电子邮件与普通邮件英语作文

What is the difference between regular mails and e-mails?As we know, regular mails have been usded for thousands of years,it is very inconvenience, for it took a long time to receive. Besides, it costs you some money. While e-mails is very convenience, it take you only a few seconds to arrive the receiver and it is free to send .so more and more use e-mails rather than regular mails. Some people think that it will be replace the regular mails.

In my opinion, the email will be more and more popular in the future, but it can not replace the regular mails because it can not send everything though it is very convenience to send letters. But,except letters,we sometimes want to sent other somes to our friends which e-mails is impossible to send.

So we can draw an conclution that emails can not replace regular mails.People will use email to sent letter and use the regular to send other things.

Dear Tom,

It is nice to receive your email. Now I’d like to tell you something about the Palace Museum.

The Palace Museum is also called the Forbidden City. It took 200,000 workers more than 13 years to build the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City was finished being built in 1420. The largest museum in the world, the Palace Museum, holds cultural treasures from the past 5,000 years of Chinese history. The City’s palaces have 9,999 rooms altogether. Chinese people traditionally have thought of nine as a lucky number. Students from all over China can now visit in groups at no charge every Tuesday. The museum is under construction.

I hope you can come to China and take a look at this museum with your own eyes.

Best wishes.

Dear Tom,

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose you're keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So here's a short description of what's happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didn't like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

Hope everyone is well. See you soon.

Dear Mr. John,

How are things going with you in Beijing?

I am writing to show my thanks to you. You tutored me in my spoken English before you went to Beijing. With your help I made such rapid progress that I won the first place in the Spoken English Competition of the city. My achievement is owed to your help. Thank you very much.

I have heard that you and your wife will pay a visit to my school. I am very glad at the news. In that case we can see each other again. I am looking forward to your coming. I am sending you a telescope as a small gift. I hope you will like it.

All the best.

Yours,

Liu Jie

篇10:高二英语电子邮件作文

Dear Tom,

I'm just writing to let you know that we're all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, I've got some rather bad news for you: I'm afraid I made a bit of a mess of John's car. Anyway, here's what happened.

We were on our way to Carol's after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we' d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldn't drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didn't succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didn't need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Well, that's all for now. Next time I write I hope I'll have better news for you.

Yours sincerely,

Linda Chen

Directions:

Suppose you have found something wrong with the electronic dictionary that you bought from an online store the other day. Write an email to the customer service center to

1) make a complaint, and

2) demand a prompt solution.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.

To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.

Therefore, I would like either to change for another model that works well or a full refund. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.

Yours sincerely,

Dear David,

I’m glad you’ll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. It’s difficult for you because it’s quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. It’s also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practice your listening. Do your best to talk with people in Chinese. You can learn Chinese not only from books but also from people around you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I’m sure you’ll learn Chinese well.

Hope to see you soon in Beijing

Yours,

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you for the mobile phone of Dephone-S250 I bought on 20th Apr.20__ at Tele Mall in Wuhan, P.R.China.Ten days after that, it didn't ring and send short messages. Then I took it to the seller, but was told that the model had been sold out and I had to wait at least three months for a new one. Later I went to the repairman. He said since it was a new model in China, it was impossible to fix it without the right spare parts. I was so desperate on hearing that. How can I wait that long? Therefore, I require that you send me a new one of the same model within a month.

Thank you for your consideration.

篇23:写一封电子邮件中考英语作文

Dear Editor,

I live in Nanchang. Near where I live there is a famous temple, which has been staying up there ever since the late Ming Dynasty. On the walls of the temple are many pictures, which show us how people at that time lived. The temple has great artistic value. I am worried about it because some of the pictures are being damaged by air pollution, which comes from human beings.

Visitors keep pouring in by hundreds every day. The carbon dioxide from their breath is destroying the pictures. I think something should be done about this. For example, we should put glass walls in front of the pictures. Second, the number of visitors should be kept strictly under control. And we should build a website where people can look at the pictures and the temple.

Yours sincerely,

Li Hua

篇25:写一封电子邮件中考英语作文

Dear Mr. Wang

Hello!

Open the picture album of my memory, I can still find the scene when youjust entered class 2 (4) three years ago. I have been holding back what I wantto say to you for three years. Today I will open my heart and tell you myheart.

You know, I seldom see my mother when I was young. I always feel you arejust like my mother. When I make mistakes, you educate me strictly. When Isucceed, you praise me happily. Do you remember that time I was inoculated withswine flu? After the injection, I watched with envy that Zhang Jiayi's motherwas putting on her coat Just then, you picked up my coat and kindly said to me,“Zhang yuxu, put it on, don't catch cold!” I saw that you cared about me somuch, I couldn't help but cry! At that time, I felt a warm current all over mybody, and I really wanted to plunge into your arms

On my birthday last year, you not only gave me a gift, but also said that Iwas your beloved disciple. However, I only got 95% in the national languageexamination. I know that you have deep expectations for me, but the first halfof the fifth grade ended here. Do you know? I always feel that what I havelearned is like an empty heart pistachio. It's not that I don't have confidence, but I think I can never surpass Zhao Xinyi. Everyone said that I only paid 50%of my efforts, but I don't know how to work hard. You said that I read lessbooks, didn't you? You can rest assured that I will work hard in this aspectthis holiday!

When the new year begins, you will see a brand new Zhang yuxu: not selfishand selfish; tolerant and loving In more than a year, I will leave my dear youand my dear school, and now I have been extremely reluctant to give up. However, you can rest assured that I will be a pillar of a country when I grow up! I willwin you honor! I will hook you up here!

Finally, the Spring Festival is coming. I'll give you a new year'sgreetings first!

Best wishes

Happy family!

good health!

Yours Sincerely,

Lucy

篇27:邮件诈骗的英语作文

邮件诈骗的英语作文

As the development of technology, today people keep in touch with each other not only by cell phone, but also through email.

When we open computer, we may find all kinds of message, some are important, they are sent from friends, while some are rubbish message, which are sent by the unknown ones. As we can get the message from all resources, we may be cheated any time. There are always some messages about ads in our emails, such as the car secure, some ads say you are the one who hits their luck, you can have the big prize if you give them some message they need. A lot of people get cheated, because they want to try to get the prize.

When we read the email, we should take care of the fraud, never be greed, the fortune can’t fall from the sky, only we work for it.
