Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I’d like to share my teaching dream with you. But before that, I want to say something about the beginning of this dream. In March this year, three teachers from Australia came to our school. During the meeting, we exchanged a lot about education. I found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines. What impressed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night classes. I can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education. The following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no pressure but pleasure.
In this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature. In the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. In the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset. In the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky. In the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain. …
Students are free but polite and they respect each other. They can leave at 4:00 every afternoon, or perhaps earlier. They have the freedom to organize time. They can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground. They’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge. And there are no frequent exams and rankings. Students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style. Everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,
Every teacher in this school can give a course as they like. There is no tedious rating, no scraps of quantitative management and no rigid standard. Teachers can fully display their personality in class, and they feel very happy and content to teach. Every morning, on thoughts of giving lessons, they are excited. After class, they are delighted , with smiles on their faces. Some experts, scholars and masters are also visiting teachers in this school.Yang Zhenning can give physics classes for a day. Yi Zhongtian opens lectures on Chinese culture for a week. Speaking of music, we can ask Wang Lihong to give music lectures, just as he did in Oxford University. If necessary, we can also invite David Beckham to speak something about the World Cup …
The principal of the school focuses on education rather than waste time in endless meetings and social activities. Teachers’ wages are not high but enough to live comfortably. There are no other things to do except to teach. There are no paper requirements, no titles and no ranks because they don’t need to be judged by those things. Almost every teacher is a well-known scholar and master in a particular field. A language teacher may be a writer at the same time. A math teacher may try to overcome a world-class guess. A physics teacher can win invention awards and a music teacher may return from an International music competition again.

尊敬的各位领导：
曹操曾经说过“老骥伏枥，志在千里;烈士暮年，壮心不已。”我们每个人都要有理想，它不在于人的年龄，不在于人的个性品质。思者，语者;以不同的方式，以不同的姿态。放射理想的火花。
光阴荏苒，转瞬间在教育战线上我已经度过了第一个春秋。回首这四百多个日日夜夜，酸甜苦辣各显其间，摸爬滚打中我渐渐熟悉了教师这个行业。教育的根是苦的，教育的果实却是甜的。每当我看着学生们那一张张纯真的笑脸，听到那一句句热情地问候：老师好。这时一股由然而生的幸福感将我包围。心思沉静了、沉邃了。
在面对一双双渴求知识的眼睛和一颗颗纯真的心灵时，我沐浴到了人间最温暖的春风，体验到了世上最珍贵的情谊。人们守望梦想，寻找诚意，把平日里没有机会一吐为快的思考说出来，把一些想说却常常没机会说的话――忧虑的、痛心疾首的、无可奈何的、欣喜若狂的，统统说出来，以热爱教育的心去诉说，凭借对教育的爱去寻找。这一切的一切驱使着我不断的前进奋斗。短短一年的教书生涯，让我感受到了真爱的无价。

我的乌托邦是雅教育，它是一种教育思想，也是一种教育方法;它是一种教育过程，也是一种教育目标。雅教育追求的是一种理想、一种情调。可以让教育保持真、善、美，使之具有科学、道德、艺术的特质，让从事教育的人们拥有更多的雅思、雅言、雅行、雅性、雅量。
雅，不仅仅是脱俗，还需要培养与历练。然而“醉后方知酒味浓，为师方知为师难。”为了上好一节课，我常日思夜想，每一句话怎么说更准确，每一个知识点怎么阐述学生才更清楚，认真查阅各种相关资料，积极向前辈请教，每天忙碌着却充实着。在这个大环境中我身边的每一位老师以身作则，为我树立了最好的榜样。他们就像辛勤的农夫，“日出而作，日落而息”精心耕作着，对我就像慈祥的长辈对晚辈，给予了无私的帮助与关心，让我感受到一个大家庭的温暖。慢慢的，我了解到生活的目的不在于显耀和享受，而在于精神上的充实和事业上的成功。

今天我演讲的题目是《我的教育梦想》。
梦想是美丽的，它是心底最美的期望，所以美梦成真也成了我们长久以来的信仰。
梦想是阳光的，它使人们由浮躁走向平静，由彷徨走向坚定，并最终走向成功。
梦想是有力量的，它是人生前行的动力之源;高远的梦想可以激发一个人一个民族生命中所有的潜能。

教育故事演讲稿——有爱有梦想，我们就能飞翔【2】
他梦想有一天，幽谷上升、高山下降;坎坷曲折之路成为坦途，圣光披露，满照人间...
而我，也有一个梦想，梦想我的学生个个远离尘世凡俗，个个冰雪聪明、天真活泼、品德高尚。
为着这个梦想，为着实现这个梦想，我在我的梦想乐园里辛勤耕耘、无私付出。
只因有爱，爱，是流淌在梦想乐园里一股最清澈的山泉…… 生生不息。
我是开学接新生时见到小翔的。
他给了我极好的第一印象，墩实的身体、宽厚的脸庞、机灵的眼神，很热情很阳光的少年。
于是，在班委还没有正式竞选组建前，我便指定小翔担任纪律委员，负责管理班上纪律。
可是后来发生了一件事儿，深深地震撼了我，原来并不是每一张灿烂的笑脸下，都有一颗健康茁壮向上的心灵，也并不是每一个阳光下的少年都有阳光的心态!
那天晚自习，我们老师开会，于是让小翔负责班级纪律。
可当我回来的时候，教室都炸开锅了。
小翔双手叉腰站在讲台上跟下面一个同学在那儿对骂着，其他同学有的帮腔，有的起哄，有的看稀奇... 我当时都懵了。
后来才知道，有同学上课拿复读机听歌，被小翔发现，他也不管三七二十一，直接收走复读机，还拉出磁带条来以示处罚。
那同学当然要闹了，而小翔接下来的做法更让矛盾升级，他居然将复读机扔在地上用脚使劲踩，使劲踩...
于是这两个学生就差要挽起袖子开打了。
大家想想，这像什么话，这算什么呀，我当时那个气呀!
小翔啊小翔，你怎么会用这样粗暴的方式处理问题，你怎么能用这样张狂的言行来破坏你在我心中那纯洁美好的形象?
我的心阵阵痛楚。
小翔的行为让我担忧也让我反思：我该如何去引导教育小翔，让他拥有健全的心智、良好的品性?
我告诉自己：我得让关注的眼神再温柔些;让掏心的语言再温暖些;让智慧的关爱再更多些;让教育的眼光再长远些……
可是，没过多久，又发生了一件更让我感到震惊的事：
有同学报告说自己放在书里的50块钱不见了，那个同学私下里跟我说，他就怀疑同桌小翔。
这件事情的性质可就严重了，这也让我更加为难了，既要查明真相，又不能公布真相。
接下来的时间里，我什么都不做也不问，我就看着小翔，我在等待，可是两天过去了，什么动静都没有。
终于，第三天，大家都放学走了，我说，小翔，你留下来，老师找你有点事儿。
他听到我的话，眼里闪过一丝惊慌的神情。
我把教室门关上，然后坐到他身边，看着他的眼睛不说话，他起初还跟我对视着，然后慢慢就扭过头去，我心里更有底了。
于是我说，小翔，你觉得最近做过什么不该做的事了吗，他不回答，把头垂得低低的。
接着我又说，小翔，你觉得侥幸能骗过自己骗过老师吗，他还是不回答;你知道为什么老师这几天都没找你问话吗，老师在等你主动给我一个答案... ...就这样静默了很久，他突然“哇”的一声哭出来。
我轻轻的搂住他，什么话也没说，什么话也不用说……
小翔是个单亲家庭的孩子，很小母亲就离开了他，跟着父亲与爷爷奶奶一起过。
父亲下岗生活不顺心，遇到烦心事就狠命打他，爷爷奶奶对小翔也是爱理不理的懒得关心。
特殊的家庭和教育让小翔的心灵在阴云中得不到阳光的照耀。
面对小翔这样的学生，要想散去那层阴云，单是我这班主任的力量远远不够。
于是，与小翔的父亲沟通、与爷爷奶奶交谈、与班上和他稍走得近些的同学做工作……那段为他掏心掏肺的日子，考验着我的耐心与爱心，我的教育思想与理念。
那是一段教育他人也自我教育的日子，那段日子里，柔情的关爱在梦想乐园里回旋，眼前晃动的也总是小翔的影子。
记得，当他握紧拳头冲动着准备挥舞时，我轻轻握住那冰凉的拳头，那紧紧的拳头，竟在我温暖的`掌心里慢慢张开了;当他瞪着布满红丝的大眼对着同学吼叫时，我温柔地走上前去望着他柔情地微笑，那一刻，他的眼里，也有了美丽的温情……
一次又一次，我犹如春日的阳光融化冬日的残雪，不知疲倦不遗余力。
阳光总会驱散阴云;微笑总会迎来美丽。
我坚信，我坚持：“教育是根植于爱的”，而最深的爱就是像母亲一样的宽厚仁慈，毫无嫌弃之心的爱。
小翔开始变了，变得融洽随和了，脸上的笑容也更多了，融入了班集体，有了真切的归属感和荣誉感，当然，也没有偷拿别人东西的不良行径了。

从事教育教学工作已经十多年了，虽说没有多大的建树，但也产生了一些自己的想法。
我总认为，教育的最终目的是培养一个全面发展的人：“道德情操高尚、心胸宽广、有正义感充满爱心”，使每一个人能够幸福的生活每一天，过自己认为幸福的生活!
平平淡淡过一生不是我们所追求的，来人世间走一回总的留下一点什么，也不枉上天给我的这一次机会。
能够体现自己的人身价值，不求轰轰烈烈、但求无怨无悔。
我经常这样教育我的学生：“我们不求能为社会做多大贡献，只求能够自食其力、不接受国家救济，在自食其力的基础上能够帮助一下自己周围需要帮助的人”。
如做到这样也就算对得起自己了。
或许我的认识有一些目光短浅、不求上进的嫌疑，但我喜欢实实在在、不求空喊口号，做好自己应该做的事情就是最大的成功;因为做大事业得人毕竟是少数，大多数人还是那样的平平凡凡，但是我所认同的平平凡凡也是一种伟大!因为魏书生老师曾经说过：“要实实在在的做好平平凡凡的事情就是一种伟大”。
如果把平凡的事情实实在在的做好了，我们也就会真正的体现出我们的人生价值了!
从科举到八股，从应试教育到素质教育，从师道尊严到师生平等，教育随着社会进步的步伐一直在不断发展。
置身于一个教育改革的时代，作为教育工作者应该有自己的教育理想，那是我们努力的方向，是我们追求的目标。
我心中理想的教育是充满爱的教育，泰戈尔说过：不是槌的打击，乃是水的载歌载舞，使鹅卵石臻于完美。
教师的爱应该是自然的迸发而不是故作姿态，是不求回报的甘心付出，更是数十年如一日的长久滋养。
爱意味着每个学生的喜悦和苦恼都敲打着你的心，引起你的思考和关怀;意味着小心翼翼深思熟虑去触及幼嫩的心灵;意味着消除心中的偏爱，不让品学兼优的白天鹅们掩盖它们的光芒，给丑小鸭表演的舞台，他们也会旋转如炫目的白天鹅，爱意味着时刻想着：假如我是孩子，假如是我的孩子;爱意味着对学生少一分苛求，多一分理解，少一份埋怨，多一份宽容，少一分指责，多一分尊重，少一分失落，多一分希望。
人类从野蛮走向文明，从孔子游说列国，到夸美纽斯实行班级授课制，从陶行知晓庄师范的“生活教育”，到朱永新主持的“新教育实验”，无不凝聚着教育者的艰辛与智慧。
人类的文明史便是教育的文明史，那么理想的小学教育是什么?
理想的教育理应是全民的教育，是一种“阳光普照”工程。
教育要面向全体学生，无论是睿智的，还是笨拙的;无论是高贵的，还是贫贱的;无论是强健的，还是柔弱的，教育都应该向每一位学生敞开宽广的胸怀，让每一位学生尽情吮吸其丰富的营养。
理想的教育，不应该是一种“精英教育”，而是一种大众教育。
学生有不同的先天素质和生活环境，有自己的爱好和长处。
教育要面向全体学生，面向有个性差异的学生。
学生的差异不仅指考试成绩的优劣，还包括生理特点、心理素质、兴趣爱好……教师要正确判断每一位学生智力才能的不同特征及其发展潜质，从分析学生自我意识、学习风格、智力或能力等个体因素入手，制定丰富而灵活的教育计划和教育策略，以适应不同天资禀赋的学生，开发每一位学生潜能，使“好学生”、“中等生”和所谓的“差生”、“后进生”在原有的基础上得到充分的发展，得到新的提高。
是泥土，便可以烧成砖瓦;是铁矿，皆可以百炼成钢;是金子，就应该放出光彩。
理想的教育是一种全人的教育，要让学生全面发展。
教育的本质是育人，使一个自然人变为社会人。
全面发展，就是使学生德、智、体、美、劳等方面都能获得正常、健全、和谐的发展，学生的脑力与体力、做人与做事、继承与创新、学习与实践同样不可偏废。
人的身心是一个和谐发展的整体，人的认知、情感和意志应该互相支持、协调发展。
理想的教育不应该只重视智育而轻视德育，忽视美育和体育。
思想不好是危险品，学习不好是次品，身体不好是废品，心理不好是易碎品。
智力因素是学生发展的基础，非智力因素是学生发展的动力。
理想的教育在传授知识同时，不能忘记塑造人格，关心学生学习成绩同时，更要关注学生的内心世界，让学生内心世界丰盈起来。
理想的教育，更应该是全程的教育，立足于现在，着眼于未来，为学生终身发展打下亮丽的“底色”。
传统教育中“注入式”、“填鸭式”教育弊端，就是教师简单将自己知识强加给学生，那种以“告诉”为主的教育方式，剥夺了学生思维、选择和尝试的权利，扼杀学生个性发展和创造力的发挥，而这些恰恰又是“学生离开学校教育后剩下的”，是学生终身受用的。
每一个儿童都是一个珍贵的生命，每一个学生都是一幅生动的画卷，教师应当体会生命的最大丰富性和主动性，关注学生成长与发展的每一点进步，帮助学生发现自己，肯定自己。
理想的教育应该是解放学生的脑，让他们自由地想;解放学生的口，让他们自由地说;解放学生的手，让他们自由去做。
学生的头脑不是一个被填满的容器，而是需要点燃的火把，教师责任就是点燃火把，并让它燃烧更旺。
教师不应做学生思维的保姆，而要让知识成为学生思考的果实。
教师应当是使学生成长的引导者、发展的引路人，不是带着知识走向学生，而是带着学生走向知识，最后，让学生步履蹒跚到铿锵有力地主动走向知识，走向生活。
父母哪有不爱子女的呢?但由于有的爱得不得法，变成溺爱子女，纵容子女，使之走上邪路，父母由此也由爱而生怨，甚至生出恨来。

奉献的理想与现实的柴米油盐;大班教学的现实与每个学生全面发展的理想;应试教育与素质教育的磕磕碰碰;赏识教育春风下习惯了鲜花、掌声的孩子们因为惩罚教育而产生逆返，不满甚至轻生，斥责的矛头指老师，使老师们对必要的惩罚教育望而却步……面对这样的现状，老师们也有过彷徨，有过疲倦的呻吟和无奈的叹息。
这种夹缝中的悲凉唯有领导的正确引导、支持和理解才会渐渐消退。

Now let’s think of our old days as we were students in primary schools. A few years later，we start our new journey of study in high schools and become mature and practical in our mind. Then，have you ever changed your dreams？If so，what’s it？
But now，I think，most of us become down—to—earth and the dream is more practical than before. However，have you taken actions to pursue your dream？Are you working hard enough to make your dream come true？
As for myself，I have dreamed to be an excellent police in high school due to there are so many thefts in my hometown while they are seldom caught. Sooner I have realized how ridiculous am I and now I turn to realistic：I just want to be a translator.
How do I pursue my dream？
First of all，I try my best to correct the pronunciation and read the textbook or other English magazines such as：English weekly，English salon and the like. I try to do this day by day. Now I have improved my reading ability a lot and it also enlarged my vocabulary.
Secondly，I often do some translating extension and embrace my teacher’s suggestion. It benefits me much.
Last but not the least，I realize my dream by reading Chinese literature. Maybe you will say it’s what the Chinese major students should do. If you say so，you are badly wrong. For as an English major student，how can you know others well if you even don’t familiar with your country？On the other hand，it also benefits me in translation and writing.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve that, I think that I really grow up.
To be honest, being a quiet girl can have the courage to show myself, I think I succeed.
I’m not a diamond, not a crystal and nor a star, not something like jewels or planets will be always bright and twinkling as you imagine. But I do believe shining is not a dream far away, because I have seen the success is on its way.
