According to a survey, in recent years the monthly expenditure of a college student has been on the sharp rise. Many college students have no concept of thrift in their mind. They take it for granted that they spend money from their parents before they enter into the society. This extravagant spending is primarily caused by the following factors.
First of all, nowadays most of the students are the only children of their families. They are the apple in their family's eyes and naturally get more care and pocket money. In addition, with the improvement of living standards, parents can afford higher expenditure of their children. Moreover, some students like to pursue fashion and trends, which tend to need more money. Finally, campus love is also a possible factor causing extravagant spending.
From my point of view, a college student, as a pure consumer, should learn to be thrifty. We should limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices. The habit of thrift can help us form right values and is favorable to our future development.

湖北日报讯 （记者王晶、特约记者梁炜）秋季学期，我省普通高中起始年级全面实施高中课程改革实验，今年课改首届学生面临高考。昨日，我省公布新课改高考改革方案。科目设置、考试次数和录取依据，我省方案与课改前基本一致，但高职招生方面有突破。从20入学的`高中生开始，我省每个高中生都要建立自己的综合素质评价体系，从道德品质与公民素养、交流与合作能力、学习能力与学业成就、体育与健康、审美与表现、个性与创新六个维度综合评价学生。高考方案中，高考分数是录取依据，综合素质评价结果作为参考依据。
中职生是此次改革最大受益者。起，全面实行以专业技能考试成绩为主的高校招收中职生统考招生，至，现行高校招收中职生统一考试政策继续执行。
新高考试卷结构有微调，我省自主命题的数学（理科）和全国综合卷里涉及的历史、地理、物理、化学、生物科目有选做题。

考试怎么考?
起，全国统一高考科目为语文、数学、外语，不分文理科。
普通高校招生录取的总成绩由统一高考的语文、数学、外语3个科目和考生自主选择的.普通高中学业水平考试3个科目成绩组成，总分750分，其中语文、数学、外语各150分，普通高中学业水平考试3个科目以等级分计分，录取时各科折算为100分。计入总成绩的3个普通高中学业水平考试科目，由考生根据报考高校要求和自身特长，在思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物等科目中自主选择。考生可以参加两次外语考试，选择其中较好的一次成绩计入高考总分。
此外，我省将加快推进高职院校分类考试。中职学校毕业生报考高职院校，参加文化基础与职业技能相结合的测试，即我省现在实施的技能高考和高职院校单独招生考试。普通高中毕业生报考高职院校，除参加统一高考进入高职院校外，还可以不用参加统一高考，凭高中学业水平考试成绩、参考综合素质评价情况，在参加职业适应性测试后录取到高职院校。
招生怎么招?
招生方面呈现六大变化：
减少和规范加分项目。取消体育特长生加分和散居少数民族考生加分政策，减少农村独生女加分分值。起，取消农村独生女加分政策。
调整招生录取批次。艺术本科录取从3个批次调整为2个批次。高职高专录取将高职高专(一)和高职高专(二)2个批次合并为1个批次。从起，文理类本科录取批次由3个批次调整为2个批次。
试行分段填报志愿。20考生填报志愿分两个阶段进行。第一阶段填报：本科提前批(文理类、艺术类、体育类、技能高考)，高职高专提前批(文理类、艺术类、体育类、技能高考、高职联办本科计划)，本科第一批，本科第二批。第二阶段填报：高职高专批文理类。
所有批次所有科类均实行平行志愿。文理类的本科第一批、本科第二批、高职高专批次平行志愿由原来6个院校志愿增加到9个。艺术类各批次平行志愿不再按全省艺术统考类别划分志愿模块，符合多个艺术统考类别录取条件的考生可以在同一批次的平行志愿中混合填报同一院校或不同院校的不同统考类别的专业志愿。
改革完善高职院校招生录取模式。高职院校招收中职毕业生全面实施“文化素质+职业技能”的技能高考。
积极探索“院校+专业类”分类投档录取模式。改进和完善提前批及特殊类型专业投档录取办法，建立分类清晰、科学合理、规范有序、公平公正的分类投档录取规则，满足考生升学差异性选择和高校招生多样化需求。实行分类投档录取主要包括本科提前批文理类、高职高专提前批文理类、艺术本科和高职高专，以及其他批次的国家专项计划、地方专项计划、精准扶贫专项计划、省属院校面向当地招生计划、定向就业招生计划、少数民族预科班、民族班、西藏班、免费医学生、经院校申请同意的报考生源较少的优势特色专业和中外合作办学等专业。在平行志愿投档时，将分类投档的“专业类”与其他专业区别开来，分类投档、分类录取，分类公布调档线。
篇25：湖北什么时候高考
1.从湖北省教育厅获悉，2016年湖北高考查分时间为6月23日。
2.普通高考考试科目为“3+文科综合/理科综合”。“3”指语 文、数学、外语三个科目，每科满分150分，考试时间：语文为150分钟，数学、外语均为120分钟。文科综合考试内容含政治、历史、地理三个科目;理科 综合考试内容含物理、化学、生物三个科目。文科综合、理科综合科目满分均为300分，考试时间均为150分钟。
从2016年起，语文、数学、英语、文科综合、理科综合和外语中的小语种(俄、日、法、德)均使用教育部考试中心命制的试题。
全国统考科目的外语分英语、俄语、日语、法语、德语等五个语种，由考生任选一种。报考外语专业的考生应按教育部规定参加由省统一组织的外语口试。外语口试成绩供高校录取时参考。
3.高等学校招收中等职业学校毕业生，按机械类、电子类、计算机类、建筑技术类、旅游类、农学类、会计专业、学前教育专业、护理专业等类别，实行以技能考试为 主、文化考试为辅的技能高考。考试内容分文化综合和专业技能两部分，其中文化综合210分，包括英语(30分)、语文(90分)、数学(90分)三个部 分;专业技能为考核实际操作，满分为490分。具体考试组织按省教育考试院印发的《技能操作考试实施方案》实施。
4.全省统一艺术类专业考试、体育类专业素质测试、招收高水平运动员队和高水平艺术团等专业测试，按教育部、省招委、省考试院有关规定执行。
2016年湖北高考所有科目采用全国卷
教育部部长袁贵仁在全国两会上表示，今年将新增3个省，明年再增7个省在高考时使用“全国卷”。湖北是否在列?昨日(3月9日)，记者从湖北省教育厅官方确认，2016年开始湖北省高考所有科目都将使用全国卷。
湖北省考试院介绍，今年高考湖北省维持现状不变，依然采用半自主命题形式，即语文、数学、外语3科由湖北省自主命题，文综(含政治、历史、地理3科)和理综(含物理、化学、生物3科)采用全国卷。这一“统一高考、分省命题”的考试模式从2004年至今。“湖北省高考试卷2016年将发生较大变化。”省教育厅相关人士介绍，语数外3科不再自主命题，而是采用由国家考试中心统一命制的试卷。文综和理综依然采用全国卷。目前就读高二的学生将成为湖北省取消省内命题后的首批考生。
对于考试试卷的改变，华师一附中高二学生小林认为，影响自己录取学校的是分数线，与考试试题、绝对分数关系并不太大。水果湖高中高一学生的有些家长则表示担忧：“湖北教育质量不错，统一试卷后湖北分数线可能会在全国排名靠前。”另一些家长则表示坦然，全国考生一张卷，更显考试公平性，更有利于接受公众监督，规避各种风险。
究竟哪10个省在今明两年进入“全国卷”，教育部并未公布。记者搜集信息发现，2015年，江西、山东、福建 3省高考将不再自主命题，采用全国新课标一卷试题。2016年，使用全国卷将扩大到25个省市，已确定采用“全国卷”的省市有四川、湖南、湖北，可能采用 “全国卷”的省市是安徽、陕西、福建、重庆。
