1 前言

毕业论文是考察一名大学生是否具备了一定的分析问题能力的一个重要手段, 也是对其学校本科教学质量的综合检验.近年来, 财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量明显下降, 究其原因包括写作时间安排仓促、论文选题狭窄、学生写作能力较弱、老师指导不够等.国内学者从各个方面对其原因进行了分析, 如夏绒从选题层面、毕业论文质量标准层面、老师层面、参考文献层面等四个方面, 分析了财务管理专业本科毕业论文存在的问题;冯晓华等分析了财经类本科毕业论文质量的主要影响因素, 提出了财经类本科毕业论文质量的评价标准;邓英从目标、管理、学生、教师四个方面构建了财务管理本科毕业论文质量评价体系.目前对财务管理专业本科毕业论文的研究往往从定性的角度出发, 缺少对财务管理专业本科毕业定量化的研究.本文采用定性与定量化的研究方法, 通过构建财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量评价指标体系, 采用层次分析法最终确定各指标层的权重, 以期能对财务管理专业本科毕业论文进行量化研究.

2 财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量现状研究

财经类本科毕业论文写作质量一直不高,近年来随着高校招生规模的扩大, 本科毕业论文写作质量出现了明显的下降.笔者根据我校财务管理专业本科毕业论文的实际情况, 从我校近3年来财务管理专业本科毕业论文数据库中随机抽取了90份作为研究对象, 其中发现我校财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量也有一定的下降.通过分类比较总结, 发现本科毕业论文质量的下降主要表现在以下几个方面.

2.1 论文选题相似性高, 写作内容空泛

财务管理专业本科毕业论文选题是论文写作的重要环节, 论文题目往往可以决定一篇论文的质量.笔者通过总结发现, 我校财务管理专业本科毕业论文选题基本上符合我校关于财务管理专业培养目标的要求, 在一定程度上也尽量做到了与实际热点的相结合, 如企业营改增、“互联网+”等社会财经热点, 但所选题目往往与实际案例相脱节, 理论与案例关联性不强, 缺乏对案例的深入调研分析.此外有不少自命题的学生以财务管理体制研究、财务管理模式创新研究、我国上市公司的'研究等为题目, 所定题目形式空泛, 且内容太大, 根本无法写出高质量的论文.

2.2 内容逻辑性差, 语言格式不规范

毕业论文写作格式、框架都有一定的标准, 学生按标准模板写作一般太大的差别和问题, 但在论文内容上就存在较大问题.通过仔细阅读部分同学的论文笔者发现, 不少同学的论文缺乏内在逻辑性, 章节组织混乱, 部分存在东拼西凑现象, 且抄袭现象严重.同时, 还有不少同学的语言格式不规范, 文中出现大量的白话, 如我们的、他们公司等, 对于表格的制作也是前后不一, 没有一定的标准.

3 财务管理专业本科毕业论文评价体系构建

根据本科毕业论文存在的相关问题, 笔者通过参考相关学者关于本科毕业论文指标评价体系的相关经验, 结合自己近年来所带财务管理专业本科毕业论文的实际情况, 根据系统性、客观性、公平性、可操作性原则, 提出了财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量的评价指标体系, 其中评价目标层为财务管理专业本科毕业论文质量, 准则层有5个因子, 分别为选题及工作量、调查论证、论文质量、导师评价、答辩质量, 指标层共有17个因子.

4 评价指标体系权重确定及应用

4.1 层次分析法的基本原理

层次分析法的基本原理是将决策问题按总目标、各层子目标、评价准则直至具体的备投方案的顺序分解为不同的层次结构, 然后得用求解判断矩阵特征向量的办法, 求得每一层次的各元素对上一层次某元素的优先权重, 最后再用加权和的方法递阶归并各备选方案对总目标的最终权重, 此最终权重最大者即为最优方案.

4.2 层次分析法确定权重的基本步骤

层次分析法具体的计算步骤较为复杂, 简单的可以概况为以下三个步骤:

(1) 分析系统中各因素间的关系, 对同一层次各元素关于上一层次中某一准则的重要性进行两两比较, 构造两两比较的判断矩阵.

(2) 由判断矩阵计算被比较元素对于该准则的相对权重, 并进行判断矩阵的一致性检验.

(3) 计算各层次对于系统的总排序权重, 并进行排序.最终得到各方案对于总目标的总排序, 并对结果进行一致性检验.

其中关于如何确定两个要素的重要性可以根据萨蒂 (Saaty) 教授所提出的1-9及其倒数作为标度, 表2列出了1-9标度的含义:

4.3 运用层次分析法确定权重

根据上文中所构建的评价指标体系, 采用专家打分法, 共邀请了10位财务管理专业老师参加, 对评价指标体系中的准则层和指标层进行了打分评价, 并根据其结果, 得出了6个判断矩阵.

根据上述层次分析法的计算步骤, 最终得出了准则层和指标层各要素的权重, 计算过程较为复杂, 不再文中详细论述, 计算结果.

4.4 实例应用

选取十篇毕业的财务管理专业本科生的毕业论文, 根据上述评价指标体系和权重比例由导师进行打分评价, 最终得出十篇论文中最高分为89分, 最低分为68分.通过分析得分最高的论文, 发现其论文质量因子的得分较高, 但答辩质量因子得分较低, 因此, 如果想推选校级优秀论文应从提高答辩质量入手.

5 总结

财务管理专业本科毕业论文指标评价体系一方面可以作为对学生毕业论文质量进行量化评价的一个重要手段, 同时也可以通过对学生毕业论文质量的综合评价, 找出其综合评价中分数较低的指标层要素, 从而提出提高财务管理专业本科毕业生论文质量的针对性方法.本文只是初步构建了财务管理专业本科毕业论文指标评价体系, 未进行了深入研究, 未来可以通过对评价指标体系的实际应用进行动态性调整.

领域就业：

1、医院：

毕业生可以到一些大型综合医院的预防保健科、病案统计科和信息统计科工作，也可以到医院的科研部门、教育部门等等担当研究员或管理层。从事的具体工作包括医疗项目开发、管理和监督的工作等等。

2、科研机构：
