一、制定合理的假期计划

这次寒假时长28天，这一个月的时间里，如果没有一定的计划，像踩西瓜皮一样滑到哪儿算哪儿，那么这一个月将会在漫无目的、浑浑噩噩、毫无意义中地度过。所以，一定要制定适合自己的寒假计划。写计划时可以写每天的活动时间安排，也可以做寒假活动的计划表。但我还是建议大家能把对假期生活的计划安排和设想用文字的`形式记录下来，这样这样我们才能对自己的寒假计划感受地更真切些，最好能发到博客上和大家互相交流。

二、劳逸结合，充实假期生活

对于同学们来说，假期确实是缓解学习压力，放松身心的好机会，但在放松的同时要注意劳逸结合，做到张弛有度。最好能够利用假期加强一下体育锻炼，锻炼方式可以很随意，比如和父母一起散散步，打打羽毛球、乒乓球；还可以趁着假期主动和父母一起购买年货，打扫卫生，做做家务；平时我们交往的对象一般只局限于同学和朋友，缺乏一定的社会交往能力。可以利用春节期间走亲访友的机会，学习一些基本的社交常识。还可以在接待亲朋好友时当好小主人，负责招待亲朋，最好策划一些小游戏来增添欢乐气氛；有条件的还可以和父母一起出游，亲近大自然，领略祖国山河的壮丽,让身心得到舒展、愉悦。
