Kong Rong gave away bigger pears

孔融让梨

In the Eastern Han Dynasty, there was a person called Kong Rong. He was very smart ever since he was a little boy. He had five older brothers and one younger brother.

东汉时候,有个叫孔融的人。他小时候很聪明,有五个哥哥,一个弟弟。

One day his father bought some pears, picking one of the largest and giving it to Kong Rong deliberately. But Kong Rong shook his head and picked up the smallest one.

一天爸爸买了一些梨子,特意捡了一个最大的给孔融,孔融却摇头不要,拿了一个最小的梨。

His dad was very curious, and asked: “Why?”

小学英语教师个人工作总结

回顾这学年来的工作,本人积极投身于教育事业,服从领导分工。本学年担任本校的四、五年级英语教学工作,因为我是学习英语教育的,再加上之前也从事了英语教学,所以本学期的教学工作开展还算得心应手。学生的英语水平也明显的提高了,同时也取得了一定的成绩。

一.政治思想方面: 我认真学习新的教育理论,及时更新教育理念。积极参加政治学习,并做好笔记。在教学的过程中了解到新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书,我们必须具有先进的教育观念,才能适应教育的发展。

二.教育教学方面:

要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我注重组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其保持相对稳定性。同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服了以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学英语的兴趣,每节课努力创设一个情境,同学生在课堂上同游戏,同歌唱。

热爱学生,平等的对待每一个学生,让他们都感受到老师的关心,良好的师生关系促进了学生的学习。比如,握握他的手,摸摸他的头等。从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。

三.继续教育学习方面。

一、教材分析

教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们初步建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础,以及良好的学习习惯;使他们初步具备用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。适当介绍中西方文化,培养学生的爱国主义精神,增强世界意识,为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。同时,也学会用英语向外国人介绍中华民族的优秀文化传统,真正实现跨文化交际。

1.能听、说、读、写61个单词和短语以及7组句子和4个单句。要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。

2.能完成1个手工制作。

3.能听懂、会唱6首歌曲。

4.能听懂、会吟唱6首歌谣。

5.能完成4个自我评价活动。

6.能理解6个幽默小故事。

7.能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。
