To encourage students to enjoy more sunshine, to build up our bodies, and master some daily sports skills, our school has organized the Sunny Sports. All the students from Senior One to Senior Three have been actively participating in this activity. We have kept doing one hour every day for more than one year and all kinds of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, football, high jump, long jump, running and so on. Through the activity, we can happily see that our students’ health has obviously improved, because the number of students who are ill is dropping down, and the weight of fat ones is decreasing. Most importantly, we have formed the habit of doing sports every day and fostered the awareness of lifelong exercise.

梦想有时是可以虚无缥缈的。你摸不着，也看不见的，但是一定要美好。而理想要现实，它将作为你的奋斗目标，有时需要一生的力量。梦想注重“梦”，有时一觉醒来，可能什么也没有，它注重结果。理想注重“理”，一种理性、理智、从容的态度，它注重过程，注重享受过程。
曾经听过这样一句话：“人至少要有一个梦想，有一个理由去坚强，心若没有栖息的地方，到哪儿都像在流浪，”有时，生活会很残酷，你心中这是需要美好，让美好安慰心灵，换而言之就是拥有一个梦想。安徒生儿时生活十分穷苦，可是，他抓住了生活中的美好。就像贝多芬一样：“我要掐住命运的咽喉。”于是乎，安徒生写下了美好的童话，溶解那时人类冷漠的心灵。
梦想是一种力量，但梦做多了，也不是好事，我们需要圆梦，那就是转为理想。
周恩来小时候就曾许下：“为中华之崛起而读书”的理想，付出了很大的努力，最后成为了中华人民共和国、着名的外交家。居里夫人刻苦专研，心中充满理想，最后发现了镭。鲁迅立下“彻底拯救中国人”的理想，毅然弃医从文，成为着名的文学家。写下了脍炙人口的篇章。想必，读者对于鲁迅代表作《孔乙己》这篇文章很熟悉吧!

每个人都有这自己的人生目标，每个人都有自己的人生理想。
如今的我是一名高中的学生，在校园里面学生们大都有着自己的理想。有些学生在努力的为理想拼搏着，努力的向前奋斗着。然而世间没有绝对的完美。有好的就必然要有不好的。校园里也有一部分学生不思进取。懒懒散散。上课睡觉。得过且过的生活着。我曾记得。在我初中的时候历史老师对我们说过一句话“辛辛苦苦十几年，幸幸福福几十年。幸幸福福十几年，辛辛苦苦几十年。”当初年幼无知的我们还不理解老师说的意思。我想现在我们应该理解一部分啦吧。人生苦短。我们应当从小开始就为自己的理想而拼搏着。虽然在求学的这十几年我们会辛苦。可是先苦后甜。只要你付出，努力这十几年的光阴。那么你就会幸幸福福的过完剩下的一生。与之相反的。若我们在这十几年中沉沦于玩耍中没有理想。不会像为自己的理想拼搏。不思进取。自甘堕落的话。那么在这十几年中，在父母的羽翼下，你也许会生活的很快乐。可是当你过完着十几年呢?那么等待你的将辛苦的奋斗一辈子。
我相信我们都是有这自己理想的。我各人认为要实现自己心中的目标就应该自己坚持不懈的努力。去奋斗。也许在我们奋斗的过程中要经历许多的风雨，许多的艰难险阻，但它绝不是渺茫而高不可攀的!古人云“千里之行，始于足下”。在我们追求理想的过程就好比实在走一条长长的路。我们不可以停留在原地不停的感叹着这条路好长啊。要走到什么时候呢?我觉得这些感叹是没有多大用处的。顶多就是感叹一下自己心中的小小不满。在这条道路中。我们唯有不停的向前，向前。努力的拼搏。这样才能离自己的理想更近一步。
当然。我自己也有着自己的理想，以前的我也迷茫过。放弃过。但是现在的我明白啦。放弃，迷茫。只是我们还没有找到前进的方向。现在的我们应该认真学习。才能在这条路上走的更远。只有我们通过努力。我们才可以走向成功。
有一位名人说过一句话“机会是留给有准备的人”。你准备好了吗?
