今年以来,外经贸科围绕镇党委、政府的工作要求,对照市政府下达的目标任务,把招商引资作为工作重中之重和主要抓手,以医学,教育业为突破口,以“强基础、促发展”为要求,充分发挥部门的职能作用,把引进项目作为工作中心,集中多方合力,汇聚各方优势,不断加大宣传力度,扩大公司的知名度;加强政策、业务学习,提高自身水平,增强工作的主动性,拓宽为企业解忧排难的领域;以服务外资企业为工作的落脚点,增强服务意识,提高服务水平,努力营造亲商、安商、富商的氛围,引导企业参与扩大出口,提高出口规模,开拓外贸、外经工作新局面。通过努力,各项工作取得了新的成绩。

一、以项目带动为抓手,以资金到位为目标,全力以赴做好招商引资工作

今年,自营出口x万美元,境外投资额x万元,服务外包企业x个,业务执行额x万元,外资工商登记数、协议外资、注册到位外资虽未下达目标任务,但也提出了很高的要求,任务重,完成目标任务的压力很大。开发区各生化医药企业对“两反一保”、技术性贸易壁垒知识的熟知程度增加。以完善制度体系建设为依托,以提高预警信息工作的效用和工作水平,拓展服务领域,创新服务手段为重点,提升产品质量、科技含量,改革产业结构,做好我开发区生化医药行业对外贸易预警示范点的各项基础性工作和长远性目标工作,为我开发区生化医药行业创造公平的、良性的、和谐的对外贸易环境,促进行业又好又快发展

通过我预警示范点的预警信息汇报、通报、培训、研讨会等工作方式的宣传、沟通,特别是各联络员的沟通和联络作用,使得各企业对“两反一保”、技术性贸易壁垒知识的熟知程度普遍增加,为它们今后准确及时地应对“两反一保”、技术性贸易壁垒案件奠定了坚实的基础。使得各企业在对“两反一保”、技术性贸易壁垒知识的熟知程度普遍增加的基础上,其预警意识也在同步提升,使其在今后的应对“两反一保”、技术性贸易壁垒等案件中形成了应对措施的思维模式和思维方式,为其更好地应对国际贸易摩擦作了思想层面的铺垫。开发区企业华春化纤染织有限公司xxx年成功应对了欧盟聚酯高强力纱反倾销案,虽然他们并不是我们预警点成员企业,但是通过招商局和协会,他们的成功经验也可以与我预警点企业交流和分享。

二、继续发挥部门职能作用,全力为现有内外资企业做好服务。

今年以来,我们外经贸科充分发挥部门的职能优势,在项目落户、信息提供、化解困难、上下沟通等方面为外资企业做了一些具体工作,也得到了企业的好评,主要体现在以下五个方面:

1、做好新办外资项目的报批及变更项目的上报工作。在项目办理过程中,实行一条龙保姆式服务,从材料起草直至银行开户,全程包办服务,减轻了企业的负担,缩短了办理时间,提高了工作效率。

2、做好外资企业联合年检工作,所有参检企业全部通过年检。

3、与上级部门做好沟通联络,为相关企业在申请广交会摊位、自营出口经营权、进口设备贴息、增值税退税、中小企业开拓资金等方面,及时提供信息,加强配套服务。

4、做好出口企业生产经营状况表、自营出口表、固定资产投资及技改项目进展情况表等有关报表的数据统计及分析工作。及时掌握好第一手资料,为领导正确决策提供依据,同时督促企业及时做好相关验收材料的结报工作。

5、加强与外资企业的沟通联络,及时把上级单位、部门的政策、信息传达到企业,让企业了解掌握最新的外经贸动态,国际经济形势的变化情况,为企业正确决策提供依据。同时,关心、支持企业的发展,对列入市重点外贸企业的单位加大服务举措,外贸出口呈现了逆势飘红,在去年的基础上有了明显增幅,特别是20xx,x月份外贸自营出口额预计可达到x万美元,全年预计可完成x万美元,完成全年计划的x,与去年相比增幅达到x。

这些年工作虽然付出很多,也取得了一些成绩,但也存在很多不足之处,特别是在工商注册外资数据和指标上存在落额,在来年工作中需更加努力。

三、xx年工作安排

xx年,外经贸科将围绕镇党委、政府确立的工作重点,充分发挥部门的职能的作用,积极调整工作思路,强攻招商引资,坚持内外资并举,在招商的同时重点做好今年9只重点项目的落户工作,突出医学,教育资的优势地位,以创新思路,转型发展为目标,更进一步抓住优势项目,实施项目带动,投资拉动发展。重点是做好下面几项工作。

1、进一步梳理在手项目,建好项目信息库,加强项目管理。对相对成熟的项目加大推进力度,争取及早落户,对意想明确的项目,加强跟踪服务,工作到位,责任到家。

2、进一步完善招商资料,突出重点,提升资料的质量和针对性。重点针医学业,教育业为题材,制作有品位质量上佳的宣传画册,提高我镇的形象,吸引有意想的客商投资兴业。

3、重点做好今年签订的落户投产工作。

4、积极参加市组织的各类招商活动,同时主动出击招商。

5、利用好秋洽会的平台,做好信息捕捉、客商联络、项目签约等工作。

6、新批1家服务外包企业,完成市下达的服务外包执行额。

7、做好重点外贸企业的跟踪工作,按规定及时向有关部门反馈信息、数据。

8、做好外资、外贸、外经等相关业报表的收集、统计、分析工作,及时向上级部门报送报表。

9、进一步提升服务水平,为外商企业做好全面服务,解决企业遇到的实际问题。重点做好摊位申请、中小企业开拓资金的申报、优惠政策的兑现等工作。

xx年,注定是不平凡的一年。原材料成本增加,税率大调整,人民币不断升值,在这样的大背景下,外贸在xx年显得尤其艰难。忙忙碌碌的一年眼看又要过去了,又到了需要对自己的工作总结经验教训的时候了。

一 回忆过去

1、对新销售区域的拓展。

以越南市场为重点开拓市场,培养了3个新客户,到xx年底止,总计销售金额为28万美金。从xx年1月起,一共9个不同国家和区域的客户建立了商业合作关系。

2、注重品牌意识。

一个企业的发展壮大,品牌力量起着非常大的推动作用。xx年成功把三锋品牌产品销售到斯里兰卡,就目前来说,销售情况良好。

3、对老客户的优质服务。

重点为乌克兰客户xx和意大利客户yy的跟踪和服务。xx在xx年销售金额总计为32万美金,面对xx年欧洲对eu2标准的实施,历时6个月,25cc汽油锯问题现也得到了解决。

二 总结现在

1、产品质量有待进一步的提高。

无论是公司的主打产品电链锯汽油锯还是小打小闹的冲钻角磨,质量投诉此起彼伏。这对销售工作的开展产生了极大的困扰。再者,新产品的'开发周期过长,就产生了老产品不成熟,新产品又不敢推荐的怪现象。

2、跟单工作的艰难。

按照公司以往的生产周期,一般为30—35天。以xx年来衡量,远远超过这个周期。我们的推迟交货,直接影响到客户的销售计划,这对公司的信誉也会造成一定的影响。尤其是,每每到发货时,不是这种机器少一台就是那种机器少两台,不仅对工作带来了非常大的麻烦,客户那边更是不好交代。

三 展望未来

海外市场的开拓没有终点,xx年对于xx年来说只是起点。在摸索和经历中慢慢成长,而新的一年每一项拓展工作都需要领导的大力支持。市场是残酷的,xx年必将是我更加兢兢业业工作的一年。生于忧患,死于安乐,如果xx年注定是狂风骤雨,那么请让它来得更猛烈些吧。

我坚信,在拓展海外市场上,我们所做的每一步都是为了更好地销售我们的产品!

做这个轴承销售工作整整三个半月了。今天在这十月的最后一天最后一个时刻,对自己工作做个总结,回顾历史,吸取经验教训,做好以后的工作。

从七月十五号我进这个工厂,自己就显得有些急躁,电脑老是掉线,注册个网站要注册好几遍,不过这个时候自己是努力的,很想多注册一些免费平台,多个渠道找客户。期间自己也对轴承做了大概的了解工作,除了轴承行业的发展和现状外,还包括轴承的分类和代号等。另外在上班之外的时间,自己也把公司的样本做了详细的一遍的学习,知道公司生产产品的品种和范围,还把样本里面的英文自己也看了一遍,算是对自己在行业相关英语方面的学习吧。其中发现了一点错误,好在错误不大,当然也是常见的,或许我吹毛求疵了一些,还是觉得不够完美。我太追求完美了。

这个时期,我觉得欠缺的还是系统的记忆和巩固吧。因为,之后,自己加的轴承群等,出现一些询价的,那些轴承型号很多很怪异,有时候自己记不住是哪一类的,有些知道是哪一类的又看不懂后面带的符号的意思。感觉自己知道的怎么还是那么少。

平台注册多了,就发现一些问题,有些平台不是会员不能发布产品信息。有些注册的时候,地区选择里面根本就没有中国。对于这一类不能用或者不好用的网站,就摒弃掉了,不再用了。而且,我发现这些网站也很烦人的,只要在他们网站上注册信息,就会收到广告电话。这个阶段,我选取了几个比较好用的网站。每天不至于很没有目的。这些网站有专门的国外贸易平台,也有我国的外贸平台,当然,都是免费会员。免费会员能看到的信息很少。

不过,长期下来也积攒了一些,有给他们发邮件,但是都没有回音,石沉大海了。不过,想想也很正常,我们自己公司收到广告邮件也是不会回的。自己也在一些平台的论坛里学习一些外贸知识。与其说学习,不如说是巩固知识。有时候自己也可以用学过的理论回答一些问题,帮助能帮助的人。这样做不但自己的知识可以和他们实际工作中遇到的问题结合起来,也可以赚取一些网络虚拟金钱,可以设置签名什么的,这样,以后走遍论坛到处都会有公司的足迹了,是一种活的、会动的宣传吧。其中有段时间收到的询价还是较多的,不知道为什么都是下班以后,通常是在下午六点以后。要求报价的,我就说等到第二天经理来了,尽快给他报价。

但是客户也会问一些专业性的东西,不回答吧,觉得不专业,回答吧,回答错了更不专业了。此时觉得自己其实什么都不会,报价不会,产品知识根本不知道要学些什么才是很使用的。急啊。后来我发出去的邮件终于有回音了,打开一看,居然说的是purchase bearings not from china。不知道中国的怎么了。不过还是回复了一封感谢邮件,谢谢人家的回复。不只是一种礼貌,也真的是对对方的一种感谢。通常很多外商没有兴趣的话,是都不大搭理的。

(1)PPC竞价 ppc竞价应注重针对批发。在批发市场里面的衣服都是一捆一捆的。只要掌握了当季的流行,然后大批量的进货。,销售,就能盈利。这就是sem. 最重要的是研究核心关键字,然后用相关的工具,来扩展关键字最后成千上万个关键字一起投放。我们要从从长尾做到短尾,慢慢提高。另一个就是要有合适的销售转换率。没有销售转换率,就是浪费钱。PPC广告的访问量,广告排名和广告效果比搜索引擎优化更具稳定性和预知性。从长期效果考虑,其投资收益回报不及搜索引擎优化。 PPC竞价个人几点建议

1、产品关键词避免链接到主页,做单独的landpage转换率会更高。

2、网站域名一定要简短易记,否则老客户会通过搜索引擎点广告进入网站,而不是直接输入域名进入。浪费大量的点击费用。

3、着重批发业务,因为单笔成交量大创造效率更高。

1、从标题部分下手,因为标题是整站权重最高的地方,搜索结果很大的一部分是直接显示的网站标题。所以每个网页的标题尽量都不一样,并且要与这个页面的内容符合。

3、Mtea keywords和meta description经过合理的组织语言,合理的突出了关键字并加大了关键字密度。例:Uggs,Ugg Boots,Cheap Ugg Boots,Ugg Boots Online,Womens Ugg Boots On Sale,Ugg Classic Boots、具体关键词还得借助Google Adword 分析。

5、每个页面结尾处要有返回首页的链接,保证“蜘蛛”能对全站进行索引。

B: 站外推广

1、尽量增加高质量的反向链接,因为在搜索引擎中有这个原则:从优质网页链接而来的网页,必定也是优质网页。找一些高PR且可以评论的博客发外链、教会大家使用Robofrom自动填表,锚文本制作。

2、和其他站点做友情链接时,要以关键字为文本。譬如:UGG Boots Sale、UGG Boots Online等。

3、利用google的站长工具,制作sitemap。

4、建立符合标准语法的robot.txt,放在网站根目录下。

5、选择goole blog等更新频率很高的站点,建立第三方博客,更新文章,然后将网站加入友情链接。尝试注册阿里巴巴免费会员的方式。
