其实在日常生活中，有许多“退后其实就是向前”的现象。例如扔石头，手臂一定要往后拉一下，再往前扔，才会扔得远；再如：立定跳远，一定要先蹲下来，再往上跳，才会跳得远。我们再仔细瞧瞧农夫插秧的动作，他们是一排一排退后插的，动作看来是向后退，其实成就是向前推进的，因此我们就不难理解这首禅诗的意境了。

各位同学、老师：
早上好！
很荣幸我是我们班第一个做课前三分钟演讲的人，我的普通话不是很标准，还望各位同学、老师海涵！我演讲的题目是——我们是90后
90后的我们活泼可爱，意志坚定，聪明好学，我们是祖国的未来，我们是展翅飞翔的雏鹰，因为我们有着一个响亮的称号—90后
我们不屈不挠，意志坚定。面对困难，我们从来没有害怕和退缩。我们坚信：只要有坚定的信念，任何困难都阻挡不了我们前进的步伐!
90后的我们聪明好学。但有时候也犯糊涂。我们活泼但也顽皮。
90后的我们热爱祖国。不容许自己的祖国受到伤害，例如:钓-岛事件。黄岩岛事件。
90后的我们在祖**亲的呵护下健康成长，茁壮成长。我们也会努力学习，长大后为祖国的建设，奉献出自己一份微薄的力量！让别的国家不敢小瞧咱们中国。
90后的我们当中大多数是，独生子女，但是我们并不是娇生惯养。我们也常常帮父母做一些力所能及的事情。
金无足赤，人无完人.每个人都有自己的优点和缺点，我们90后也不例外。90后的我们爱看上网。许多90后甚至迷恋上了它，学习成绩下降，造成了严重的后果。他们享受着优越的物质条件，但他们的内心却是空虚寂寞的，他们不懂得珍惜生命，感恩社会，却整天沉迷在游戏中无法自拔，浪费大好青春。
我们90后是幸福的，是快乐的，是时代的健儿，是祖国未来的希望。在这样一个先进的时代，我们应该更加努力，奋发向上，为祖国的繁荣昌盛添砖加瓦
从古至今钓-岛都是中国的。

青春就像沸腾前冒着热气的水，身体中的每一个细胞都在跳跃，仿佛在黑暗中看见前方荧绿色的安全出口，那一抹绿色像磁铁般吸引着他向前、向前，只为那一刻的沸腾。
每一个青春都期待着让头脑狂热的温度，似乎那才是证明他们来过的记号。也许我们都曾有过对某件事、某个人或某样东西的喜爱使自己的心像太阳般炽热得激动的经历，那是青春在燃烧自己为生命加热，我们得耐得住高温，耐得住不断添柴的劳累与烦躁直至成功才能对得住这可爱的青春。花滑女王金妍儿曾说：“烧水的时候，即使你花费很多力气，将水烧到99度，但如果无法超越最后的1度，水永远都不会烧开。水沸腾前的最后那一度，想放弃的那一分钟，只有承受了这一分钟，才能打开下一道门。这样才能进入我所梦想的世界。”然而有多少人倒在了通往100度的门。金妍儿就是早早的明白这一度的区别，凡事追求完美才铸就了她今日的成就。金妍儿是韩国公认的天才，但她说：“没有人比我更刻苦地训练，我渴望世界第一。”100度与99度只有1度的距离，它的距离却是达到梦想与跌入失落。超越这一度远比想象的要难得多。好比跑长跑，前面几圈只要你愿意就能跑；中间的时候体力消耗得越来越快，但咬咬牙也能继续；但到最后的两圈，体力消耗得差不多了，凭着意志也许可以再坚持跑一圈，但体力已见底。这时，你会觉得非常难受，耳边一片空白，只有心跳声在提醒你还在跑步，汗水流过乏力的四肢，背后甚至觉得一股寒气上身，剩下的路像万里长城般看不见尽头。在这种情况下会分出两种人：第一种也就是大部分人会感到绝望，在不知不觉中放慢脚步；第二种人是级少数人，虽然累，但从没想过放弃，心中的渴望的燃烧迫使他们不顾一切地跑，拼命地赢得比赛。我们都会被第二类人所感动，但我们只知道是被感动了，却不知道让我们感到的是那种热切的渴望所爆发出的力量打动了我们。因为我们从不相信有着这样的力量，我们从小就知道“一分耕耘，一份收入”不会再有格外的了，没有人告诉我们还需要对梦想的渴望。
看过的一档选秀节目，里面有两个跳舞相当好的男孩。一个显然受专门的培训，很有范。另一个是每天晚上看着玻璃里的倒影练习从电视上学来的舞蹈的“神童”。在意料之中，前一个男孩很快被淘汰了，评委问他为什么学跳舞？他说：“因为从小就想走这条路。”评委语重心长地对他说：“你看自学成才的那个男孩，他的舞蹈里有种想飞的感觉，那是渴望。你没有。”
如果成功是100度的开水，那么前99是努力，剩下的一度就是渴望，疯狂的渴望。如果姜子牙对做出一番事业的渴望，又怎么会坚持到80岁；如果林书豪没有对篮球的渴望，又怎么会冒着失败的危险去NBA；如果袁隆平没有对栽培出“超级水稻”的渴望，他又怎么会孜孜矻矻地工作数十载；如果曼德拉没有对民主自由的渴望，他又怎么会在危险中不断奋斗。他们成功经历的时间不同，但对梦想的渴望萌芽期无一不是在青年时期。
有时候做一个不现实的人比做一个现实的人更容易，青春给予我们最好的礼物就是这种不现实的梦。我始终认为这种对梦想的渴望是世界上最美丽的东西，因为它代表着希望，他始终像冬日的太阳一样温暖着我，提醒着我前进的路。
99度不懈的努力+1度的疯狂的渴望=获得预期的结果（这便是成功）。这样100度的青春才是真正完美的、无悔的。
篇19：大学课前演讲稿
尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
今天轮到我来做这一个课前三分钟的演讲，我今天演讲的主题是大学生要如何去规划好自己的课余生活。我们的课余时间是非常的充足的，但现在很多的同学都会把时间花费在对我们自身的发展没有帮助的事情上，比如看小说，比如打游戏，比如看电视剧。我并不是让同学们不要去做这一类的事情，而是我们应该要有一个规划，要给自己留一些学习的时间，这样我们才能够在大学中学到一些东西，而不是等到大学毕业的时候还是什么都没有学到的状态。
我们是应该让自己在大学中去学到一些东西的，这样我们在毕业之后才会更好的找到适合自己的工作，才能够在自己的工作岗位上有所发展。我们的课余时间是很多的，每天只要能够花一小部分的时间在学习上，在丰富我们自己上，等到大学毕业的时候我们是一定会变得更加的优秀的，所以我想我们是应该要学会控制自己的行为的，规划好自己的时间，这应该是我们每一个大学生的必修课。我们不应该在学校里面虚度时间，这对我们自己的发展是没有一点帮助的，还会害了我们自己。
在你羡慕身边的人都有所长、有着很不错的能力的时候，你有没有想过要去改变自己。其实我们每一个人都是能够成为一个优秀的人的，能够有多优秀就要看我们自己付出了多少了。所以我们应该要规划好自己的时间，规定好每一个时间段自己应该要做的事情，这样才能够合理的去利用好自己的时间，让自己能够去学到一些东西。在大学中我们是能够考很多的证书的，我们可以选择自己感兴趣的去报考，多拿一个证书自己毕业之后就会多一条职业发展的道路。所以其实我们是有很多的事情是可以做的。
我们应该要制定好一个计划，安排好自己每一天的时间，安排好自己在这一个时间段之内应该要完成一个怎样的目标，在完成之后再制定下一个目标。这样一个目标一个目标的去完成，等到了大学毕业的时候你就会发现在这四年的时间中你是做了很多的事情的，而不是在以后回忆起自己的大学生活时除了打游戏还是打游戏。
同学们，让我们规划好自己的课余时间吧，让我们在大学中能够去提高自己，能够学到更多的技能。
