一般来说，老师会提问与你论文相关的问题。可以是大的方面的：论文的背景知识、写作思路、论文的结构、论文所解决问题的意义等，大约有6-8个问题，时间将持续10-15分钟。对于答辩者来说，首先要听清楚问题，如果没有听清，可以要求老师重复问题(可以说pardon之类的话)。回答时首先要态度好，要切题，而且不要保持沉默，不会时可以表示抱歉。
常见问题：
(1)关于选题：如why did you choose this topic for your paper?或why were you interested in this project?
(2)关于具体部分：
商务方向：swot，costing，flowchart，risk，stakeholder，如do you think this point a piece of weakness of the shop?或do you think this a necessary activity for the project?
(3)关于背景知识及理论知识：如what does swot stand for?(商务)
(4)关于论文存在的问题：如in the last sentence on page … there are some grammatical errors.
(5)关于项目或论文将来的发展：如：商务方向：if possible, will you carry out the project, and if so, do you think it will make profit?
带一份定稿(要与老师们持有的论文页码一致)，最后要向老师们表示感谢。
准备powerpoint文件内容(英文)，内容不要太多，最好在5-10个幻灯片。字号最好是：封面标题44-50;各页标题40-44，正文24-32。内容最好是提纲式的，不要用长句，也最好不用单词，可以用简单句子或短语。具体内容与上面提出的自述内容一致，这样有利于自述。格式一般是：封面(题目和姓名)-目录-各方面内容-结束页(可以表示感谢)。
常见问题
论文答辩是学生学习结束时必不可少的一个环节。其目的.是考查学生：
1.能否听懂并正确理解老师提问的主旨; 2.答辩是否深刻、有力和流畅; 3.对论文观点阐述得是否透彻; 4.是否了解与论文有关的知识。 学生通过积极准备论文答辩不仅可以增长知识，温故知新，而且可以拓宽和加深专业知识，提高自己的能力。

1.w ill you please give us a self-introduction? 有些学生可能由于紧张没听清问题便开始背诵论文的内容，结果造成答非所问。
2.give us a presentation of your thesis.有些学生一听到‘thesis’便详细而又不理解地背诵其论文内容，在被打断之后便不知该说什么。其实，考官只是想知道你对论文的总体了解，让你简单阐明自己论文的内容与观点。
3.why do you choose such a theme?/w hat do you want the reader get from your thesis? 对于这个问题，你可以谈谈你的喜好，你想要读者从中得到什么。
4.w hat is the uniqueness of your point of view? 对于这个问题，你可以谈谈你的观点与他人不同之处及原因。这就要求你有相关知识。
下面以一篇论文为例来说明考官从哪些方面来提问。
1.in your essay there is a sentence：“with the development of economics，it is necessary for the countries all over the world to communication with each other.”is there anything wrong with this sentence? or ”another major difference in western countries，there is related to the traditional culture and religious belief marriage is generally related to them.”w hat is the meaning of this sentence?
考官问这一问题，是因为你的句子有明显的语法错误。提醒你应该弄明白句子的基本语法，写论文时应该认真细致。如果是笔误，你应该马上发现此句中的错误之处。economics应是economy，to communication with each other 应是 to communicate with each other,另一个句子应该是another major difference in the western marriage is related to their traditional culture and religious belief。

1．带上自己的论文、资料和笔记本。
2．注意开场白、结束语的礼仪。
3．坦然镇定，声音要大而准确，使在场的所有人都能听到。
4．听取答辩小组成员的提问，精神要高度集中，同时，将提问的问题――记在本上。
5．对提出的问题，要在短时间内迅速做出反应，以自信而流畅的语言，肯定的语气，不慌不忙地一回答每个问题。
6．对提出的疑问，要审慎地回答，对有把握的疑问要回答或辩解、申明理由；对拿不准的问题，可不进行辩解，而实事求是地回答，态度要谦虚。
一、答辩前的准备
首先要做好心理准备。要克服怯场心理，消除紧张情绪，保持良好的心理状态。要有自信意识。这是学生应具备的最基本的一种心理素质。凡是有充分自信意识的学生，在答辩过程中就会精神焕发、心绪镇静、神态自若、思维敏捷、记忆完整。答辨就可以淋漓尽致地发挥。要做到自信，需要对自己的论文从内容、范围、材料有充分的理解和多方面的准备，做到烂熟于心。从整体到局部都有了然于胸的感受，这样就能对提出的种种质疑，应付自如，即使不能对答如流，至少也能迎刃而解，问有所答。真正做到“艺高胆大”，有了真才实学，就不怕别人提出质询。
其次要做好资料的准备。不要忘记将与论文有关的一些图表类资料整理好。如经济类论文答辩时，可能会涉及许多统计表、统计图、测算表、明细表、演示图等。准备许多相关的图表，悬挂在答辩现场，供作讲解之辅助工具。
最后要做好发言提纲的准备。“工欲善其事，必先利其器”不打无准备之仗，答辩者在答辩前可从以下角度去考虑准备答辩：
1、自己为什么选择这个课题？
2、研究这个课题的意义和目的是什么？
3、全文的基本框架、基本结构是如何安排的？
4、全文的各部分之间逻辑关系如何？
5、在研究本课题的过程中，发现了那些不同见解？对这些不同的意见，自己是怎样逐步认识的？又是如何处理的？
6、论文虽未论及，但与其较密切相关的问题还有哪些？
7、还有哪些问题自己还没有搞清楚，在论文中论述得不够透彻？
8、写作论文时立论的主要依据是什么？
对以上问题应仔细想一想，必要时要用笔记整理出来，写成发言提纲，在答辩时用。这样才能做到有备无患，临阵不慌。
二、答辩技巧
学生首先要介绍一下论文的概要，这就是所谓“自述报告”，须强调一点的是“自述”而不是“自读”。这里重要的技巧是必须注意不能照本宣读，把报告变成了“读书”。“照本宣读”是第一大忌。这一部分的内容可包括写作动机、缘由、研究方向、选题比较、研究范围、围绕这一论题的最新研究成果、自己在论文中的新见解、新的理解或新的突破。做到概括简要，言简意赅。不能占用过多时间，一般以十分钟为限。所谓“削繁去冗留清被，画到无时是熟时”，就是说，尽量做到词约旨丰，一语中的。要突出重点，把自己的最大收获、最深体会、最精华与最富特色的部分表述出来。这里要注意一忌主题不明；二忌内容空泛，东拉西扯；三忌平平淡淡，没有重点。
在答辩时，学生要注意仪态与风度，这是进入人们感受渠道的第一信号。如果答辩者能在最初的两分种内以良好的仪态和风度体现出良好的形象，就有了一个良好的开端。有人将人的体态分解为最小单位来研究（如头、肩、胸、脊、腰等）认为凹胸显现怯懦、自卑，挺胸显示情绪高昂—但过分则为傲慢自负；肩手颈正显示正直、刚强，脊背挺拔体现严肃而充满自信。但过于如此，就会被人看作拘泥刻板保守，略为弯腰有度，稍稍欠身可表示谦虚礼貌。孙中山先生曾说过“其所具风度姿态，即使全场有肃然起敬之心，举动格式又须使听者有安静详和之气”他的这番金玉良言，对我们确实有很大的启发。
在听取教师提问时所要掌握的技巧要领是：
沉着冷静，边听边记
精神集中，认真思考
既要自信，又要虚心
实事求是，绝不勉强
听准听清，听懂听明
在回答问题时所要掌握的技巧是构思时要求每个问题所要答的“中心”“症结”“关健”在哪里？从哪一个角度去回答问题最好？应举什么例子来证明？回答问题的内容实质上是一段有组织的“口头作文”。这就要一、文章应有论点、论据。二、有开头主体与结尾。三、有条理、有层次。四、应用词确当，语言流畅。五、应口齿清楚、语速适度。开头要简洁：单刀直入，是最好的开头，开门见山地表述观点，在答辩中是最好的办法。主体部份的表述可条分缕析，即把所要回答的内容逐条归纳分析，实际上是对自己掌握的材料由此及彼，由表及里地做整理。这样的表述就不会流于表面，而能深入本质。
条分缕析可以把自己掌握的一些实际例子合并，整理成若干条目，列成几个小标题：分成几点，一点一点，一条一条地说出。满碗的饭必须一口一口吃，满肚子的道理也必须一条一条讲出来，环环相扣，条条相连，令人听完后有清楚的印象。假如在准备的时候已经准备了一个较完整的提纲，那么沿着回答问题的主线，再穿上一些玉珠（举例子）就可以做到中心明确，条理清楚，有理有例了。

第二部分是结构的平面布置。这部分根据建筑结构布置的合理性，以及满足构件受力的基本要求对各个都建进行拟定。
第三部分是楼板的配筋计算，研究刚性楼板假定，其自身平面刚度很大基本不产生轴向变形和剪切变形，能够先行进行受力计算。
第四部分是一榀框架竖向荷载下的内力计算，包括恒载，活载以及重力荷载下的计算。采用弯矩分配法。
第五部分是一榀框架在水平作用下的内力计算，包括风荷载和地震作用。分析配筋方面的具体数据及算法。求水平荷载作用下的内力时，有D值法等。求水平地震作用的时候采用底部剪力法。
第六部分找出最不利的内力组合，采用“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点强锚固”的方法对结构构件进行配筋计算。
第七部分进行了楼梯的设计。采用板式楼梯，研究的梯柱的短柱效应，对梯柱进行了全长加密
结合所学过的知识、经过查阅参考资料初步设计，再交指导教师审查，审查经过后，利用AutoCAD和pkpm绘图，利用Excel、word等完成设计任务及其他资料的编写。
