接下来是學蹬腿、换气、划手，这些我都學得不错，但我在學划手时出了点小问题。我學划手之后，总是游不那么远，这点使我心情很失落。我尽力游了几次，还是没有游到教练要求的那条白线。教练对我说：“你的耐力还不够，需要多多练习。”听了教练的话后，我下了决心，不到筋疲力尽，决不停下。经过不懈的努力，我终于能游到那条白线了。我现在还能坚持游25米不休息呢！

经过十天的苦练，我學会了蛙泳。通过學游泳让我學会了坚持。我喜欢游泳这项健身运动，它不但能享受清凉，还能强身健体，更能煅练意志。
