一、思考与练习的独特功能，其他习题不能取代

课后思考与练习不同于一般练习题，作为整个教材的有机组成部分，它与前面的课文构成了一个完整的整体。这种特殊的位置，决定了它具有一些一般练习题所不具有的功能，像补充知识、澄清认识、提高觉悟、总结课文等，这都是一般练习题所不能取代的。

1．补充知识的功能

教材在编写时，由于受编写体例、知识结构等限制，有些知识点在课文中无法体现出来，而这些知识点对理解课文又是必不可少的，有时编者就以课后思考与练习题的形式提出来。如，高三政治常识第二课课后思考与练习：“有人认为，在我国，阶级斗争在一定范围内存在，就是有时候有，有时候没有；有的领域有，有的领域没有。这种理解对吗？为什么？”此题的目的，就在于帮助学生理解“阶级斗争在一定范围内存在”中的“一定范围”是什么样的范围。而关于这一知识点，教材中并没有涉及。此题不做，极易使学生产生错误的理解，就像题目所设计的，错误地以时间或空间来界定范围，而不能明确它是指大量的社会矛盾已不再具有阶级斗争性质这一正确含义。因此，这就不仅是一道练习题的问题，而是关系到能否全面、准确地理解和把握所学知识的问题。

2．提高觉悟的功能

一般练习题，大都从应试训练角度，侧重于巩固理解所学知识，提高分析问题、解决问题的能力，而对于提高学生思想觉悟的功能十分欠缺。但课后思考与练习对此给予了充分的重视。像高一课后思考与练习的“讨论题”，高三的“活动建议”题，都从所学的知识出发，针对学生的思想实际，提供了一系列的理论或现实问题。认真组织学生进行讨论，积极开展相关的活动，是充分发挥思想政治课的教育功能，提高学生思想觉悟水平所必需的。

二、思考与练习步入困境的重要原因

课后思考与练习步入困境，大量课外练习题的冲击是一个不可否认的原因。但其自身存在的不足，则是走向困境的重要方面。

1．课后思考与练习滞后于教材内容的改革

新编思想政治课教材的内容，大都遵循由浅入深、由感性到理性、循序渐进的原则，重视运用典型事件和生动事例说明最基本的道理，这不但符合中学生的认知规律，也有利于教师组织教学，因而受到了广大师生的欢迎。但与此极不协调的是，课后思考与练习却仍以老面孔出现，几十年一贯制的“是什么”、“为什么”、“怎么样”。题型呆板、机械，缺乏新鲜感和吸引力。在教材改革中，课后思考与练习成了被遗忘的角落。由此，它被广大师生所遗忘，也就在情理之中了。

2．课后思考与练习的设计，忽视了中学生的特点

中学生正处于从不成熟到成熟的转折时期，求新好奇，独立好胜，是他们的最大特点。而课后思考与练习，在形式上都是直问直答式的，在内容上都是对所学知识的简单重复，缺乏耐人寻味的新材料、新情境，缺乏迂回曲折的设问，因此也就不能满足学生的心理需求。这种远离中学生的课后思考与练习，中学生敬而远之，也就不足为奇。

3．课后思考与练习的题型，不能与高考题型相接轨

在升学教育还是普通中学一项重要任务的情况下，高考的指挥棒作用就不可否认。这就要求中学生平时的练习应与高考题型接轨。政治科高考经过几年改革，题型已基本稳定。在高考的五种基本题型中，单项选择题、不定项选择题、辨析题，课后思考与练习还与之无缘。而其主要题型――简答题和论述题，与高考题的简答题和论述题相比，更是相去甚远。高考题大都迎着当时的重点和热点，设计新材料、新情景，综合考查学生的各种能力，而这正是直问直答式的课后思考与练习所无法比拟的。虽然受诸多因素的影响，课后思考与练习不可能像高考那样因时而变，但起码在形式上应反映高考的基本题型，在题目设计上尽量缩短与高考题的距离。

三、扬长避短，发挥课后思考与练习的作用

在教材改革没有到位之前，教师应从实际出发，挖掘现有课后思考与练习的潜力，扬长避短，改变传统的.课后思考与练习题只在课后做的做法，应有意识地将其渗透到教学环节中。

1．导课恰当地选择课后思考与练习导入新课，能够化平淡为神奇，激起学生的好奇心和求知欲。如，用高一经济常识第一课课后第3道思考题导课，问究竟哪一个茶杯的价值量大？对此，学生会有不同的猜测。教师此刻应及时抓住时机，导入新课“社会必要劳动时间决定商品的价值量”，效果会极佳。

2．导读

变课后思考与练习为读书目标，要求学生带着问题读书，有利于学生集中注意力，调动思维，提高读书的针对性和实效性。

3．课堂提问

感谢学校领导对我的信任，把我留在高三教补习班。使我的教学生涯增添了浓厚的一笔。填补了我教学方面的空缺。教补习班和教实验班以及平行班有很大的差别。教学中感觉心理压力更大一些。毕竟他们又下决心再来一年，所以真的输不起了。还有，大多数学生都来自于不同的学校。俗话说得好，“众口难调”.因此，如何让学生真心接受你，是最先应该解决的问题。第一，教师应该做到的是要精心备课，精心传授。不只是备课，还要备学生。因为学生的水平参差不齐。第二，上课的时候先立好规矩。因为这些学生都是不同的教师教授，每个教师的要求和教学方法都不尽相同，所以，必须让学生了解我的上课要求，第一节课，我对学生提出上课要求，哪些上课时是不应该犯的错误。刚开始可能感觉麻烦一些，但是这个环节绝对不能少。也正是应了那句俗语， “磨刀不误砍柴工”.还有，在授课的时候，发现学生上课犯错误，一定要严厉指出，不能迁就。因为，其他同学都处于观望的态度，如果你不较真儿，他们会感觉老师的要求并没有真的落到实处。他们在你的课上，也就敢犯错误了。树立好规矩，他们就知道在你的课堂应该怎么做了。这能为今后的教学节省许多不必要浪费的时间。

第三，要让学生喜欢上你。只有这样才能做到“亲其师，信其道”.其实，做到这一点并不难。课堂上认真授课，作业适量，批改及时。课下多和学生谈心，多和他们沟通交流，关心他们的学习和生活。注意一些细节，比如，学生见到你的时候，和你问好，老师一定要热情回应。不要视若罔闻。如果那样，你在学生的心中的地位就会大打折扣。更不要谈学生喜欢你了。

第四，教学过程中，要注意语言的使用。补习生的内心极其脆弱，不要什么话赶劲儿就说什么。对他们要有耐心，采取多鼓励，少打击的方法。()他们本身基础就比较薄弱，所以，要有耐心。并且对他们要有信心。只要多点儿耐心，他们获得成功的可能性会更大一些。

第五，调研学情。刚接过这两个班的时候，对两个班的学生进行学情调查。学生们普遍反映语法是最薄弱的环节，因此，我利用晚自习的时间集中处理语法专项。先从句子成分讲起，让他们了解语法的大体框架结构，然后分项讲解练习，效果不错。虽然老师可能会累一些，但是，这个环节是必不可少的。

第六，针对不同班级采取不同的教学方法。刚接这两个班的时候，我认为十九班是理科班，学生上课气氛可能会沉闷一些，二十班是文科班，上课可能会活跃一些。但是，在实际的教学中，结果却恰恰相反，因此，在十九班上课时，采取发泄法。课前，让学生们准备一个小节目，全班同学站起来，听前面同学的指挥，大家一起表演，大家对这个环节特别在意，准备都非常精心，受到全班同学的欢迎。从教学的.角度，大家课前动起来，上课就不那么疲劳了。在二十班授课的时候，我注意调动学生们上课的积极性，比如，下午课困的时候，给大家讲个笑话，出个脑筋急转弯。翻译阅读的时候，扩充一些和阅读内容有关的知识。这样有针对性的教学，起到了不错的效果。

第七，处理课堂上的突发事件，一定要讲究方法。刚接过二十班的时候，刚刚有一部分学生报到，因此，我就有意的放慢教学进度，记得有一次上课，我把要处理的东西处理完之后，给他们留出一点时间自习。这在教学上应该是很正常的。就在这时，我听到班里有一个同学小声说了一句话： “怎么老是上自习呢？”非常巧的是，班级这时候非常静，我听得一清二楚。这时，我心里火冒三丈，气不打一处来。当我正要发作的时候，我转念一想，不能这么简单的处理。因此，我暂时把我的怒火压了下来，等到下课，我把这个同学叫到办公室，和他敞开心扉的进行了一次谈话。这位学生最后和我说：“老师，其实我是故意让你听到的，我就是想看看你如何处理我，如果你当时和我在课堂上发火，我可能会和你吵起来。”听完他的话，我不由得倒吸了一口凉气。多亏我讲究处理突发事件的方法，否则后果不堪设想呀。这位同学最后意识到了自己的错误，并且，非常接受我教育他的方法，并且这位同学英语学的特别好，尤其是英语作文，每次作文分数几乎都是满分。他主动请求每次英语范文由他抄到黑板上。因为我感觉他的书写特别优美，我就欣然接受了他的请求。在每次书写范文的时候，他写的都特别好，给全班同学做出了很好的榜样。对整个班级的写作起到了很好的带动作用。
