Life certainly has its fair share of ups and downs, but if you tend to focus too much on the negative, it can affect everything you do. By seeing the glass as half full, you'll not only make your day-to-day experiences more enjoyable, but also improve your health (a recent Harvard study found that optimists have lower blood pressure levels, heart disease rates and more). Luckily you're not doomed to a life of glum and gloom―you can actually change your outlook for the better. Read on for nine easy ways to stay on the brighter side of life.

1. Acknowledge what you're grateful for. 学会对生活感恩

One very important component of optimism is gratitude. In fact, a study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychologyfound that there is a strong connection between a grateful attitude and a heightened sense of well-being. Appreciate all the positives in your life by starting a gratitude journal in order to remember what you're thankful for. ”I carry a small notebook in my purse and jot down moments of good in my life,“ says veteran broadcast journalist Deborah Norville, author of Thank You Power. ”When I look back at the entries, seeing the words rekindles the good feelings that prompted me to enter them in the first place.“ By remembering the pleasant things in your life, you can actually turn a negative attitude around.

However, if you focus on the small milestones that occur along the way, you will feel positive about your progress, which will give you the momentum to keep going. ”If your goal is to lose 20 pounds, know that you have to do it one pound at a time. Instead of beating yourself up for still being overweight, despite weeks of dieting and exercise, congratulate yourself for dropping three pounds.“

8. Help someone in need. 帮助需要帮助的人

Want to give your attitude a boost? Try making someone else's day better. A report by UnitedHealthcare and VolunteerMatch found that volunteers are 72% more likely to characterize themselves as optimistic compared with non-volunteers. Plus, 89% of volunteers say that volunteering has improved their sense of well-being, and 92% say that it enriches their sense of purpose in life. Find a way to give back near you by visiting VolunteerMatch.org or the Volunteers of America website.

9. Decide to be happy every day. 下定决心开心度过每一天

Many of us don't think about needing to have a positive outlook when things are going well―it's only when we're stressed out or in a foul mood that we wish we could press the ”optimism button.“ But, according to Dr. Brown, the ideal moment to make a conscious decision to be happy is at the start of your day. ”Each morning, while you're still in bed, say and repeat statements like, 'This is going to be a good day' or 'I’m looking forward to this day because…' The best time to do this is when you're relaxed and your mind is unencumbered by concerns or anxiety.“ By beginning your morning on the right foot, you can program your mind to be more optimistic all day long.

1.确定目标、资源:

在做网站前,应该了解自身的条件和应有的资源,看在哪个领域内适合自己做,自己有哪方面的资源优势,不要盲目跟风,还不了解团购网站是怎么回事就开始介入,那样将来势必做些徒劳工作,比如,有制作服装的工厂资源,那么就可以考虑做服装的团购,针对服装的资源进行整合和规划。确定好了目标和资源后再进行下一步的操作。

团购网站所售商品一般要比市场价格低30-50%,这样才能吸引用户购买,所以要是有些工厂资源的话,那样会比较方便,从出货到销售再到运输都会比较容易做,不至于在一个一个的找产品。

同时还要分析同行的竞争性及对手的优势、自己的优势,在服务或是产品上是不是能做到差异化,有不同点才能有更大的生存空间。

2.确定网站名称、域名:

在确定目标后,就得给网站起个响亮的名字,网站的名字最好是简洁、易记、简短,一个好的网站名字能让人过目不忘,深深的记在心里,但也要符合网站的特性和目标;不要一个卖衣服的网站起一个和衣服不相干的名字就不好了,比如:靓衣团;

网站域名也同样如此,要简洁、简短、简单,中国先都比较偏重于拼音的组合,比如:baidu、lashou、ganji等等,简单而和中文名称有个对应,这样大家在记网站名称的时候也就把网址记下来了,网址切记加数字、下划线之类的符号,不方便书写和记忆。

3.购买域名、虚拟主机、网站程序:

名字确定后既可以开始购买域名(域名后缀最好是.com,.cn的也可以,申请的时候比较麻烦,要提交公司执照、代码证等相关材料;域名的费用在55-90元之间,不同的代理商有不同的价格,域名每年续一次费用,到期前会提示续费);

虚拟主机,现比较流行的几个团购网站程序多是php语言mysql数据库的,所以大家买虚拟主机的时候最好问清楚空间是否支持,还有数据库的大小;

网站程序,现在有那么4.5家做的团购程序比较正规的,大家可以根据自己的需要选择,具体哪家可以在搜索中搜“团购程序”个人版的是免费的,但有功能限制,企业基础版的价格在1000-5000元之间;如果单买程序也就是1000元左右,多的费用是服务费,比如安程序、调程序、换模板等等的费用。

4.工信部申请网站备案:

以上的资料都准备齐网站还是开不了,现在规定,网站开通之前必须要进行网站备案,拿到备案号方可开通运营。没有备案号域名是解析不了,看不到网站的,这是很重要的环节。备案的时候要提交公司执照、机构代码证、联系人身份证复印件、签署工信部的核验单、签订一份《信息安全管理协议书》公司盖公章、7 寸照片一张、2寸照片1张,这些资料都准备齐备了要邮寄给代理商,代理商提交到工信部等待审核,审核日期自提交之日起20天左右可以回复结果,

5.调试程序、页面设计:

这一步就是开始调试程序,看有没有bug,错误在哪里,该怎么解决,这些都要一一的检查和检测,在此同时对于页面要进行颜色、图片的修改等等都要同时进行。待程序调试没有问题,页面也已经设计完毕方可上线进行运营。

有两个地方需要注意,一是后台可群发邮件(可设置邮箱在线发送邮件,但用免费邮箱又发送限制,每天不超过200封),也可以让邮件公司群发邮件,群发邮件的价格10万封在300-450元之间;二是后台可群发短信(需要购买,每条大概在0.6-1毛之间,看发送量,量越大越便宜)

6.支付接口集成:

团购网站是电子商务网站的一种,但是现在团购网站的支付方式多是即时到帐服务,不是淘宝的那种担保交易,当时付款当时即到;为了满足不同的用户,网站程序也开通了更多的接口供大家选择,支付宝、财付通、快钱、易宝支付、手机支付等等支付方式,在程序的后台都会有一个支付接口的地方,只要输入用户名和密钥就可以打到在线支付的功能,各支付网站也可协助完成支付接口的集成。

7.产品上线调试:

产品正式上线,在进行大面积商品上架前期要先做产品测试、程序整体调试;产品发布是否正常、在线支付是否正常、在线注册是否正常、群发邮件是否正常、群发短信是否正常等,这些都有测试成功后再进行大面积的上架其他产品,在测试的同时也请朋友、同事帮助测试,看有没有问题,有问题及时回馈、更改。

8.网站宣传、推广计划:

推广就要平时多积累客户信息,多搜集一些用户的邮箱、手机号码、qq号码等,利用这些信息宣传、推广网站,还有一些大家熟知的渠道也可以用,如:团购导航(一般都收录正规,有销售业绩的团购网、需要提交很多的公司资料)、短信群发、邮件群发、微博、论坛、友情链接、硬广告(图片)、软广告(文字)、活动(有奖活动、抽奖活动、0元抢购)等;推广是一个长期还是个烧钱的任务,免费的渠道也可以做,但是效果肯定不如花钱的更直接、更有效。

有人说,团购是现在金矿级别的行业,但是个人认为,要想去挖这个矿,还要不断的完善自己、要有耐力和坚忍不拔的精神、同时还要有一个更重要的东西,产品资源,这是网站的核心部分之一,没有好的产品,做的宣传再好那也是白费功夫。这两者是缺一不可的。只有好的产品加上有效的推广,还有完善的售后服务结合在一起才能做出一个成功的团购网站。

如何做个好的项目经理?项目经理应该做什么?不应该做什么?这个问题涉及的范围很广,我只能就以前的一些项目经验谈谈个人的体会,难免有以偏盖全的地方,还请大家多提意见。

1、项目经理应该做什么

在整个项目组中,项目经理应该是整个项目的协调者和组织者,就好像是乐队的指挥,主要的职能是保证开发团队协调一致地工作。

首先,就是团队内部的沟通了。就像乐队里面有小提琴手,萨克斯手等一样,开发团队中也有开发人员,测试人员,部署配置人员,产品设计人员。如果这些人员各行其是,这个项目是肯定要失败的。项目经理的首要的职责是做好团队内的沟通,保证大家的工作协调一致,不会产生冲突。

再有,和客户的沟通也是很重要的。因为开发团队中的大多数人是不和客户直接接触的,项目经理是团队和客户沟通的桥梁。了解客户对项目功能和进度的期望要求,并根据团队的开发情况及时给出反馈,才能保证项目进展比较顺畅。

另外,项目资源的申请管理调配也是很重要的。项目资源包括人员,机器,网络,经费等等。合理的资源分配,可以大大加快项目的进度。

2、项目经理不应该做什么

有很多项目经理是技术出身,或者说是有技术背景。这当然会对开发项目有很大的帮助,但是同时也可能导致出现一些常犯的错误。

首先是过多注重于技术细节的实现,而忽略了对项目总体节奏的把握。原则上来说,注重技术细节是件好事。但如果过分注重技术细节,就会过犹不及了。因为一个人的时间精力是有限的,在细节上花的时间太多,必然会影响对项目整体管理,

所以,项目经理应该是面面俱到的,而不是只注重于某个方面。就好像乐队指挥,不会对萨克斯特别关注,除非他这方面出现了问题。

其次是用个人能力代替了团队思考,有个人英雄的危险。很多项目经理个人经验是很强的,很多甚至是技术上的高手。但是项目经理这个角色,往往不是需要你成为个人英雄,而是成为很好的团队领导者,这两个要求是不一样的。就好像打仗勇敢的士兵,是一个好的士兵,但不一定就是一个合格的指挥官一样。与其过分依靠个人能力,不如激活团队的潜能,让每个成员都能发挥他们的最大能力,这样对项目的帮助会更大。

另外,沟通不流畅也会存在某些项目中。为了解决这个问题,一些必要的会议还是非常有效的。但也注意会议效率,开会一定要为了解决问题而开,不能失去目标。

3、黄金三角法则

项目管理中有个很重要的黄金三角法则,是项目经理们要牢牢记住的,就是资源,时间,功能。这三者就像三角形的三条边,是项目管理的三要素,是互相制约的关系。如果一个项目,资源很少,时间很少,而实现的功能有很庞大,那显然是个不可能完成的任务。解决方法很简单,就是增加资源(人手,经费),延长项目时间,或者减少项目功能。当然在具体项目中,如何找到三者的最平衡点,如果达到最优化配置,有经验的项目经理会把握的很好。

4、善于讨价还价

我这里用讨价还价,并没有贬低的含义,正式的说法应该叫谈判能力。项目经理是项目计划的制定执行者,要和团队成员讨价还价,也要和客户讨价还价。所以这是很重要的能力,如果理解成到菜场买菜的讨价还价,也还是有点共同点的。

5、计划要协商,执行要坚决

简单地来说,就是项目计划制定的时候,是需要和大家沟通协商的,不然就可能是不切实际,空中楼阁了。但是一旦制定好了,大家一致认可以后,就是团队共同的承诺,进入了执行阶段。这时候,执行过程是非常坚决的,不存在讨价还价的余地的。一旦出现和计划不符的情况,需要严格查明原因,督促改进。
