新课程要求师生关系是“双向型”的。教师要有向学生学习的勇气,同时向学生学习的过程,就是发掘学生优点的过程,是进行情感交流的途径。

(二)、变“功利性”为“合作型”。

互动的师生关系在师生关系中处于较高的层次、境界。合作是现代生活中交际交往的重要内容。“学会与他人一起生活”也是新课程的内容之一,在教育实践中,但凡成功的班主任,都能善于精心培养班级团结合作的精神。教师制定目标,而不是包办代替,充分发扬课堂民主,师生共同参与完成。

(一)就教育的效果而言,师生关系的影响至少表现在以下几个方面:

(1)师生关系影响学生对教师所教课程的学习兴趣。

“我喜欢这位老师,所以我喜欢他(她)教的这门课。”这是学生最普遍的一种心理。

(2)师生关系影响学生与教师交往的频率。

学生与老师关系好,则经常与老师交往,因而容易得到更多的教益,相反与老师关系不好,则常常是有问题也不去问老师。

(二)反思师生关系是否和谐

和谐师生关系是促进教与学达到共生共长的基础。那么,我们每天可以反思:今天我表扬学生了吗?都表扬那些学生了?表扬的方法、方式如何?相应地,今天我批评学生了吗?我批评的方法方式怎样?在课堂上我今天发脾气了吗?我除发火之外再也没其它方法可以能更好的解决了吗?今天我解决师生的矛盾方法是怎样的???。我们走进课堂来看,有些老师对表扬学生的词语非常吝啬,甚至于课堂上从来都没有表扬过学生,其实我们都很清楚,学生如果喜欢你就学你这科,如果不喜欢你他们就不学你这科。
