经常约约人,上上网,经常思考,及与人谈论关于你工作中可能发生的一些事情是非常有益的。为一家公司工作,并不代表你永远的把自己奉献给了你的工作或是你的老板。
没必要为保留一定得工作余地或寻找其他的工作而感到愧疚。保持这样的一种状态可增强你的技术能力,最终会使你成为一名非常优秀的员工,即使是对于你目前的.工作来说也是如此。这与你个人生活不同,在职找工作这样的观念很好。当然,你有权力与你未来的老板约会。
聪明老板都知道世界就是这样的,不过我建议你不要把这告诉给你的同事,因为一旦你说出去了,我敢保证很快整个公司上下都会知道这件事。尽管偶尔在办公期间请一两个小时的事假没什么大不了的,但是还是把面试时间安排在早晨,午餐时间或是下班后会比较好。这样你就不会因为耽误工作而觉得不舒服了,同时别人也不会注意你了。
所以,我的建议就是跟人多谈谈你工作中其他一些可能发生的事情。给自己留有一定余地有助使你工作中保持卓越的状态,并且要感觉自己很抢手,有助于你在现任工作及将来的尝试中表现出色。
