寒假里发生了很多趣事，那些趣事就像是一颗颗璀璨的明星。然而有一颗明星最为耀眼，让我难以忘怀。那就是第一次包饺子。

新年要吃饺子，我早就跃跃欲试地想尝试包饺子了。开始包饺子了，我学着大人的样子，先拿一片圆圆的面皮，然后在面皮中间放入两勺馅，再把皮捏紧。谁知，馅放多了，小饺子挺着大肚子，活像个“孕妇”。我想帮“孕妇”减肥，就狠命地捏“孕妇”的肚皮，没想到，“孕妇”的肚皮“爆了”。我紧张不已，急忙拿出另一张面皮补上。妈妈笑着说：“婷婷，包饺子时，馅要放的恰当，不多不少才行。”我吸取教训，接着包下一个。可这次馅又放少了，饺子又成了个“瘦子”。我恼羞成怒，把饺子一扔：“不干了!”妈妈安慰道：“婷婷，失败乃成功之母，不要气馁!”听了妈妈的话，我又坚持包起饺子来。

后来，我包的饺子越来越好，速度也越来越快。看看之前包的饺子，一个个都东倒西歪的，再看看现在包的饺子速度又快，样子又美，我不禁喜笑颜开。

包饺子可真是有趣，我相信在寒假还剩的日子里，会有更多的趣事发生。
