篇20：给校长一封信格式
尊敬的校长：
节日愉快。
值此教师节前后，忽然萌生了与您商榷教育之念想。于是，便信笔写来。若有打搅，还请宥谅。
当然，首先要恭贺您成为我校的校长。这不但是您自此拥有了独当一面的责权之故，也是正值盛年的您可以开创我校教育之新天地的期盼所致，更是在当下教育图变的新局势下，每一个教育者迎来了可以追求自身教育生命价值的机缘之由。因此，尽管您已拥有了多年的教育管理和教育实践的诸多经验，但我还是不揣冒昧，班门弄斧。
是的，就当下的我校而言，无论是校园建设，还是教育管理，甚至是教育教学的质量，都有诸多的可称之人、可道之处。比如，校园高楼林立如笋，熠熠生辉;教育管理层面多向，有声有色;教师队伍师资雄厚，人才济济。如此等等。这都是值得我们足以自慰之处。可是，一所学校的真正崛起，抑或要使我们所经历的一段教育彪炳千秋，并不光是某些华丽的东西，以及自我欣慰的蝇头之利。而是学校一定要拥有着自己的文化内核。这即是李白所言“屈平词赋悬日月，楚王台榭空山丘”之理。
虽然，学校文化的内涵是十分宽泛的，且所兼容的内容也是林林总总、层层面面。但以我之愚见，它至少应拥有以下几个特点：①有比较明确的且仅属于自己学校的教育理念(当然是知行合一的那种)。②有一个思想开放的领导集体。③有一群积极向上，不断提升，且自我奉献的教师。④有一代又一代的想念学校的学生群体。⑤有一些积极支持学校教育的社会群体。⑥有一个比较舒适的教育环境。
显然，在以上六点中，前四点是校园文化里内核性的东西。而就我校目今的教育现状看来，恰好缺失的就是这几点。因为一直以来，我们总喜欢跟着别人跑，结果始终走不出既有的教育之窠臼。且在以学生考分高低为主要评价体系的诱迫下，师生常年单走在唯分的独木桥上。以至于牵引着老师们眼盯一处，唯利而教。也弄得学生苦不堪言，甚至出现厌学、弃学的教育现象。这即是我校教育畸形发展的事实。
那么，一所学校怎样做才能拥有内核性的东西呢?当然首先得深入分析当下我校教师的工作状态。以我来看，这种状态可以用“按部就班，涛声依旧”这八个字来概括。即由于我们的老师长期在现有的知识体系或教育理念的支撑下，经年沿袭着过往。这样，在知识依旧、教育方式依旧、教育目标依旧的循环里，教师便易产生老马识途的职业自傲感和职业倦怠感。不但渐渐缺失自我进取之心，也会因此而泯灭教育的智慧。
因此，为了改变这种教育的现状，引领教师走出教育的误区，我以为以发掘课题为牵引力，来推动学校教育新发展之策略，是唤醒、催促、激励教师美丽转身的方略之一。其做法的具体建议是：学校要求教师个体或小团体研发属于自己的小课题，并限期汇报，或申报。同时，学校给予奖励。这种研发小课题的好处是：藉此实现教师的自我教育，在学习和思考中，提升教师的素养。而当我们的教师真正投身其中之时，不但可以提升教师个体的教育境界，也能使学校的教育日渐呈现出勃勃生机。这即是牵一发而动全身之策。至于校园文化内核性的东西，也定会因此而不断凝聚和拥有。
小学毕竟是小孩子们游乐的天堂，而不是苦学的文明监狱。任何一个教育者是不可能把孩子们都锻造成考试的神童的。有专家证明：只有乐学的人才可能成为学习的轿子。《礼记·学记》篇也有云：“故安其学而亲其事，乐其友而信其道，是以虽离师辅而不反也。”
所以，小学教育的任务，主要的是培植学生热爱学习的情感，形成良好的习惯，酿就良好的人格，且有一定的学习基础和学习能力。
那么，如何把这样的教育任务付诸教育实践呢?着力之处当然多向多面，但我想建议主要从以下几个方面着力：①改变过往的评价方式，把学生日常学习的过程用积分法记录下来，且并入试卷考分。②改变师讲生受的学习方式，把学习之事交由学生自己去做，老师则提供帮助和指导。③从细节处着手培养学生的自我管理习惯(包括学习和日常的生活)。④教育之事虽然不免要小惩大戒，但说理和赏识是小学生最乐意的教育方式。⑤多开展有益的室内和室外活动。⑥鼓励学生海量阅读。如此等等。
应该说，这仅属我个人之见，并非是包治百病的良方。但正如特级教师薛法根老师所说的那样：“好的教育是老师创造出来的。”倘若每一个教育者能静心做教育，身边的一切教育事件都会给予我们的教育智慧。因此，能否成为一个智慧的教育者，则要看你在教育的细微处付诸了多少。
尊敬的校长，汉代叫韩婴的人曾说过，做人的老师必须具备“智如泉涌，行可以为表仪者”的条件。当我读到此句时，深感恐慌，自以为距离此条件相差甚远矣。但春秋卫国大夫蘧伯玉的“吾年五十，方知四十九之非”一语却又给予了我醍醐灌顶之助。也许以上所言，尽是荒.唐之语，但救赎学校，成就学校的愿想却是十分真切的。
祝校长能成为一个率领师生抵达教育新境界的航手。

您好!我是的学生，我们马上就要离开学校了，在四完小生活学习了几年，就要离开，还真有点依依不舍呢！在您和老师的精心培育下，我从一个无知的小女孩变成一个德智体全面发展的少年，我心里充满了感激。为了使学校变得更美好，在离开学校之前，我想向您提几点建议，算是送给学校的礼物吧！
一、修理操场。学校操场全是一些凹凸不平的水泥和细沙碎石，一到下雨就有许多积水，且较难风干，一不小心踩到黄泥就会带进教室，弄脏地板，而且万一不小心滑一跤就会弄到一身泥和水。因此我希望校长能把周围的黄泥沙土上也铺上塑胶，并且在周围建一些花坛和草坪，这样既解决了雨天泥水的问题，又美化了校园环境，许多同学在操场打闹时，总会有些不安全的因素，经常摔倒，把腿、胳膊等四肢磕破了，如果安上了朔胶操场，相信这些危险也就不会再出现了！
二、在学校里人行道和足操场多安置垃圾箱。同学们为图方便，常把垃圾乱丢在地上，是环境受到了破坏。因此如果多安置一些垃圾箱，并让一些同学定期倒垃圾一次，对校园的环境将会有很大的改善。
三、开放电脑室、实验室和图书室。这样十分有益于同学们成绩的提高。同学们有不懂的问题就可以查阅电脑，为了避免同学们上网做一些不益于学习的事情，就可以禁止大家玩电脑游戏等不良行为。阅览室应把桌子撤掉，换上更多有益大家的书籍，并对全校开放，对图书进行分类整理。且在阅览室内安排一名老师整理图书，并制作一些书卡方便同学们借书回家看，结束手续由老师负责。并将部分副课，例如美术、音乐、体育、自习等课外为到图书室看书。
四、学校现在禁止学生买零食到学校吃，虽然我们都比较好吃，但觉得这个规定是为了我们的身体健康，所以大家都很支持。但规定有了，我们仍然发现有一小部分同学正大光明地在校园里吃零食。要知道，零食很容易上火，也很不卫生，某些同学吃了会闹肚子，还会出现头晕、牙痛、喉咙发炎等烦人的症状。为了同学们的健康，为了学校的管理更完善一些。
