通过多年来,自己坚持和不断充实以上四项措施,使自己在工程进度管理上,创出了项目上的施工信誉。
四、安全第一,预防为主,综合治理
工程项目的管理,不但要把好质量关,还要全面落实安管管理,要始终把安全管理工作放在首位。在台化项目部,我们实行了一系列的行之有效的措施,务必做到安全第一,预防为主,综合治理,从源头抓起,杜绝一切“三违作业”,从而根本上解决了安全问题,保证了工程项目的零事故,为公司创造了财富和社会口碑,也为公司树起了一面安全管理旗帜。
20xx年的工作中,我负责的台化项目工程尽管有一定的成绩,但是还是存在一些不足,一些细节做的还不是很到位,在以后的工作中,我还需要继续总结和完善。只有很好的总结过去,才能更好的服务未来。
新的一年中,我要进一步重点做好3个方面的管理:一是人的管理。人是管理中的组织者和执行者,项目管理人员不能松懈,只有全体管理人员密切配合,各负其责,才能做到施工各个环节环环相扣,整体工作才能井然有序。二是物的管理。也就是材料的管理,我会加强对材料的控制盒管理。三是法的管理。也就是施工方法的研究和管理。在公司各项预防措施的基础上,结合工程实际特点,进行优化和改进,形成一套行之有效的施工方法,以便于指导施工和和工人作业。
总之,处处留心皆学问,事事用心好成功。在今后的工作中,在各级领导的关怀下,在同事们的帮助下,我将继续以高度的敏锐性和自觉性,及时发现、研究和解决工作中的新情况新问题。百尺杆头,更进一步,达到新层次,进入新境界,开创新篇章,来年,争取以更好的成绩向大家汇报。
