后来我才知道是去月饼工厂看做月饼。我们排好队，戴起了小黄帽，出发去月饼工厂。刚进了工厂的门，就闻到一股扑鼻的香气，闻得我头晕眼花。进了制作室，我看到许多模子和几个烤炉，烤炉里散发出迷人的香味。

我们先看做豆沙圈。做豆沙圈的阿姨切下一小截豆沙，包进面皮里，压平，用刀子在上面划几条痕，卷成一个条条，最后把头尾接成一起，放烤箱里烘焙，就了成了一香脆的的豆沙圈。

我们再看制作豆沙月饼，做月饼的阿姨拿来个豆沙馅，把豆沙馅包进面皮里，用模子用力一压，最后把压成的月饼放进烤箱里烘焙，就OK了。

轮到我们大显身手了。米老板拿了些面皮、模子、豆沙馅等材料和我们来到树人教育。米老板给我们演示了一下，再让我们自己做。我和张正豪是第一批上去做的。我一看就惊了，豆沙馅很大，皮太薄了，包进去有点不可能，米老板对我说：“有句话叫面薄馅大，我再教你一下。”他先叫我用面粉洗下手，把馅按在面皮上，再让我把面皮包住豆沙馅四周，最后把馅往里面抠，把面皮全面包住豆沙馅，拿来模子一按，就成了一块月饼。上面印着两个醒目大字：豆沙。张正豪也在做，他一直捏面皮，一不小心，把面皮捏破了。但他没灰心，想尽办法，并在米老板的帮助下，包成了一个滚圆的面团。虽然印了后露了些馅，但是他毕竟努力了。

等到同学们都做完了以后，米老板把月饼拿回去烘焙。拿着暖暖烘烘的月饼，我心里高兴极了。

可我在最关键的`一步：合拢面团口上出了错。我用五指合拢面团口，可一不小心做成了烧麦型，这时，我想：如果压平是不是还有挽救的机会？说干就干，怎么回事，怎么又变成了面饼状？哎！看来我还是得麻烦奶奶了。奶奶先把前面的步骤做好，用慢动作给我讲解了一遍。原来如此，我合拢面团时太用劲了，压平也是如此，我改正过来，最后再用模具印出图案，一个自制月饼就完成了。之后，我又连续做了好几个。我心里又是兴奋又是激动，虽然并不完美，但我仍然有一种成就感。

中秋之夜，家人们一起品尝着我亲手做的月饼。我高兴极了，决定明年继续举行这样的活动，我也希望明年的中秋节快快到来。
