近日，绿城集团旗下的《北京御园汇》会馆组织全体员工集体观看了美国电影《成事在人》。说是作为20xx年8月企业文化的一部分，要我们每个人都写一篇关于电影的观后感。电影《成事在人》主要的是讲述了经历多年牢狱之灾后成功竞选南非总统的纳尔逊·曼德拉与率领南非球员赢得19XX年橄榄球世界杯的球队队长弗兰克斯·皮纳尔，如何化解种族仇恨的故事。曾经倍受种族隔离制度摧残的曼德拉毅然支持一支以白人为主的球队代表国家出战，而这支球队则用无差别的体育精神感染了原本内心存在隔阂的队员们以及全体国民。这也更加彰显了纳尔逊·曼德拉的伟大及其人格魅力！

纳尔逊·曼德拉的一生是极富传奇色彩的一生。作为酋长的儿子，他本可以衣食无忧，安享一生，但他却没有这么做，而是选择了另一条布满坎坷和凶险的道路——消除种族的隔离，为此他不惜付出了近三十年的牢狱之灾。但他的心中却始终有一个坚定的信念，那就是光明永远属于热爱祖国，人民和生活的人……影片中所传递出的大爱，团结，协作及其所产生的民族凝聚力。就企业而言，我想谈谈如下几点感想——

1，人格魅力：影片中纳尔逊·曼德拉的人格魅力是我最受感动的，在经历了二十七年的牢狱之灾之后，他并没有囿于个人恩怨，当选总统后不但没有报复对他迫害的种族主义者，反而重用白人做自己的保镖，这不是一般人可以做得到的。正如他自己所说的“当我走出囚室迈向通往自由的监狱大门时，我已经清楚，自己若不能把痛苦与怨恨留在身后，那么我仍在狱中”。若作为一个企业的领导者来说，这样的人格魅力也当有借鉴作用。用人之道也是一门艺术，孔子在《论语》宪问篇第十四就曾这样说：“上好礼，则民易使也”。说的就是上级对下级若多一些礼遇，那么下级就容易指使了。反之，则疏。即使当面恭敬，也将敬而远之，离心离德！用人之道不光是要用听话的人，个性的人也要适才而用，清人顾嗣协在《杂兴》一首诗中就曾这样说过“骏马能历险，犁田不如牛。坚车能载重，渡河不如舟。舍长以取短，智高难为谋。生才贵适用，慎勿多苛求。”意思是说用人要扬长避短，不要求全责备。

2，集体凝聚力：凝聚力对于做任何事情都有着不可替代的作用，尤其是企业。只有在企业产生了强大的凝聚力之后，才有可能欣欣向荣，可持续地发展，才有可能永远立于不败之地。如果企业丧失了凝聚力，人心涣散，那后果是可想而知。凝聚力也不是一天两天就可以形成的，他需要有持续的企业文化做滋养，也就是这个企业的创始人的人格魅力所决定的。良好的企业文化可以一代代地传承下去。影片中曼德拉的人格魅力，就影响了他周围的人，国家，甚至全世界。所以他就能在他的国家消除种族隔阂，就能让白人球队代表国家出征，而成为黑人和白人团结融合的纽带。至于我们的会馆，我想就凝聚力方面做的也很不错，比如定期给员工过生日，组织员工去旅游等，事情虽小，意义非常。这样不光给员工休息和交流的机会，也给企业文化增添了浓重的一笔。当然如果能够经常的组织一些书法，歌咏，体育之类的比赛活动，效果当更妙！

3团队协作精神：影片中跳羚队的团队协作精神也是值得称道的，在遭遇了人心浮动和一连串的挫折之后，痛定思痛而重新振作起来，最终取得了胜利。做企业也是如此，如果也效法铁打的营盘流水的兵，那将是企业的悲哀，也是企业家的短视。在这方面被称为日本“经营之神”的松下幸之助就做的相当成功。虽然他的企业用人“终身制”也有着这样和那样的不足，但在稳定员工队伍和企业的长期发展中还是起到了至关重要的作用。他也是一个很谦和的人，见谁都礼貌在先，他的经营哲学就是：“首先要细心倾听他人的意见”。当然员工也要以企业为荣为荣，以企业为辱而辱，这才是企业文化的核心和精髓。要知道一个企业的内部不团结，上下猜忌，员工经常的跳槽，定将是企业的悲哀！有一个精诚团结，互相协作的管理，生产和经营团队，就一定能够让企业乘风破浪扬帆远航。

但你绝对不会想象得出来，将近四十岁的精灵，在下笔的前几分钟，忘乎所以地沉浸于这样火爆的旋律中，肆意的疯狂扭动着蛮腰，那份妖娆精灵未见，然，又精灵所见!而这一连串的过度表现呢?全因受了《成事在人》这部影片的渲染，抑制不住的兴奋……电影局终，却余味依旧，久久环绕不去，让精灵情绪不能平静仍是曼德拉所说的那一句话：“当我走出监狱的时候，我明白，如果不将仇恨抛在脑后，那我将仍在牢笼之中……”整部影片用了十分用心的态度描述着故事的进行，几乎没有波折，没有困难，在曼德拉的决心与坚定之前，似乎任何的困难都已不再重要。在曼德拉将近30年里的“此刻”和“明天”是在监狱中度过，仍以身作则，用他宽广的胸怀和坚强不屈的精神告诉人们，无论生活怎样都不要怨天尤人。这就是曼德拉的生活态度，也成了哲学。是呀。人生是残酷无情的，但是，有的时候人生总还是要有份期盼，哪怕是没有期望的期盼。抬起头向前走，这样，学会用理智的眼神来打量彼此和周围的世界。前路漫漫，没有谁会明白它通向哪里?但是，如我们能够消去自身的愤怒，自私。一向持续纯净的内心，或许，会赢得曼德拉那样的心灵大开，如曼德拉拥有那些令人羡慕的快乐。

那不是一支精灵喜欢的棒球队，只因从来不曾付出时光去关注体育。那不是精灵所能涉及到的资料，只因从不参与政治。但妙的是，如同看到的画面一样，曼德拉卓越的政治领导才能一般，再加上导演伊思特伍德几近完美地将体育魅力与政治感染力结合到了一部电影中，在平衡电影的观赏性和题材深度上，做到了游刃有余。从橄榄球队的训练到比赛都有极为写实的表现，给我们的感觉是在看一场真的橄榄球比赛。勇往直前决不放下运动精神也得到了淋漓尽致的释放，甚至在对橄榄球运动并不流行的地区，必须的知识普及作用(“跳羚队”接到总统的指示来到南非的穷乡僻野指导孩子们玩橄榄球，其中提到橄榄球的一项基本规则——只能向身后方或平行身位的队友传球，以此方式向着对方的球门前进。这就基本解释了橄榄球的粗暴和热血——密不透风的防守导致过多的身体接触，蛮牛般的进攻诠释出团结奋进的男儿气概)。

《成事在人》，予精灵信念，予精灵勇气，予精灵信心，激励着精灵……当“跳羚队”最终赢得决赛胜利，捧起世界杯的时候，精灵切实地感受到难得一见的激情四溢，就像人在不饥渴时也懂需要的是什么水?让脆弱的灵魂，学会用宽容，学会去祝福，或许，能得到更多的真快乐……

本周五晚上，材院马研全体成员共同观看了影片《成事在人》。曼德拉的最强音一向在我脑海中回荡——我是我命运的主宰者，我是我灵魂的掌舵人。

以前倍受种族隔离制度摧残的曼德拉毅然支持一支以白人为主的球队代表国家出战，而这支球队则用无差别的体育精神感染了原本内心存在隔阂的队员们以及全体国民。这也更加彰显了纳尔逊曼德拉的伟大及其人格魅力!

很久之前大概是小学时就明白曼德拉，原因是听BEYOND的《光辉岁月》。

钟声响起归家的讯号，在他生命里，仿佛带点唏嘘，黑色肌肤给他的好处，是一生奉献，肤色斗争中……这是我最喜欢的乐队用音乐的形式对这个木秀于林的领导者表达的敬意。

2，群众凝聚力：凝聚力对于做任何事情都有着不可替代的作用，尤其是组织。只有在组织产生了强大的凝聚力之后，才有可能欣欣向荣，才有可能永远立于不败之地。这种凝聚力能够将国家消除种族隔阂，就能让白人球队代表国家出征，而成为黑人和白人团结融合的纽带。我自我作为班级的领导者，我深深的反思，同学的不信任，朋友的躲避，让我感觉自我很失败。毕竟班级群众的凝聚力需要一个好的领导者的。

最后再重申一句我内心里的最强音——我是我命运的主宰者，我是我灵魂的掌舵人。

这部影片，主要讲述了他上任南非总统后以橄榄球为主线的政治策略和他精神领袖意义的传奇故事。在橄榄球赛上，南非的斯布林波克队输了比赛。一位解说员说南非不可能赢得世界杯比赛，这是偏见到南非在世界上的地位!但，因为有了曼德拉总统，才让南非橄榄球队获胜。曼德拉就是橄榄球队获胜的法宝。

曼德拉老了，在世界杯时的一些介绍他的录像中，看到了他老人家年迈的样子，但他的精神，从没有在南非人群中消散。他理解那些曾经想要杀害他的白人，并没有撤他们的职。

影片中，橄榄队长，参观曼德拉总统曾经呆过二十七年的监狱非常感叹，他难以想象，如何让他一出狱就原谅曾经将他送入监狱和看管他的白人，作为精神的领袖，他没有用直接统治的手段去赢得人心，获得民族的团结。而是通过自己的行动和对事物的执着，让南非人民感受到成事在人的内涵，感受曼德拉自己的包容心。我们每个人也都应该有这种心态，有的时候，事情不是看你有多少能力，而是看你有什么样的态度。

当然影片的情节有些夸张，一场体育比赛怎可能消除几百年种族的仇恨，现实中的南非种族歧视仍然存在，白人和黑人贫富依然差距很严重，曼德拉也不可能真正彻底解决过种族歧视问题。影片的主题情节过于理想化。

我认为在激烈动荡的年代，过于仁慈不可能带领一个国家走向富强，曼德拉绝对是一个好人，一个有人格魅力的智者，但他绝对不是一个称职的领导者。一个领导者必须恩威并重，必要的时候，就要采取铁的手腕，方可能掌控纷乱复杂的局面，从古至今，历朝历代，都是如此。

我觉得曼德拉很像中国明朝的一位皇帝，他就是明朝“土木堡事件”的牺牲者，明英宗皇帝。他在土木堡事件中，被瓦刺俘虏，也经过了漫长的牢狱。但是在监狱中，他能感化看押他的狱卒，能感化所有仇视他的敌人，最后连瓦刺的高官都成了他的朋友。而这位明英宗出狱后，历尽挫折回到祖国，还能忍受新皇帝的歧视，承受着各种痛苦和折磨，奇迹的是，若干年之后，他又一次当上皇帝。历史上明英宗是一个绝对仁慈的好人，但是他绝对不是一个好皇帝，明帝国就是在他手上走向没落。

不过曼德拉确实是一位感召力很强的政治领袖，他的人格魅力，他的领导作风，仍值得我们学习。所以影片结束后，我们的来自全国各地的精英们，还是争先恐后的分享了自己的心得和体会。

第六、曼德拉认识到黑人与白人的交流是南非发展的必要，沟通是南非和谐的前提，所以他鼓励跳羚橄榄球队与黑人儿童加强交流，我们可以看到通过交流，原本仇视跳羚橄榄球队的黑人也喜欢并对比赛中他们给予了精神支持，用橄榄球做桥梁，用沟通做车辆将整个国家的归属感、荣誉感、爱国心都充分的调动起来。

电影虽然不长但是值得我们学习的东西却很多，在今后的生活中，我们要向曼德拉学习他的领导风格，作为领导要时刻做好带头作用，上行下效，自己坚持率先垂范，发挥标杆作用，这样下属才会更好的工作。对待下属要尊重，善于发现他们的优点并进行赞美。为人处事要宽容，在工作中以大局为重，不过分拘泥于个人利益，从工作核心出发，在尊重的基础上多些宽容，人人多一份宽容，生活就会多一份和谐。要善于与人沟通，沟通是解决问题的重要渠道。“人心齐，泰山移”，我们不仅自己学会与人合作，更要让大家认识到合作的重要性，一个集体只有团结起来才能发挥最大的能力。对所有事情都要抱有积极向上的态度，要相信自己，无论事情多么困难，处境多么艰辛，但不要放弃，因为——成事在人。

参加领导力第二阶段培训，又一次来到美丽的深圳，由于有重要的活动，所以当天的培训没能全程参加，只是下午三点钟才到培训现场，仅听了岳伟老师两个小时的演讲。

晚上七点钟，培训公司给我们播放了一个影片“成事在人”，辅导老师让我们看完后，分享一下自己的感受和体会。于是两个小时的电影播放，让我们所有的学员都感到强烈的震撼。当影片到了最后场面，南非橄榄球队和新西兰橄榄球队争夺冠军比赛进入最激动人心的时刻，团队的精神、顽强的斗志和必胜的信念，让南非橄榄球队熬过了最艰难的时刻时，现场就不时响起了培训学员的激情的掌声，而顽强的南非队最终获得了冠军之后，所有的学员站起来给南非队橄榄球队鼓掌，给南非黑人总统曼德拉鼓掌。

而我为影片中主角曼德拉总统那两句台词在思考，“我，是我命运的主宰者，我，是我灵魂的掌舵人”。曼德拉一个伟大的智者，具有强大的意志，不屈服于命运，用德行约束自己，感染部下。我在想，一个人活着如果没有灵魂，那就相当于行尸走肉，实际上他已经死了;一个团队如果没有灵魂，那就是一盘散沙，实际上就没有战斗力;一个国家和民族没有灵魂，那就是混乱，实际上就是落后和被人欺辱。

读了《成事在人》之后，我懂得了很多。

人生是残酷无情的，但是，我们对人生要有希望，哪怕是不可能实现的。抬起头向前走，这样，学会用理智的眼神来打量彼此和周围的世界。前路漫漫，没有谁会知道它通向哪里？但是，如我们能够消去自身的愤怒，自私。一直保持纯净的内心，或许，会赢得曼德拉那样的心灵大开，如曼德拉拥有那些令人羡慕的快乐，也会有意想不到的收获！

看了这部电影后，再想想我们自己，动不动就放弃，把我们遇到的事与曼德拉对比一下，多么不应该啊，以后，我们不管遇到什么挫折，都不能放弃，要向曼德拉一样，对人生充满期望！

这部电影我会记在心里！

《成事在人》是一部描述南非总统纳尔逊·曼德拉帮忙该国橄榄球队跳羚队获得世界冠军的故事！

从中我们能够学到很多关于曼德拉的领导风格：“对他来说，每个人都很重要1当他明白身边的保安人员喜欢吃太妃奶糖，在访问英国的时候，他会为他们要一些！他会真心地称赞为他送茶的服务员“这天漂亮极了1他会努力地记住每一位跳羚队队员的名字。剧中，让人难忘的是笑容，各种不一样的笑容：黑人女保姆意料之外拿到球票羞涩的笑容，临近胜利时白人保安用身体轻撞黑人保安带出的憨厚笑容，刚才还被白人警察呵斥此刻却被他们高高举起的黑人小孩儿兴奋的笑容。
