明年我们的管理将从以下几方面着手，使其进一步完善：
一、现场5S管理
全年班组按照5S管理的要求，持续不断的对现场进行改善和提升。
1、车间生产线由于流动性大，不易控制，为此，流水线利用业余时间每月至少2次以上的整顿。
2、制作各种适宜的标语，美化现场环境;创造一个舒适的生产环境。
3、实施5S管理看板的更新，使其更具实效性;。
二、成本控制与改善
1、成本管理改善。
对各项成本指标进行了修订，加强漏包、溜包，皱包、挂烂包等控制。为了让成本更具可控化，班组将成本指标分解到个人，让组员都参与到成本管理中去，建立成本目视管理看板，实施岗位成本投入产出报表。
2、做好节俭、消耗控制。
培养员工节俭意识，减少浪费。要求从小事、实际做起、提高资源的有效利用。
三、产品质量与工艺管理
1、质量管理。
质量缺陷有反复现象，控制手段有待提高，方法需要改善;为此要加强质量控制，做好不良品统计。做好成品检验工作，做好抽检、巡检工作，加大成品出库产品的质量控制。还要提高生产部门的监督、检查力度，充分发挥其主导作用。此外，加强品检队伍素质的培养，给生产部的员工一个奖罚权利和职责，从而完善我们的品控管理制度。
2、工艺管理。
(1)、为适应生产的需要，做到工艺的及时调整与更新，做好生产工艺作业指导书。
(2)、班组明晰工艺流程，开展工序之间质量承诺和服务活动。
四、安全生产、设备维护与宿舍管理
1、安全管理。
加强员工的安全意识，目的是想以此杜绝人的不安全行为、环境的不安全因素、物的不安全状态，以避免安全事故的发生，为此，车间将开展了形式多样的安全活动，
2、设备、工装、完成部分工位工器具的改造与更新。车间加强统一化、一体化要求，及时做好员工工装后勤服务工作。
3、宿舍管理。
对员工的宿舍进行调整，为了迎接新员工的到来，我们将加强宿舍基础设施建设，给员工创造一个舒适的生活环境。
五、组织建设
1、制度完善。
围绕精益创立的含盖资料，建立健全班组各项管理制度，构成班组制度文件汇编。设定明确的质量、安全目标和信得过资料。从产能、质量、损耗三项中继续完善生产工价，使工价更加合理，进一步完善计件人员的改革，能计件的尽量计件制，不能计件的，尽可能量化或保底计时制。此外，做好各部门和员工的绩效奖励制度。
