总所周知,眼睛是人体五官的重要组成部分,我们必须精心保护。然而,在我身边有很多同学鼻梁上架起了“小眼镜”。造成近视的原因有很多,比如读书写字不注意姿势、长时间看电视和玩电子游戏、课外活动时间少等等,久而久之就养成了不良的用眼习惯。一旦戴上了眼镜,终将与之陪伴一生,给日常生活带来许多不便之处。
学校里,每天都有两次做眼保健操的时间,目的就是为了调整眼和头部的`血液循环,减缓眼疲劳。我们要做到动作到位,穴位准确,到达舒缓效果。
我们在坚持做眼保健操的同时,用眼习惯也相当重要。护眼睛,从点滴做起,一读书写字距离书本一尺,人要坐端正。二尽量不要躺在沙发上看书、看报。三减少看电视和玩游戏时间。四有机会多参加户外运动。
