粽子是我的家乡著名的美食。每次回外婆家外婆都会包给我吃。

包棕子所需要的食材并不多，只是做起来有些麻烦。外婆会从小河边采摘来苇叶带回家清洗。洗净的苇叶是暗绿色的，把它晒干就可以做粽叶了。把粽叶晒干放好后，外婆就去集市买来糯米和蜜枣，可别小看这小小的糯米，它可是做粽子必不可少的食材。把买来的糯米淘净，蜜枣洗干净后，外婆就开始包粽子了。

外婆先拿两片粽叶放在一起，用手指理了理边，然后在粽叶下端窝了一个酷似漏斗形状的角，当然，它的底部是封口的，不然糯米就会漏出来。第一步做好后，外婆把适量的糯米倒进去，放一个蜜枣再顺势把粽叶折过来，呈一个三角体，把边角理一理，第二步完成了。最后一步就是用线绑好，如果是包粽子能手，那包出来的是很精致的。

看着一个个粽子放进蒸笼，我就目不转睛的盯着，生怕蒸熟的粽子飞跑了。

蒸好的粽子散发着淡淡的粽叶味和浓浓的糯米香，真是让人垂涎三尺！
