新课程要求师生关系是“双向型”的。教师要有向学生学习的勇气，同时向学生学习的过程，就是发掘学生优点的过程，是进行情感交流的途径。

（二）反思师生关系是否和谐
和谐师生关系是促进教与学达到共生共长的基础。那么，我们每天可以反思：今天我表扬学生了吗？都表扬那些学生了？表扬的方法、方式如何？相应地，今天我批评学生了吗？我批评的方法方式怎样？在课堂上我今天发脾气了吗？我除发火之外再也没其它方法可以能更好的解决了吗？今天我解决师生的矛盾方法是怎样的？??。我们走进课堂来看，有些老师对表扬学生的词语非常吝啬，甚至于课堂上从来都没有表扬过学生，其实我们都很清楚，学生如果喜欢你就学你这科，如果不喜欢你他们就不学你这科。
