1、你是一个不甘平庸的人，现在的公司对你来说是一个很好的背景，选择一个快速发展的中小企业对你来说也许是一个很好的选择；无论在任何一家公司，不要拒绝小事，在任何一件上都能超出别人的预期，你获得的机会和认可将会更多，很多企业在选择管理职位人员时，那些在自己专业领域内职位不断提升的人总是会被首先注意到；
2、如何做自我介绍取决于你应聘什么样的职位应聘什么样的公司。面试的技巧和方法固然重要，这可以使你避免一些常识性错误。建议你在发出简历前，通过各种渠道了解你要应聘的公司、职位的信息，知道是什么样的一家公司，文化是什么，职位要求的核心素质是什么，根据这些信息去整理你过去的经历，投出一份按照职位要求组织的'真正个性化的简历，面试时能清晰地告诉面试官：你了解到的公司和职位要求；你过去的哪些经历、哪些关键事件说明了你这些要求方面的潜质。不用粉饰自己，只要你经过理性的分析，适合这家公司，然后花点心思认真准备就好了。
篇14：做自我介绍
01应届生及职场新人面试自我介绍的基本框架
应届生及职场新人，因工作经验相对欠缺，自我介绍时，要以完整的框架和结构取胜：
也即个人基本信息、实习经历，没实习经历可以讲自己的核心优势和技能、包括性格特质等，以及为什么要面试这个岗位，最好都不要漏掉。
1、个人基本信息
面试的个人基本信息可以只讲姓名、毕业学校和所学专业，如果是硕士及以上学历，可以从本科开始讲起。
如果在学习经历里有特别亮眼的成就，可以在这个部分一并讲出，尤其是如果参加过成绩优秀的比赛，恰好跟所应聘公司及岗位有关，一定不要漏掉。
2、实习经历
实习经历中，如果有与所应聘岗位相关的经历，重点介绍，其他的实习经历轻轻带过即可；
如果全部实习经历都跟所应聘岗位无关，则可以提炼在这些实习经历里学习和锻炼了哪些职场经历，可以用于今后的工作。
在这一点上，应聘格力市场营销的第一个进行自我介绍的郑茹心就完美地诠释了这一点，关于自己的实习经历，她是这么说的：
在大学这四年内，我一共有过四段的实习经历，从一开始在普华永道和贝恩公司做咨询，到后来我去了某国际著名快消品牌做产品营销，再后来我去了另一个国际著名快消品牌市场部门做客户关系管理，最后我在市场营销里找到了自己的热情所在。
这几段经历，要说与市场营销有关系，也都能扯上一些关系，但又都不那么紧密，郑茹心的这个处理就非常聪明。
事实上，所有的自我介绍中，第一位出场的郑茹心的自我介绍是可以作为一个模板进行学习的，后面我们还会再提到。
3、没有特别的实习经历，可以讲自己的核心优势及性格特质
被董明珠当场录用的实习生中，孟羽童虽然也有提到相关的实习经历，但可能她觉得不会给面试官留下太深的印象，于是在介绍完自己的实习经历后，她选择用一种食物“鸳鸯火锅”来形容自己的个性：
红汤的一面可以在面试现场跳起女团舞，清汤的一面则希望自己有极致理性的个性。
这样的自我展示，既紧紧抓住了市场营销这个岗位所需要的人才的个性：勇于用特立独行的方式展示自己，也能够给面试官留下深刻印象。
是一个非常好但相对难以模仿的自我介绍的方式。
02自我介绍信息中与所面试岗位要求有冲突的地方，要主动解释，打消疑虑
面试张翰公司实习生的张北冥，大学所学专业为人力资源管理，跟他所面试的岗位专业不对口，介绍完自己的专业之后，他就赶紧话锋一转：
实习方面是在某互联网平台做新媒体方面的运营，主要负责与KOL的建联，还有团队相关策划的决定。除此之外，我还是一名自媒体的博主，我相信我自己的写作能力和视频剪辑能力都是对这份工作有很大的帮助的。所以虽然我的专业跟这个行业没有什么关系，但是我自己的经历、还有我的兴趣以及我所掌握的能力，都是和这个行业息息相关的。
简直可以说句句都在点上：
虽然专业不对口，但是我实习的工作以及凭借个人兴趣做的自媒体，就是最有力的证明，我既有兴趣和热情做好这份工作，也有能力胜任这份工作。
这样的解释当然能够完全打消面试官的疑虑：专业不对口算什么？
而另外一名面试格力市场营销岗位的'企二代郑斐然就未能做到这一点：
她真诚地表达自己不想在家族企业里接受父母的安排、而是想凭自己的努力闯一闯的想法，很能博取好感，但却未能乘胜追击，证明自己为了这个目标具体做了什么，就让人很担心可能只是空有一番热血，最终很遗憾地被淘汰了。
在我们自己的面试中，面试之前就要审视一下：我面试这个岗位，有哪些看起来不寻常的地方？面试时越早主动解释越好。只有打消了面试官的疑虑，他们才能集中精力看到我们的能力。
而专业不对口、实习经历与所应聘岗位完全不相关、原本可以有更好的工作选择等，都是常见的会让面试官产生疑虑的地方。
03一定要将个人的优势与所应聘岗位相联系
格力正式面试之前，有一个小测试：在每个面试座位上贴了从4000月薪到50000月薪不等的5个不同数字，让求职者根据自己的期望薪资进行选择，选哪个数字就代表期望薪资是多少，自我介绍时还需要解释为什么。
听完所有求职者的自我介绍后，董明珠有一个很犀利的点评，大意是说，很遗憾你们每个人都是从自身的角度出发来考虑自己想要多少薪资，却没有一个人考虑：我能给公司带来多大的价值和贡献，所以我值多少钱。
自我介绍的环节也一样，面试当然要将自己最精彩、最亮眼的经历拿出来说，但前提是：这些经历必须要跟自己所应聘的岗位有联系。
应聘格力市场营销岗位的宋佳昌，曾经获得过《最强大脑》的前四强，空间能力极好，但这个优势放在市场营销这个岗位上就无用武之地。
相反，原本没有太大优势的郑茹心，就通过“找联系”的方法化腐朽为神奇：她从自己高中读女校这一点出发，来阐述自己作为一名女性，但不被传统观点束缚、具有强烈事业心，最后还把话题引到对老板董明珠的崇拜之情上。
平心而论，郑茹心的这个优势在这么多竞争者中，如果自己不说，别人根本看不出来，但经过她这样一番阐释，你会觉得她是这个岗位最合适的人选：目标感强，聪明，说服能力强。

篇15：做自我介绍
如何进行面试自我介绍?
自我介绍时要投其所好摆成绩，这些成绩必须与现在应聘公司的业务性质有关。在面试中，你不仅要告诉考官你是多么优秀的人，更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。那些与面试无关的内容，即使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃。
在介绍成绩时，说的次序也极为重要，应该把你最想让面试官知道的事情放在前面，这样的事情往往是你的得意之作，也可以让面试官留下深刻的印象。
自我介绍时，要突出个人的优点和特长，你可以使用一些小技巧，比如可以介绍自己做过什么项目来验证具有某种能力，也可以适当引用别人的言论，如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述。但无论使用哪种小技巧，都要坚持以事实说话，少用虚词、感叹词之类。自吹自擂一般是很难逃过面试官的眼睛的。至于谈弱点时则要表现得坦然、乐观、自信。
在自我介绍时要调适好自己的情绪，在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬;在谈及优点时眉飞色舞、兴奋不已;而在谈论缺点时无精打采、萎靡不振，这些都是不成熟的表现。对于表达，建议阿宏可以找自己的朋友练习一下，也可以先对着镜子练习几遍，再去面试。
自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟，在时间的分配上，第一分钟可谈谈学历等个人基本情况，第二分钟可谈谈工作经历，对于应届毕业生而言可谈相关的社会实践，第三分钟可谈对本职位的理想和对于本行业的看法。如果自我介绍要求在1分钟内完成，自我介绍就要有所侧重，突出一点，不及其余。
在实践中，有些应聘者不了解自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问，这是相当不妥的，白白浪费了一次向面试官推荐自己的宝贵机会。而另一些应聘者则试图将自己的全部经历都压缩在这几分钟内，这也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介绍的时间，突出重点是首先要考虑的问题。
篇16：英文自我介绍
Presentation Hello! This is xxx! My English name is xxx. You can call me xxx! Training experience I am a student just graduated from xxx in early July. I was major in xxx which was mainly applied in Hardware. But i am interested in software programming! So I participated in the training of Mainframe in ITMS in May. Through the learning of the basic knowledge of mainframe, which contained TSO，JCL，VSAM，COBOL，Db2 and CICS, , I mainly mastered the basic theory of Mainframe.
