一、面试中应注意的问题

应试者要想在面试答辩中获得成功，必须注意以下几个问题：

(一)淡化面试的成败意识

一位面试者在面试前自认为各方面都比别人优秀，因此，他认为自己可以高枕无忧了。谁知主考官在面试中出其不意，提了一个他前所未闻的问题。顿时，他像失了魂似的，情绪十分低落。等到主考官再提些简单的问题时，他仍无法从刚才的失败中走出来，最终名落孙山。

应试者对于面试的成败，首先在思想上应注意淡化，要有一种“不以物喜，不以己悲”的超然态度。如果在面试中有这样的心态，才会处变不惊。如果只想到成功，不想到失败，那么在面试中一遇到意外情况，就会惊慌失措，一败涂地。

(二)保持自信

应试者在面试前树立了自信，在面试中也要始终保持自信，只有保持了自信，才能够在面试中始终保持高度的注意力、缜密的思维力、敏锐的判断力、充沛的精力，夺取答辩的胜利。

(三)保持愉悦的精神状态

愉悦的精神状态，能充分地反映出人的精神风貌。所以，作为应试者来说，保持了愉快的精神状态，面部表情就会和谐自然，语言也会得体流畅。反之，就会给人一种低沉、缺乏朝气和活力的感觉，那么首先就会给主考官或者主持人一种精神状态不佳的印象。由此可见，面试中一定要注意保持一种愉悦的精神状态。

(四)树立对方意识

应试者始终处于被动地位，考官或主考官始终处于主动地位。他问你答，一问一答，正因为如此，应试者要注意树立对方意识。首先要尊重对方，对考官要有礼貌，尤其是考官提出一些难以回答的问题时，应试者脸上不要露出难看的表情，甚至抱怨考官或主持人。当然，尊重对方并不是要一味地逢迎对方，看对方的脸色行事，对考官的尊重是对他人格上的尊重;其次在面试中不要一味地提到“我”的水平、“我”的学识、“我”的文凭、“我”的抱负、“我”的要求等。“我”字太多，会给考官目中无人的感觉。因此，要尽量减少“我”字，要尽可能地把对方单位摆进去，“贵单位向来重视人才，这一点大家都是清楚的，这次这么多人来竞争就说明了这一点。”这种话既得体，又确立了强烈的对方意识，考官们是很欢迎的;再次是考官提问，你才回答，不要考官没有提问，你就先谈开了，弄得考官或主持人要等你停下来才提问，既耽误了时间，同时也会给考官或主持人带来不愉快。另外，面试完后，千万不要忘记向考官或主持人道声“谢谢”和“再见”。

(五)面试语言要简洁流畅

面试有着严格的时间限制。因此，面试语言要做到要言不烦、一语中的。同时，语言要有条理性、逻辑性，讲究节奏感，保证语言的流畅性。切忌含含糊糊，吞吞吐吐，这会给考官或主持人留下坏的印象，从而导致面试的失败。因此，应试者一定要注意面试语言的简洁性和流畅性。

(六)不要紧张

有些应试者尽管在面试前已做好了充分的心理准备，但是一进面试室就紧张起来;有些应试者在答辩中遇到“卡壳”时，心情也立刻变得紧张起来。怎样解决在这两种情况下出现的心理紧张呢?我们要分析紧张的原因。这种极度的紧张是由于应试者的卑怯心理和求胜心切而造成的。因此，应试者一进面试室，应该去掉“自愧不如人”的意识，确立“大家都差不多，我的水平与其他人一样”的意识，有了这种意识，紧张的情绪就会减少一大半，随着面试的开始，紧张情绪就有可能完全消失。对于遇到“卡壳”而紧张的问题，如果抱着“能取胜则最好，不能胜也无妨”的态度，紧张就会即刻消失，很快就进入正常的面试状态，有可能出现“柳暗花明又一村”的境界。所以，应试者在面试中一定要注意不要紧张。

(七)仪态大方，举止得体

大胆前卫、浓妆艳抹的装扮，尤其是男士戴戒指、留长头发等标新立异的装扮不太合适，与机关工作人员的身份不符，会给考官留下很坏的印象。应试者入座以后，尽量不要出现晃腿、玩笔、摸头、伸舌头等小动作，这很容易给考官一种幼稚、轻佻的感觉。一般说来，穿着打扮应力求端庄大方，可以稍作修饰，男士可以把头发吹得整齐一点，皮鞋擦得干净一些，女士可以化个淡雅的职业妆。总之，应给考官自然、大方、干练的印象。

(八)平视考官，不卑不亢

考场上，相当一部分应试者不能很好地控制自己的情绪，容易走向两个极端：一是妄自菲薄，觉得坐在对面的那7个考官都博学多才、身居要职，回答错了会被笑话。所以，畏首畏尾，欲言又止，肚里有货却“倒”不出来。二是有些应试者在大学里担任过学生会干部，组织过很多活动，社会实践能力很强，或是在企业里担任经理等领导职务，也统率过一帮子人，所以很自信。进入考场，如入无人之境，对考官们嗤之以鼻。这两种表现都不可取，都会影响到应试者的面试得分。最好的表现应是：平视考官，彬彬有礼，不卑不亢。应树立三种心态：第一，双方是合作不是比试。考官对应试者的态度一般是比较友好的，他肩负的任务是把优秀的人才挑选到国家机关，而不是想和应试者一比高低，所以应试者在心理上不要定位谁强谁弱的问题，那不是面试的目的。第二，应试者是在通过竞争谋求职业，而不是向考官乞求工作，考中与否的关键在于自己的才能以及临场发挥情况，这不是由考官主观决定的。第三，考官来自不同的行业，一般都具有较高的学历和多年的工作经验，理论水平较高，工作经验也比较丰富。但他们毕竟是人，不是神，有其所长，也有其短，说不定你所掌握的一些东西，他们不一定了解。

(九)辩证分析，多维答题

辩证法是哲学的基本原理和方法。应试者应具备一定的哲学知识和头脑。回答问题不要陷入绝对的肯定和否定，应多方面进行正反两面的考虑。从以往面试所出的一些题目来看，测评的重点往往不在于应试者答案的是与非，或是观点的赞同与反对，而在于分析说理让人信服的程度。听以要辩证地分析问题，解决问题，而不要简单地乱下结论，有时还要从多个角度去思考，具体情况具体分析。

(十)冷静思考，理清思路

一般说来，考官提出问题后，应试者应稍作思考，不必急于回答。即便是考官所提问题与你事前准备的题目有相似性，也不要在考官话音一落，立即答题，那给考官的感觉可能是你不是在用脑答题，而是在背事先准备好的答案。如果是以前完全没有接触过的题目，则更要冷静思考。磨刀不误砍柴工，匆忙答题可能会不对路、东拉西扯或是没有条理性、眉毛胡子一把抓。经过思考，理清思路后抓住要点、层次分明地答题，效果要好一些。

二、面试禁忌

(一)面试中，忌不良用语

1.急问待遇

“你们的待遇怎么样?”工作还没干，就先提条件，何况还没被录用呢!谈论报酬待遇无可厚非，只是要看准时机，一般在双方已有初步意向时，再委婉地提出。

2.报有熟人

“我认识你们单位的××”，“我和××是同学，关系很不错”，等等。这种话主考官听了会反感，如果主考官与你所说的那个人关系不怎么好，甚至有矛盾，那么你这话引起的结果就会更糟。

3.不当反问

主考官问：“关于工资，你的期望值是多少?”应试者反问：“你们打算出多少?”这样的反问就很不礼貌，很容易引起主考官的不快。

4.不合逻辑

考官问：“请你告诉我一次失败的经历。”“我想不起我曾经失败过。”如果这样说，在逻辑上讲不通。又如：“你有何优缺点?”“我可以胜任一切工作。”这也不符合实际。

5.本末倒置

例如，一次面试快要结束时，主考官问应试者：“请问你有什么问题要问我们吗?”这位应试者欠了欠身，开始了他的发问：“请问你们的单位有多大?招考比例有多少?请问你们在单位担当什么职务?你们会是我的上司吗?”参加面试，一定要把自己的位置摆正，像这位应试者，就是没有把自己的位置摆正，提出的问题已经超出了应当提问的范围，使主考官产生了反感。

5、改革费用分配管理办法。遵循效益最大化原则，将各行的费用分为基本费用和业务发展费用，业务发展费用与各行经营业绩挂勾，经营业绩越好费用越多。

6、加强财务管理的动态分析。对各项收支增减变动情况进行分析，深入研究各种因素与收支之间的内在联系，科学、合理的对未来收支情况进行预测，

7、加强会计监督与检查。会计监督检查是保证制度执行,严格内控的重要手段。按照《会计法》的要求，会计检查辅导中心承担起对有会计核算业务部门所办理的会计业务监督检查的任务。会计检查工作的重点是检查各项财会制度落实情况、会计核算的真实性与合理性。包括：检查信贷资产与贷款利息的核算;各项业务手续费的核算;741、842挂账的合规性和真实性;各项财务指标的执行情况;联行、清算资金的核算等。

8、加强会计人员的在岗培训，提高会计人员业务素质。

9、积极配合处长工作，不越级越权，在职权范围内充分发挥个人才能。
