这是一个烈日炎炎的下午，妈妈送我来到了竹西路上的吾悦广场。第一个活动是观看人鱼表演，台上“美人鱼”精妙绝伦的表演令小记者们赞叹不已，到了一个高难度动作，只见其中一位“美人鱼”把身体弯成一个圈，用手抓住“尾巴”，另一位“美人鱼”以纤细的身体从“圈”中穿了过去，使观众们瞪大了双眼。

看完表演，大家意犹未尽。但下一个活动“绘百米长卷”听起来更加有趣。接着我们来到了三楼长廊上，老师们将百米画卷铺在长廊上，让我们自由发挥，天马行空地创作，描绘心中的海底世界。我拿起画笔，画什么好呢？对了，就画海浪翻滚的样子，也表明了我对大海的喜爱之情。

最后还有一个宣传活动，老师选择出10名小记者来参与，很荣幸我被选上了。每个人发了一套工作服、工作证和一份“拒绝污染，保护蓝色海洋”的倡议书，具体要求就是至少要向10个人宣传倡议“拒绝白色污染，爱护海洋、呵护生命，不乱丢一片垃圾”！经过老师的简单培训，我们都开心地“上岗”了。我一下子就看准了目标，向一位大姐姐宣传保护海洋的相关内容。大姐姐也点了点头：“保护海洋是我们应该做好的。”我也深有感触，再接再厉，在规定的时间内向11个人宣讲了内容。我深信，这种保护海洋的精神一定会融入他们的心中，他们也会转达给更多的人。

这次活动给了我欢乐，更让我体会到保护海洋的重要性。“保护海洋，从我做起！”大家一起行动起来吧！

我坐在窗台前，脑子里在天马行空：猛然想起前几天爸爸带我到海边玩，本来以为可以看到湛蓝深远的大海，却没想到看到的是浑浊的，充斥着大量垃圾和散发着异味的大海！让我大失所望！近年来,水污染非常严重,人们大量用水,或排放废水等,都会造成严重的水污染，现在水质越来越差，要是我是海洋环境保护局局长该多好！

如果我是海洋环境保护局局长，我要让我的部下在海边造潮汐发电站和只用电的机器人。这是因为海上溢油污染事件的频繁出现，是污染海洋的重要原因。由于海水过于营养化，某些浮游生物在水中爆发性繁殖，这种生长量特别巨大的浮游生物是粉红色或红褐色的，因此染红了海水，导致了赤潮。赤潮不仅给海洋环境、海洋渔业和海水养殖业造成了严重的危害，而且对人类健康甚至生命都有影响。潮汐发电站可以利用涨潮退潮的水动力，将动力转换为电力，供人们使用。机器人则可以用转换而成的电力来帮我们在海边净化水源。同时我还要在海边安装上垃圾桶和摄像头，垃圾桶是为了方便人们把垃圾可以丢在垃圾桶里而不是丢弃在海洋中。摄像头是为了抓住那些乱扔垃圾的人，对这些不讲文明的人，我要罚他们清理海滩，直到他们改正为止！

“宝贝！醒醒！怎么在窗台上睡着了？”耳边传来妈妈熟悉的声音。哎，原来只是一个梦！不过我相信只要我们一起宣传：保护水，就是保护了自己，向人们宣布保护水源的重要性，蔚蓝的大海总会回来的。

海洋生物环境是一个包括海水、海水中容解物和悬浮物、海底沉积物及海洋生物在内的复杂系统。海洋中丰富的生物资源、矿产资源、化学资源和动力资源等是人类不可缺少的资源宝库，与人类的生存和发展关系极为密切。

目前海洋保护的主要目标是保护海洋生物资源，使之不致衰竭，以供人类永续利用。特别要优先保护那些有价值和濒临灭绝危险的海洋生物。据联合国有关部门调查，由于过度捕捞、偶然性的捕杀非目标允许捕杀的海洋生物、海岸滩涂的工程建设、红树林的砍伐、普遍的海洋环境污染，至少使世界上25个最有价值的渔场资源消耗殆尽，鲸、海龟、海牛等许多海生动物面临灭亡的危险。预计随着海洋开发规模的扩大，有可能对海洋生物资源造成更大的破坏。

海洋保护的任务首先要制止对海洋生物资源的过度利用，其次要保护好海洋生物栖息地或生境，特别是它们洄游、产卵、觅食、躲避敌害的海岸、滩涂、河口、珊瑚礁，要防止重金属、农药、石油、有机物和易产生富营养化的营养物质等污染海洋。保持海洋生物资源的再生能力和海水的自然净化能力，维护海洋生态平衡，保证人类对海洋的持续开发和利用。
