1、首先要做好心理准备。紧张不利于理解，只有放松情绪，听觉器官才能对声音信号作出敏感的反映，进而提高思维理解能力。因此如果考前感到紧张，不妨做一下深呼吸或想些与考试无关的事情。这样就很容易把精力集中起来，从而取得良好的听力效果。

1、注重写好文章的框架
我曾经问过我的外教老师，外国人看文章最注重的是什么，他告诉我说是文章的framework。即一篇文章好不好，首先看的不是他的句型，词汇，或是论点等。而是段落之间的衔接一定要十分清楚，我们不能老是采用大三段的形式-开头，经过，结尾。我们可以多用用连接词，例如:first of all, moreover, secondly, lastly等，另外可以多分自然段，给考官一目了然的感觉。还有我们可以多看看国外的文章，看看他们的写作模式，我当初写文章的时候，用的就是我看到一篇国外文章的模式，我觉得可以套用，我最后介绍给大家。
2、句型的多样化
如果一篇文章，从头到尾，永远用的只有一种句型，那么这篇文章一定拿不到高分，我们可以适当的改换一下句型，我给大家一定建议，希望给大家有点帮助。

刚刚结束考试的时候感觉答的还不错，但是一想到单词没背完，心里也是没有底。回宿舍以后，室友都在讨论题目，每人的题目不同。室友也都考了，可惜的是算我总共两个人过了。问了问我以前的同学，也没有过，不过她们都是第一次考，还有机会。
在微博里也搜了一下四级，看到很多人发的都是四级，当然还有六级，如果时间充足，我也把六级过了，以后成为英语老师也是可以的，哈哈，加油。

折戟沉沙铁为消，自将磨洗认前朝。每次大学英语四级考试，许多考生总会在这场无硝烟的战斗中饱受煎熬。他们总会存在这样一个问题，四级考试为什么这么难，什么原因导致自己总是通不过四级考试，又该如何提高英语成绩，如何通过大学英语四级考试。特别是对于很多学艺术的同学而言，能否顺利通过四级考试将直接关系到他们的保研资格与前途。针对以上问题，我特意写了这篇文章，通过教学与实践，对考生存在的问题以及解决方法作全面地解剖，希望对各位考生能够有所帮助。
四级考试从1987年以来已经走过了23个年头。20xx年6月实行新四级考试，12月份开始全国将全面推行新四级考试。对于新四级考试，我们可以清楚地看到，虽然考试难度较之以前有所偏易，但是考试本身对于英语的全面考察却是加强了。
新四级考试，题型分为写作、快速阅读、听力、基本阅读、选词填空、完型填空和汉译英。就我个人而言，写作、听力和阅读是重点，因此考生对于这三部分的得分多少，将直接决定着其考试分数的高低。
下面就让我们依次来解析一下。
第一、写作。

不会写
所谓不会写指的是，当考试拿过一篇文章不知如何下手，不知如何提笔进行写作。笔者认为主要是存在以下两个原因：一是考生的确无话可说;二是心里虽然有话，但是拿捏不准该写哪句为妙。于是思前想后、犹豫不决，始终不敢提笔进行写作。
