尊敬的各位领导、评委:

首先,感谢分行党委给我参加这次竞聘的机会。我叫xxx,今年41岁,xxx毕业,拥有经济师、会计师和五级专职贷款审批人岗位资格。

我93年分配在xxx分行工作,先后在国际部、信贷部、公司部、xx中心和风险部等八个部门工作,与信贷打了15年的交道。

我竞聘的岗位是xxx分行高级客户经理。我觉得我能胜任这个岗位:

一是我长期在公司条线工作,熟悉各类信贷产品,有较强的客户分析和评估能力,是我行的业务骨干。

二是我曾在多个经营部门工作,经历全面,有与各类客户打交道的丰富经验。

三是我有较强的亲和力和组织管理能力。能够很好地协调部门内外的关系,与行领导沟通顺畅。

四是我有较好的文字功底。曾拿过x分行征文比赛一等奖,撰写过多个项目评估和行业分析报告。
