最近，我看了一辑节目《人与社会》，是关于一年前导游文花枝的舍己为人事迹。事情是这样的，在旅游车行进过程中突发车祸，在救护人员救人的时刻，她主动要求先救乘客，结果因为耽误救护时间，左腿高位截肢，使这个美丽漂亮的导游小姐永远失去了自己的左腿。我们先不去设想她如果知道不先救自己就会失去左腿，还会不会那样做的问题。我们只需要知道她具备一种精神，一种平常人和那些在危机发生时却袖手旁观的人所不具备的东西，这就是人活在社会大家庭中应该具有的一种责无旁贷的精神。
去年8月21日凌晨1点，探望在广西来宾市做生意的父母的赖戈林，面对穷凶极恶、手持利刃入室盗窃、抢劫的3名歹徒，为保护人民生命财产不受侵犯挺身而出，在自己身受多处刀伤的情况下，仍同危害社会治安的疯狂歹徒展开殊死搏斗，被歹徒刺杀而壮烈牺牲，用鲜血和生命打击了罪恶，扞卫了正义。两名歹徒也因与赖戈林搏斗时留下伤痕这一重要线索，已被公安机关缉拿归案。
可见，任何一个时代的楷模，无不植根于传统美德的沃土，无不体现着先进的时代精神，这些舍己为人的典型。我们学习的，不仅仅是他们的善心和义举，重要的是要在学习他的精神的过程中，把建设和谐社会推向一个新的高度。

说起第四党支部的李勇同志，大家也许并不陌生，平日里我们都亲切地称呼他为“李工”。 看到他的办公桌，大家都会竖起大拇指：井然有序的文件摆放、干净透亮的镇纸玻璃、分门别类的文件夹……都显示出他是个做事非常认真仔细的人，凡事容不得半点马虎。
记得当初我刚来不久的时候，有一次在填写几份仪器停用申请表的时候，由于马虎写错了数据而涂涂改改，李工发现后，立即指出错误，并要求必须重写一份，当时我随口说了句：“这不要紧吧。”没想到就这一句话，使李工的表情骤然严肃了起来，他语重心长地教导我：要做一名优秀的质检人员，就要在工作中、在细节上下功夫，质检工作容不得一点马虎。听得我心里深感羞愧，也打心眼里佩服了这位质检前辈。我默默地记下了他的话，这是一位质检前辈对晚辈的殷切关爱与期望，它让我感受到前行的方向与力量。
作为建材所的副所长兼技术负责人，李工的工作量可想而知，对他而言，加班简直就像是家常便饭。对于别人来说下班后的时间和空间都属于自己，他们可以去聚会、去学习或是和家人在一起共享天伦之乐……可是这样自由的时间和空间留给李工又有多少呢?记得在大干150天那段时期，我第一次看到了李工的儿子浩浩。因为时间紧、任务重，大家基本上天天加班，而李工更是常常工作到凌晨才回家，可能是孩子太想爸爸了，于是有一天吃过晚饭，小浩浩硬是跟着爸爸来到办公室加班。当李工开始工作的时候，小浩浩便幸福地黏在爸爸身边，贪婪的享受着这种“久违”了的父爱。也许李工觉得孩子在身边会影响工作，于是他认真严肃地劝浩浩到一边玩，不要妨碍自己工作。尽管不情愿，但懂事的小浩浩还是知趣的跑到了一边自己玩，眼神里流露出对爸爸的依依不舍。
看着小浩浩那幼小的身影和纯真的眼神，我的心里像翻到了“五味瓶”一样，有种说不出来的感觉。小浩浩在这个年龄段是最需要爸爸的陪伴与呵护了。可对于李工来说，他有许多无奈和苦衷：所里比对考核、报告审批、员工培训、技术指导等等都由李工负责。那么多的工作摆在面前，那么多的事情要处理，那么多的任务要完成，任何小失误、小过错都可能造成不可挽回的后果。所以，在他工作时不允许丝毫的分心，不允许任何细小失误，他必须排除一切干扰全身心地投入到工作中去。
在工作中，李工熟悉每一台设备、每一台仪器，好像这些设备仪器早已成为他生活中的一部分，什么时候建材所添置了什么设备、什么时候该对仪器设备进行维护保养他都心里有数。当他看到有些仪器设备由于维护不当而导致损坏的时候，他总是心疼不已;当他看到仪器档案袋有破损，他总是默默地拿出透明胶把它修补完好;他对每一份报告、每一份标准，总是轻拿轻放，生怕弄皱了弄脏了，他热爱质检工作，爱得那么深，爱得那么认真……

在她退伍到清华大学外语系报名的时候，老师让她一次写完二十六个英文字母，再简单不过的事情，邓亚萍却绞尽脑汁后才把它们写出来，她为了学习英语晚睡早起，把睡眠时间缩到了最短，就 连吃饭，走路也要看英语书，她每天和朋友用英语交流，每天去上课，她付出了常人难以想象的汗水和心血，中国在申办奥运会的时候，邓亚萍用一口流利的英语，让在场的所有的外国官员大吃 一惊，为我国申办奥运会立下了汗马功劳，功不可没。
邓亚萍从练球到学习英语的刻苦精神，值得我去学习，这就是我心目中的偶像——“乒乓女王”。

亲爱的老师、同学们：
我的家乡河南有许多的名人如：刘洋，王海龙，海霞，邓亚萍，孔寅，常香玉——其中让我最敬佩的是“乒乓女王”——邓亚萍。
一米五的个子，四肢粗短，一双炯炯有神的眼睛中散发出坚持不懈的光芒。就是她曾经震撼了无数的人。童年时候的邓亚萍因受父亲的影响，和父亲学习乒乓球，父亲规定她每天练完体能课后， 还要做一百个接球和发球的动作，为了使自己的球技更加熟练，基本功更加扎实，便在自己的腿上绑上沙袋，而且把木牌换成了铁牌。她每一个闪，展，腾，挪一步可以说是举步维艰来形容，腿肿了， 手掌磨破了这时家常便饭，但是她从来不叫苦，不喊累。她的付出总有了回报，十岁的时候她在全国少年乒乓球比赛中获得了单打两项冠军，她在历届的奥运会中，赛场上，她那怒吼总是使对手闻风丧 胆，每一场比赛她都反败为胜。
