在新课标、新理念、新教材的引领下，如今的英语课堂异彩纷呈，高潮迭起。改革课堂教学无疑是课改的重点，本人研读了成都大学师范学院副教授陈大伟先生编著的《建设理想课堂———新课程课堂教学的反思与改进》一书，感觉耳目一新，眼前一亮，收获很多。许多教育教学思想、提法，都是我们生活在乡村小学的教师极力所追求的。随着课改的不断深入，课程理念与课堂实践已逐步融合，《英语课程标准》特别强调了学习与生活的联系，注重学生思维、情感、行为的整合。小学生，正处于活动年龄盛期，将优质资源片中的内容合理融入到学习过程中，正是他们尤为喜欢的学习方式。那么如何活用“优质资源”，让课堂绽放异彩，实现优质教学呢？本人结合自身的教学实践，谈几点感受。

一、立足起点，在“趣味”中用好“优质资源”

从儿童已有的经验出发，在课堂教学中创设丰富的，与儿童生活背景有关的学习活动，可以使学生始终处于兴奋状态，从而积极主动地学习，使学生在师生互动、生生互动中学习语言，增进交流。

（一）挖掘教材的活动因素，创设交流时机

我们本身缺乏自然的外语环境，在课堂教学中，教师要观看光盘教学进程，更要看现场学生的反应，通过讲解、演示等方法创造出模拟生活的语言情景，让学生身边的事物走进课堂，使他们在眼观、耳听活动中感知。比如，在操练介绍某个人时用“This is Mr61Black”、“This is …”时，可让学生穿上大人的西服，打上领带来扮演“Mr61Black”和其他一些角色，虽然孩子们穿上这些衣服，看上去有些滑稽，但可以让学生体验到他就是这个情景中的主角，启发学生主动地投入到语言的学习中。课堂上在不知不觉中把握了学生的掌握程度，让每个学生敢说、乐于说，学生更觉得英语课堂轻松具有趣味。

（二）抓住学生的学习兴趣，注重实践操练

心理学研究表明，兴趣是学习的动机之一，学生学习主要依靠的内在驱动力就是兴趣。我们要抓住学生的学习兴趣，活化学习内容，学以致用。如本人在教学牛津小学英语5A Unit 6 Doing housework时，观看光盘中的热身、做游戏片断，让学生看动作猜一猜，T: Look,what am I doing? Guess!极大地调动了学生的学习兴趣，并在听听、说说、做做中巩固旧知识，学习新词组：如sweep the floor/clean the windows/wash clothes等，他们迫切想知道这些动作用英语怎么说，如何进行交际。由此可见学生们对“优质资源片”中的情景非常感兴趣，趁着这股热情，在学完SuYang和SuHai的对话后，我要求每一组同学仿照对话自编对话，让学生们展开自己的活动——make a telephone call，教师也参与其中，师生之间，生生之间创设互动交际的'氛围，大大活跃了课堂气氛，成功地完成了学习任务。

二、重视实践，在“情景”中巧用“优质资源”

学习英语是为了交际，为了应用，只要教师做有心人，不断挖掘，就会从中找到英语教学的有效途径，使教师和学生享受到教与学的快乐。

（一）模拟光盘再现场景，利用课堂创设情景

学生只有在真实中才能自如地去交际语言，创设的情景要让学生有身临其境的感觉，这样学生才乐于用英语做事情，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。如：《牛津小学英语》5B Unit6 A PE lesson一课，主要通过一堂体育课引出“按指令做动作”这一语言项目，本人在教学中灵活使用“优质资源片”中的对话片断，将自己的教学融入到主讲教师的教学中去，引导、提问学生。如T : Now, boys and girls, look at the man, who’s he, do you know? （二）开展活动体验生活，鼓励学生参与情景

在活动中说英语，把小对话小故事生活化，能够给孩子们提供一定的语言实践机会，调动学生参与的积极性。如观看光盘学习Go shopping时，让学生来扮演shop assistant（售货员）、customer（顾客），即兴用英语进行交流，“实地买卖”，学生在各自的角色里全身心投入。通过这样一个相对真实的环境学生都能尝试着用英语表达自己的意愿，从而较好地掌握Can I help you?What would like?How many kilos?How much is it?等基本用语。学生的主体意识一下子被调动起来，每位同学都不想错失实践机会，动脑想、动口说，使教学活动充满着极大的趣味。

总之，课堂教学是一门艺术，需要精心设计和组织，我们教师要找准每堂课内容与学生生活实际的“切合点”，照顾到不同水平的学生，灵活用好“优质教学资源”，为不同学生搭建发展和展示能力的平台，真正让英语课堂成为师生、生生互动的主阵地，这样学生才能学会自主学习、合作探究，从而实现高效率的课堂教学。

最近我翻阅了章兼中教授所著的《小学英语教育学》一书，其实这本书是非常有价值的，特别是对于从事小学英语教学的教师更有指导意义。章兼中教授长期从事外语教育和中小学外语教材编写和教学实验工作，历任华东师范大学外语系外语教学法研究室主任、国家中小学英语教材评审委员、中国教育学会学术委员会委员和华东地区外语教学法研究会理事长。他的著作有很多，《小学英语教育学》就是其中一部。

这本书旨在研究小学英语教育现象及其规律性，它从课程论、学习论、教学论、情景论、评价理论和科研理论六大方面进行了深层的阐述。虽然看的过程对我来说有些吃力，因为它不象小说一样有很强的故事性，但是阅读这本书使我了解了小学英语的教学原则和外语教学的各种流派。它可以使我的教学理念更加清晰，可以为我日常的英语教学找到切实的理论依据。外语教学法有众多流派，但各个流派都有其优点及缺陷，如何优化各流派的主要共同规律，本著作也有具体的说明。

如：在英语教学中较常用的“全身反应法”即“TPR”活动，其优点是通过身体动作和其他直观手段语言情景，有利于语言教学，在大量理解性听的输入基础上培养说的表达能力，强调情意因素，降低了学生学习的压力，从而提高了教学效率;其缺点是忽视了“对话”这一交际活动的重要功能，不利于交际能力的培养。因此，本著作明确指出：既要扎实掌握语言知识，更要培养交际的能力;在处理外语与母语之间的关系时，强调外语教学，适当利用母语;强调在情景中传授和综合运用语言知识;从强调教师的教，逐步变为强调学生的学。“英语教与学”这一章节中详细地罗列出了九项教育原则，如：兴趣性原则、交际性原则、情景性原则、多样式变化原则、理解性模仿原则等。
