匆匆，甚至有时一路狂奔?我坚信那是一种很朴素也很深远的东西，它对我们的生命一定有特别的意义。暂且，让我们用那“山顶的雪”替代那足以指引每一个日子的声音。

那山顶的雪，牵引着每一个上山的人，只是每一个人有自己选定的路径和方式。唱歌的以歌声的翅膀飞临，种田的以牛车代步，写作的以文字抵达。

那“山顶的雪”本身也许并无特殊意义，但由它垂悬下来的一根无形的细绳，让攀登的人们的心灵有了一线归依。有了这个追寻的信念，无论你在哪个方位，都不会迷失在贪婪的物欲里;每一步，都是向着蓝天下的那片雪光;每一次仰望，都从心底涌出新鲜的攀登激情。人在登山中一天天成熟，天空却在一天天年轻。

当我们终于上到山顶，用心捧起那雪，忍不住赞叹“多美啊”，所有的努力便都值得。我们内心的成就和骄傲，绝不亚于那些船王和国王。我们可以在山顶对着苍天大地高唱一曲《我的太阳》，豪情直抵天门——如果天堂真的在。

6、山那边是什么

山那边是什么?不知是受到哪位神灵的启示，抑或是被一种无可躲避的召唤，我竟为之嗑嗑碰碰、踉踉跄跄地走上去。

时而跌落于陷阱，盼望黑森森的洞天会有一条藤索垂下，结果，什么都没有，还是靠自己挖破指头，攀援而出。

也曾走失在密林深处，认着兽迹，寻着响泉，追着鸟鸣，辨着草叶树叶藤叶的背向，企图步出迷津，一圈圈摸过来摸过去，最后，仍旧回复原地。

也曾为流星的光晕诱惑，在波光点点的山中湖里沉溺;还被红狐狸的尾巴拨撩，染上异香，昏昏然，久久不能醒来。

那是为了换取一团炭火、一口淡馍、一盅水酒，不惜向人变卖青春的歌喉。

甚至腻烦了别人走过的山道而去筚路蓝缕，往往为踩着捷径沾沾自喜。

就这样，迎着风、沐着雨、沾着露、顶着雷，苦苦地走，忽而浅唱低吟，忽而长啸疾呼。所有的颠簸都在脚底起茧，所有的风云都在胸中郁积，所有的汗水都在肤上打皱，这一切的一切，都是为了知道——山那边究竟是什么?如果是莽莽苍苍的林野，会不会有响箭的指向?如果是横亘无垠的幕霭，会不会有安详的晚钟?如果是躁动于旷谷之中的浩浩云海，会不会有鹰隼载渡?当我支着疲惫的双腿终于征服了一个自以为是的高度而极目远眺，哦?山那边还是山。

脚下匍匐的只不过是一个土丘，一团小小的泥丸。到了此时，到了此地，才知道自己是微不足道的;也只有到了此时，到了此地，能知道自己的微不足道。

Lion dancers perform on stage continuously. Visitors take home plants and flowers symbolizing good luck. An array of New Years specialty food is available in the Food Market. Visitors purchase new clothing, shoes and pottery at the Market Fair. Bargaining for the best deal is commonplace!

Children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. The Christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. The tradition of Christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. The rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.
