(2)态度问题
求职信中杜绝以下表现:

不够自信。求职信里不可有悲观、自卑的语气,谁会喜欢一个缺乏自信的职员呢?但在许多求职信中,我们见到有人这样写道:“我深深知道我的资历不及他人,但是我能努力做好。”“虽然我现在没有什么经验,但是我会尽量以学习来弥补。”“虽然我不是名牌大学的毕业生,但是我会努力工作。”虽然都有“但是”,其实在气势上早已输给了他人。
自吹自擂。例如:“我能适应各种工作。”“我相信我能改变你单位的亏损状态。”这种劣质“牛皮”,明眼人一眼就能看穿。
仗势欺人。可能是有意,也可能是无意,一些人在求职信里这样写道:“×××总经理让我给你写信,以求法务助理一职。”、“我欲求贵公司计算机专员之职,经×××副总介绍,希望你给予帮助。”这种求职信是非常让人反感的。
威胁对方。例如:“我已经收到了几个公司的面试通知,请贵公司尽快给我答复。”“目前已经有两家公司等我签约,请你单位尽快决定。”请一定要相信,少了你,地球每天一样照转不误,用人单位也不会因没有你就无法运转。
限定时间。例如:“我于本周五将去外地,请在此期限之前给我答复。”“请在×月×日前给我答复,否则我很有可能无法收到贵单位的面试通知。”在写下这些话之前,请你先考虑清楚,到底你是雇主还是对方是雇主,是你在应聘还是对方在应聘?
(3)薪水问题
如果不是对方在招聘广告里要求必须要写明目标薪水,不要在求职信里提及薪水方面的要求。与对方尚未谋面,第一次联系就提出金钱方面的要求,恐怕不会被接受。
(4)“复制+粘贴”问题
如今许多招聘网站都有求职信的范本,而且有的网站还根据各种专业的特点提供了针对该专业的求职信样板,这为毕业生们制作求职信提供了极大的方便。求职者只需把这些模板拷贝下来略加修改(甚至根本不需修改)便能使用,可谓方便快捷。但是也要知道,在享受这种方便的时候,别人也一样在做着同样的 “复制+粘贴”的简单工作。在人事经理面前,内容雷同、格式一样的求职信是没有出路的。因此,请不要贪图方便,还是踏踏实实地写属于自己的求职信吧。一分耕耘一分收获,是颠扑不破的真理。
(5)制作效果问题
请记住以下几点:
一般应选用纸质较好的A4纸,求职信所用的纸张通常要与个人简历所用的相一致。
除非专业所需,例如设计专业,否则不要把求职信设计得过于花哨。
求职信不是手写就要打印。绝对不要用复印或通过其他方式复制出来的求职信。
