in a twinkle of an eye, sixteen years has passed since i became an English teacher. looking back, i have experienced pleasure, success as well as confusion and sadness. but i think there is much to be grateful for. during the first two years in sz, i had a hard time in my teaching career. why do i say so? on one hand, i like the city because it is young, vital, beautiful and full of challenges. on the other hand, many students in the common classes are quite different from my former students. they didn't study hard at all. they were too indolent in class, talking, sleeping and doing anything that they like. it is a common sight for them not to do homework. they didn't care about their school marks. they just wanted to get much but paid little. what is more, they showed deaf ears to your advice or criticism for their mistakes or faults. when i wanted to point out their mistakes, i should weigh my words over and over not to hurt their feelings. i felt as if i lost my way in the sea. i even had such an idea: to give up the job as an English teacher.

but an event changed my mind. one day, a student had a talk with me in my office. his words always linger in my mind. he said: “ms hu, may i ask you a question?” i answered “sure.” then he talked just like an old friend of mine. he said: “i can see you don't feel happy now because many of us don't study hard. we are too naughty and sometimes we make troubles, or play tricks in class on purpose. we are forced to learn many things that are boring, useless and not valuable. so we are tired of studying. have you ever been forced to do anything that you really didn't want to do? if so, you can understand why the students do so.” i was deeply shocked by his words. as a teacher, i seldom think about the question in the position of the students. then i asked him what was his idea of a good English teacher. he was a little shy first but after a moment he was eloquent again. he said: “i think a good teacher should be the students' close friend who shares their ups and downs. he should be passionate about many thingsDbooks, sports, literature, films and fashion. he is humorous and not too critical about the students' mistakes or faults. he not only asks the students to listen to him but also likes listening to the students. he nourishes and broadens our horizon because of his profound knowledge. he won't just focus on the students' marks but cares more about the students' development in many ways. in his class he should have a powerful emotional impact. so after his lesson we can read, write, think and learn better…”

first, teaching makes learning as a life long process possible.

from this we may be aware that if a child does not feel safe and secure in the classroom he will not be learning to the best of their potential. and this required us to bring out the best in a child, to make learning a fun and exciting experience. learning should be something the students want to actively participate in. if a teacher makes the learning experience exciting, then the students will be excited along with you. the way of teaching is not unique for a professional. various teaching methods are wanted. and there will be a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow from each other. the environment surrounding the children is a primary factor in leading them toward their full, creative potential.

once you have taken a class idea, smoothed out all the bumps, and proven it is a winner, you will find new ways and places with eager new students waiting for you to show up. teaching is supposed to be the system that removes barriers and provides a solid base for achievement. it is wrong to replace one set of barriers with another. for example, pressuring students to accept the status quo, by establishing a fear to be different and a fear of failure, kill creativity. independent thinking should replace dependency. in some cases, pressure to excel in academics kills ethics, loyalty and motivation, skills needed for success in the real world. so the more useful teaching methods there are in a class, the more effective the teaching is.

third, teaching can be a wonderful occupation that can contribute to your growth as well as to the growth of your students.

as a theorist pointed out, assertive discipline being used in the classroom is helpful. it is believed that children have the right to learn and no child should be taken that right away from them. it focused on t

he rights of the teacher and the students. the students know what is expected of them and the consequences if they do not follow the rules. as a teacher my purpose is to give students the tools needed to get them through life. when a student comes into my classroom they come in with a clean slate. and on the other side, the teacher will face the exciting changes and challenges. if she wants to offer many new things to the class, she must renew her own knowledge. in fact we are both learning, learning from each other.

I have been longing to be an English teacher since I was a very little girl. And five years ago, I really became a teacher, an English teacher. I was proud of myself.

Since I first steeped on my platform, I have decided to be a good and successful English teacher. However, in my class, when I gave lessons to my students, filled with enthusiasm and passion, some of the students always looked so tired and sleepy. When I spent much of my time preparing for my lessons, trying my best to make my lessons vivid and interesting, the teaching effect and feedback was not that I had expected. Moreover, when I was willing and eager to teach them all that I’ve learned, their abilities of English were still mediocre. I was looking for the reasons. And I was always asking myself: Am I good and successful? How can I be good and successful?

There were of course many complicated reasons and factors. And in my opinion, whether I am good or not, includes many factors such as my knowledge, my personality, my quality, my methods, teaching art and so on. Absolutely, to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job. I need to have an excellent command of English myself to make my students appreciate me and enjoy my class. I need to have the abilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students’ study. I have to adopt efficient and various teaching methods to my students’ level. I need to develop my teaching art and skills. I should make full of each student’s ability and always encourage them to give them confidence. I’ve learned to be the students’ teacher, their elder sister, their friend, their mother and so on. I show my care and love for them. Whenever they are in trouble, being sick, feeling blue or in a bad mood, I am the person that will try to take care of them, talk with them or try to help them balance themselves in good condition. I respect and trust them. When they fall in love with sb., quarrel with friends, cannot get along well with parents, etc. I’ll analyze the pros and cons, the advantages and disadvantages, and give them some opinions or suggestions. I sympathize with and understand them. When they break the rules or do something wrong carelessly, I will help them out of trouble instead of scolding them. I am always strict with them and also place high and enthusiastic hopes on them to make them be strict with themselves and be confident of themselves.

Everyone needs love. Love is one of the most magical and wonderful feelings in the world. Teachers’ love for their students can make the impossible become possible. The love can change the disvalued into valued. The love can win the students’ love and respect in return. The love can motive the students to work hard. The love can promote the students to better and better in many ways. The love can make the students open their heart to let us know what they are doing, what they are thinking about and how they are feeling.

在孩子中间，那种放松、无拘无束、融洽的气氛，是多么吸引我。那些共同玩耍时赖皮、有趣的游戏，时而天真、时而深沉的交谈，又常给我无穷的回味。当孩子们有进步时，所体验的那种成就感，是其他任何工作无法比拟的，慢慢地，我便爱上这份职业。这种爱，是我的教师，这种爱，更是一种沉甸甸的责任。是的，是爱，使我对这项工作更加成熟，更加得心应手，孩子们也在爱中溶为一体了。

十年前的夏天，我走出了大学的校门，带着玫瑰色的梦幻回到了高中时代的母校，成为了一名人民教师。

也许是受了苏联影片《乡村女教师》的影响，也许与父亲的教诲有关，自已很小的时候就向往拥有一份人民教师的光荣。而现在，我的心愿终于实现了！上讲台的前一天夜里，父亲又一次给我讲了他教学时的坎坷历程，最后告诉我：“孩子，你是幸运的，赶上了好时代，全社会都开始尊师重教，注重知识，你一定要好好工作，不要辜负了‘老师’这个称谓；这次你要回的是你自己的母校，这里与你朝夕相处的不仅有你的学生，还有你曾经的老师们，一定要向他们虚心学习，并耐心而尽责的把知识输送给孩子们……”；我曾经的班主任石老师也语重心长的对我说：“全国的教育烟台是数得着的优秀地区，我们莱阳在烟台教育中一直名列前茅，而我们学校，几乎年年高考上线率都名列莱阳第一”。听后，我打心眼里高兴，为自己母校骄人的成绩而倍感自豪，也为自己能在这样的学校工作而骄傲。兴奋之余，我感到了一种责任感的压力DD我将为这种自豪付出什么？我应该怎么付出才对得起这份自豪？在这种压力下，我甚至犹豫过：从课桌到办公桌，从听老师讲课到我给学生讲课，这角色的换位，将会把我的生活道路引向何方呢？

当我面对着60多双年轻的渴求知识的眼睛，看着那些信赖的眼神，经历了站在那小小的讲台前的日日月月，我知道该为这自豪付出什么了；看到校宣传栏上那一级又一级学生的名字，我终于明白自身素质的高低不但直接影响到现在的教学成绩，也会影响到学校的声望，也直接影响到祖国教育大业，因为我也是这教育大业的一部分，尽管是微乎其微的一小部分，但却是无比神圣与光荣的！于是我跟在老教师的身后，听他们讲课，看他们的备课笔记，仔细研究教材，看各种教学刊物，努力让教学工作变成一项美妙的交流，让每一位听课的学生都觉得每一节课都是美的享受。

作为一名信息技术教师，面对那么多坐在电脑前好奇好动的学生，为了把课堂教学和上机操作结合起来，让学生既能学好理论又能做好实验，备课时我精备细备，解疑时总是面带微笑、语气温和。我常常自问：“我的教学言行得体吗？我的授课学生能接受吗？”

晨光与夕阳交替中，我迎来了一个又一个平凡而又紧张的日子；在这平凡的岗位上，我踏踏实实地工作着，用过的教材一本又一本，翻阅的资料一篇又一篇，送走的学生一批又一批，虽然我所做的这一切看似平淡，又是那么微不足道，但我却非常珍惜这种经历。我明白，高楼是在平地上一砖一瓦垒起来的，宏伟蓝图是在一笔一划中开创的，只有平凡工作做好了，我的自豪才不会成为一纸空谈，我的人生才能在平凡中成为一种永恒！

然而真正的现实，却远不是明白一个道理、下一个决心那般简单，生活就是一块试金石，年复一年，日复一日，当一切成为了一种模式时，我有时候感到了厌倦……特别是看到我的同学，发展好的已经开上了自己的小车，听他们诉说自己创业的喜悲，我一时有过别样的向往，产生过对本职工作的迷茫。这时，一个有着几十年教龄的老教师给了上了重要的一课，他说：“教学工作确实平凡，但是哪一件平凡的工作不要人干呢？只要你努力，能把手头上这份平凡的教学工作做好，同样会有收获，能于平凡中收获，那才是真正的不简单啊！”想着他从家到学校，从教室到办公室，任劳任怨，兢兢业业，一教就是几十年，每每提起他的学生，总是眉飞色舞，如数家珍，这确是一种平凡，而这种平凡又是多么不平凡啊！我不禁对他肃然起敬，同时也暗自惭愧。我对自己说：就让我也从教学这种平凡的工作做起吧！

有段时间，我带课外小组，这些学生个个是计算机的小能手，而且各有所专，有的是参加奥林匹克竞赛的，有的是参加电子作品赛的，有擅长编程的，有喜欢做网页的，有喜欢绘画的，还有喜欢动画的……而我不过是一个94年毕业的计算机应用专科，在专业技术发展如此迅速的今天，上学时学的东西还没用多少就被淘汰了。在诸多新语言新工具软件前，我跟学生差不多是同一水平的，而且所带课外小组的学生们每人只攻一个方向，我作为辅导教师却要为了指导而必须样样掌握。那时压力真是非常大，夜里常常要学到半夜。即便如此，也总感觉时间不够用，也总是诚惶诚恐，生怕误了学生。记得某周日，一个课外小组的学生问我如何在程序中实现对闰年闰月的判断，我流利地如课堂回答问题般告诉了那个学生，学生满意地开始低头在计算机上演练，我正为回答正确松了一口气时，又一个学生站了起来，拿着密密麻麻写满问题的本子向我请教……，据我后来了解，这位同学非常喜欢计算机，可是其他成绩有些糟糕，我们当初组织课外小组时，只从班级前十名中的学生中挑选，这名同学自然没有入选，这次是趁休息，偷偷溜到我们机房来的。我看着他那一本子的问题，看着他祈求的目光，突然之间有些心痛：做一名合格的人民教师，是多么不易！一般来说，为了出成绩，我们要挑好学生，可是有些学有专长的学生，他们有兴趣，甚至狂热地喜欢这个专业，可是我们能给他们提供多少机会呢？一个合格的人民教师，不仅需要过硬的学识，也还要有过硬的

师德呀。从此，我对人生的定位有了坚定的信念：立足本岗，充分挖掘每个学生的兴趣特长，发现他们的闪光点，给每个学生创造机遇，用我的青春之躯为教育事业添光增彩，这样才能做一名优秀的人民教师。

还记得一次同学聚会，说起我的工作，其中有一个同学，他的父亲开网络公司同时又搞计算机培训，这个同学对我的境况很是不屑：每天除了备课就是上课，天天在些孩子之间穷乐呵，每个月那么千八百元的进账，没出息！最后还不无同情的劝我到他父亲那里去干。我平心静气地告诉他，“我所做的事情虽平凡，却能得到等同于学生父母的幸福，也是小中描大的一幅蓝图。就算我整天是为别人在做嫁衣，但嫁出的是知识的喜悦，娶进的是国家的财富。就连你爸的电脑公司不也是在我们的帮助支持下运作的么？我的侃侃而谈，令大家都瞪大了双眼，我为他们对教育事业有了新的认识而高兴，我为自己能作这样的讲演而自豪！”

“问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来”，改革是一切事业充满生机与活力的“源头活水”，而且取之不尽、用之不竭。我国加入世贸之后，调整了教育方向，进行新课改革，实行素质教育，使众多学生学有所长。看到原野上丰收的庄稼，山坡上肥壮的牛羊，果树上累累的硕果，普通百姓的一张张笑脸，我感到由衷的喜悦和自豪，因为这一切无不与我们的教育事业有关。难怪老百姓都说，“现在不管做什么一定要让孩子上学，一定要让孩子学点东西。”从老百姓的话语里，我看到了教育事业希望和未来，看到了祖国繁荣富强的前景，体验到了一名人民教师的光荣与自豪。我庆幸自己赶上了改革开放的好时光，我庆幸能把自己的青春年华奉献给党和人民的教育事业，我庆幸自己有幸能博得“人民教师”的荣誉。

无论何时，我都要自豪地说：“我自豪，我是一名光荣的人民教师！”

“男幼儿教师”似乎是大部分男性幼儿教师不愿接受的一种称谓，觉得这是男士职业中的“下等职业”。我曾经也是一种这样的心态，但是，当我在幼师这个女儿国里修炼了五年之后，开始转变自己的观点；走进幼儿园之后，感受到了作为一名男幼儿教师的幸福，同时更正视了男士加入学前教育的重要性。所以，今天我能大胆自豪地说：我就是一名男幼儿教师！

一、相信自己的选择

曾经有很多人问我：“你为什么会选择幼儿教育这个职业？”我的回答是：“虽然是偶然，其实也是缘分，因为我很喜欢小孩！”还有的人问：“有很多幼师毕业的男生会转行，你会不会呢？”“不会，因为我喜欢这份职业，我能看到这份职业的前景是光明的，我要为我的选择而负责。”

“三百六十行，行行出状元”“只要思想不滑坡，方法总比困难多”，这是我坚持走幼教这条路的原动力。从走进幼师的大门，到走进幼儿园的大门，途中也曾经打过无数的心理内战，抵抗过无数的外界压力。在学校期间，有的女生蔑视男生，认为男生在幼师就是“混日子”，不可能有什么前途。因为学校开设很多的技能技巧课，认为不适合男生学。社会上，有的人认为男性幼儿教师的加入更有助于幼儿的健全发展，特别是对男孩的气质、性格、思维方式的培养。但也有的人认为：男士不够心细，不会关心爱护小孩，将孩子送到幼儿园后家长不放心。

对于不同的看法与评论，我进行了辩证的思考：他们的看法有合理的成分，但也是片面的。男士的加入虽然有一定的局限性，但是更大程度上对幼儿的发展是有帮助的。而且在幼儿园里是和女教师一起合作的，这样就可以起到互补作用。从事幼儿教育工作多年的国内外资深教师和幼教专家纷纷指出：在传统学前教育中，儿童从出生到入幼儿园，一直被女性所包围，这对儿童，尤其是男孩子而言，对其个性、品质的培养都有一定的消极作用。久而久之，我们从生活实践中可以发现，幼儿虽然安静、内向、循规蹈矩、不越雷池，却丧失了勇敢、进取、冒险、拼搏等优良品质；另外，心理学家也指出男教师对于幼儿的思维方式、性格塑造、处理问题的态度手法等也有着很大的影响，甚至在某些方面的知识相对也比女教师更为开阔。事实上男女教师相互取长补短、合理搭配将对幼儿的健康成长更为有利。所以，在学校期间我就坚定了信念，力争为做好一名男幼儿教师，不去在乎女生对我们的消极评论，而是积极参加学校的各种活动，并担任了学生会主席，用自己的行动来证明男生照样可以做得很好。

不过，有很多的男幼儿教师，虽然也喜欢小孩，但是觉得幼儿教师的社会地位比较低，而且经济收入也不能满足男士的需求，所以导致转行。其实我觉得这种心理的产生，源于自己的心态，进一步讲就是自己不相信自己，没有看到学前教育的前景有多广。要想提高男幼儿教师的社会地位，我们应该努力去拼搏，去改进，而不是逃避转行。所以，我们应该摆正心态，响应社会的呼吁，适应社会发展的趋势，安心扎实地在幼儿园一线工作。对于经济的收入，我认为不是因为别人给得少，而是因为自身的价值还不够大。

二、外界给了我扎根幼儿园的力量

自信是迈向幼儿园的第一步。自工作以来，虽然经历过很多的辛酸，但最终的感受是幸福的。我很幸运地来到了青岛市实验幼儿园。“在爱的世界里相遇，我们共同成长”是我园的服务理念。在这个和谐开放的大家庭里，我感受到了爱的阳光雨露，感受到了社会上对我们的认可。

第一，幼儿园正视、重视“男性幼儿教师”

正确地看待男性幼儿教师是引导其在幼儿园健康成长的前提。初次来到幼儿园，园长与我进行了透彻的谈话，交流了当前学前教育的发展情况、幼儿园的教育思想，帮我分析了自己的优缺点，鼓励我扬长补短争做一名专家型的教师。虽然交流的时间不长，但对于我一名刚踏上工作岗位上的“新兵”来说，可谓是对今后发展蓝图的一次初步描绘。

自实习起，领导就让我参加幼儿园的各种教研活动，感受教研氛围、感受园本文化，并安排在骨干教师的班级里进行实习。指导老师循序渐进地、连绵不断地让我感受开放教育的思想内涵，了解开放教育的教育目标、教育内容、课程特色等等。此外，还通过观看幼儿园优质课的录像、《赢在执行》培训录像等途径进行专业培训，为真正走上工作岗位做了很好的铺垫，更减少了走上工作岗位的焦虑感。

在人员的分配上，园领导有意为我安排和一位教学经验丰富、善于培养新人的优秀教师搭档。在工作中，班主任老师与我一起开展教研活动，分析主题价值，并鼓励我提出自己的见解，帮助我分析自己见解的对与否。在课程实施的过程中，难度较大的课程内容引导我开展，难度较小的会放手让我自己去尝试探索，并不断提醒鼓励我：不要一味地去模仿别人的教学方式，要学会借鉴改良别人的教学方式，慢慢形成自己的教学风格，体现男性教师与女教师的不同。

第二，有机互补的分工，树立男性幼儿教师的信心

有些男性教师，觉得在教学科目上会存在着局限性，认为舞蹈、唱歌这类的艺术教育不适合男老师教，其实这是非常片面的。我的工作感受是“我们不是都很在行，但也不是都不在行。”人是具有个体差异性的，美国哈佛大学心理学教授加德纳的多元智能理论已经证明了人的智能有多个方面，每个人所具有的智能水平各不相同。所以，我相信只要教师间优势互补就会找到工作的自信。

我的特长是弹琴、唱歌，所以在幼儿园担任音乐、体育、科学、英语四个学科的教学任务。起初很吃力，特别是音乐教学中舞蹈的教学，因为自己不擅长舞蹈。后来，根据自身的情况，园领导对我所带的科目进行了个别调整，将舞蹈归班主任教，音乐中的歌曲、音乐游戏、音乐欣赏还继续由我教。这样以来，通过日常教学中不断的教研互动，所带的科目慢慢变得得心应手。而其中所带的体育更为孩子喜欢，因为男教师具有的坚强、刚毅、粗犷以及富于开拓和创造的性别特征，在心理上更容易与儿童磨合相吸，在幼儿园活动中，男教师能够和幼儿尽情玩耍和忘我游戏，容易满足学前期孩子特需的身体“饥渴”和心理依赖。因而，在教学上树立了一定的信心。

第三，和谐、平等的人际关系氛围，是扎根幼儿园的客观保障

据有关调查：有很大一部分男性幼儿教师的流失、转行，很重要的原因是幼儿园中女教师占绝大多数，男性教师孤寂感较强。而在我园，同事之间的关系和谐密切，性别意识虽淡化但不失度。在园内、级部内、班级内的教研活动中，不管是领导还是老师，每个人的发言权都是平等的，没有等级和性别歧视。

对于聊天话题的不投机，我采取选择性听取。有的男教师会因为女教师喜欢交流有关衣服、逛街的事情，而觉得和她们缺乏共同语言。但是我们可以参与她们在交流体育方面的话题，或是主动出击扭转为自己喜欢的话题，这样就会使得关系更加和谐，而且自己也不会感到孤单。

第四，在机会的获得中，感受男教师的优越感

能获得领导的指导是难得的机会，是促进自己专业成长的途径之一。不管是集体活动，还是区角活动、户外活动、生活活动，领导都会有意识地多给我们一些指导，而且在指导的过程中多以鼓励、建议为主，从而维护我们的自尊心、激发我们的进取心。在参观、交流、评比的活动中，也会多为我们提供机会，让我们经历很多的活动过程，开阔眼界，增长更多的见识，比如参加“青岛市一日活动评选活动”等等。另外，在幼儿园的活动中，注意对男性教师的宣传，让我们有一种优越感和自豪感。

第五，家长选择幼儿园的条件、幼儿园选择教师的条件，使我们感到男性幼儿教师的价值

在毕业之际，男生不出校就会有很多幼儿园上门招聘。在与家长交流的过程中，有很多家长对我们的工作非常认可，能够认识到男性幼儿教师对幼儿发展所带来的益处。更有些家长说：“现在很多的家长在选择幼儿园的时候，把有男教师的幼儿园放在首位。”这体现了我们男性幼儿教师的价值。

事实表明，我选择做一名幼儿教师是正确的，符合社会发展要求的。为了使孩子在更为和谐、刚柔相济的教育环境中获得更大的教益，我们要在自信中起步――自己高看自己，在厚爱中成长――认真扎实地工作，在成就中提高男性幼儿教师的社会地位――精装自己，做出成就。

转眼来维夏中学已经一年多了，看到我学生一个个的成长，不仅是个头的长高长大，更多的是思想的成熟与知识的精进，有些后进生也重新找回对学习的兴趣和信心，真是一件高兴的事。想到他们的这些成长也离不开我们老师的教导和指引，我经常会莫名而由衷的感到作为人民教师的光荣和骄傲。

当我第一次以教师的身份踏进学校时，我的心情是多么激动，多么自豪。然而，俗话说得好：醉后方知酒浓，为师方知师难。在炎热的夏天，我好想在宿舍里多休息一会儿；大雪纷飞的寒冬，我多想晚起一会儿。可是不行，因为我是教师，我不能落在学生后面；为了上好一节课，我不仅会认真阅读各种有关的参考资料，积极向有经验的教师请教，而且经常备课四五个小时，有时还会将一节课反复试讲几遍，因为我深知知识的传授不容半点马虎；为了转化一个后进生，经常晚上睡觉时也在想怎样让某学生学习，让某学生懂事，因为我深知此时的努力可能会改变一个学生的一生；为了让同学们更好的掌握所学的内容，我鼓励大家问题目，经常面批作业，有些成绩较差的，我也经常单个辅导，绝大部分学生我都单独给他们讲过题目。

有时已是夜深人静，劳累了一天后，躺在床上，满脑子仍是学生、课堂。和其他朋友聊天也老是会谈到学生，朋友们都说我太敬业。我怀疑自己神经太紧张，询问同事，他们说：“这很正常，我们都有过”。

作为一名教师，我的大部分时间都与学生连接在一起，工作中有欢笑，也有眼泪，但什么时候我都没有退缩，我用一件件的小事，一点一滴的行动去履行一名教师的职责，去诠释一名教师对教育事业的忠诚。

我身边的很多老师们也同样用自己辛勤的汗水和兢兢业业的敬业精神影响着学生们的学习和人格。如比我们的工作日是五天，而我们冯志文校长的工作日是六天，经常周六都可以看到他在办公室里忙碌的身影，有时甚至在办公室加班到凌晨一两点。再比如喻真红老师，在上声音的特征时，他将杯子装上不同多少水，然后用筷子上课弹出“小星星”的歌曲。然而我们知道不同的七个音调是多难调出来，要准备这个实验要花多少的时间和精力。

每个老师都如火如荼，勃勃生气地诠释着什么才是“最可爱的人”。不用言语诉说，不用歌功颂德，只需一颗感恩的心去感受，只需一世崇敬去思量。

老师是春蚕，播种春天的希望。老师是红烛，映红孩子的脸庞。虽然我们早已知道，那间教室里放飞的是希望，守巢的是自己；那块黑板写下的是真理，擦去的是功利；那根粉笔画出的是彩虹，流下的是泪滴，奉献的是自己。但是我们无怨无悔，我们愿用今朝的热血去谱写明朝的辉煌，我们愿默默耕耘，用双手托起明天的太阳！因为我们是光荣的教师。

各位领导、各位老师：

大家好！我叫代春红，是撒马店小学教师。非常感谢领导给我这次锻炼的机会。

当一名教师是我多年的梦想，在我的学生时代，可能是老师给我的恩惠太多，我对老师有着一种特殊的情感，那博大的师爱给了我母亲般的温暖，那谆谆教诲给我插上了放飞理想的翅膀。因此，在我高中毕业时毅然选择了师范。

20xx年我成了一名普通的小学教师，从此踏上了三尺讲台。我热爱这平凡而又神圣的职业，我愿做红烛，我甘为人梯，默默无闻，辛勤耕耘，无私奉献。古人云：“一年之计。莫如树谷；十年之计，莫如树林；终身之计，莫如树人。”我庆幸命运赐给了我教师这个职业。
