第一，抽签事宜

第一条、初赛:在4月11日确认辩题时由各领队抽签分组，确定分组情况及在组序号(具体比赛顺序详见赛程表)

第二条、抽签分组确定后由各领队抽签决定每场比赛的正反方。

第三条、每场比赛的辩题由该场比赛的正方领队抽取。

第四条。各参赛队务必按时到场抽签，迟到或未到者按弃抽签权处理，其赛程由筹办方随机制定。

第二:比赛赛制

借鉴流行的国际大专辩论赛的模式，考虑到法律辩论的实际，拟采用如下赛制:双方各出四位辩手组成辩论队，比赛分为五个阶段。

第一阶段

陈辞立论:首先是正方一辩陈辞三分钟，然后是反方一辩陈辞三分钟。剩余三十秒时，记时员举牌提示。

第二阶段

补充立论:首先是正方二辩陈辞三分钟，然后是反方二辩陈辞三分钟。剩余三十秒时，记时员举牌提示。

第三阶段

第四阶段

自由辩论:首先由正方提问，双方累计时间各五分钟。一问一答，以对方辩手的落座计算另一方的累计时间。在自由辩论结束之后，由观众向双方各提两个问题。观众问题由评委团决定是否可以向场上辩论双方提问。

第五阶段

总结陈辞:首先由反方四辩总结，然后由正方四辩总结。双方各四分钟。

第五:评判标准

可以综合仪表举止、辩论逻辑、辩论技巧、辩论深度、辩论语言和整体配合等加权分阶段评分，最后综合分数。

第六:扣分情况

1、当主席宣布时间已到时，辩手仍继续发言超过5秒钟

2、攻辩与自由辩时重复提问或回避问题，打断对方说话，阻止对方回答或长时间回答问题。

3、攻辩时，辩方反问攻方问题，攻方回答辩方问题。

4、一辩或四辩在做攻辩小结或总结陈词时脱离实际或背稿。

5、攻辩与自由辩时任意更换发言队员。

6、自由辩时一方队员连续发言。

7、自由辩论时对重要问题回避两次以上或对于对方已经明确回答的问题仍然不放。

我们来到住宅的第一栋，可以看到旁边都是四年级一班、二班、四班、五班和六班都在这里集合，上面还有一位教官。教官叫我们立正，我们四年级就全部都站地非常端正。教官说：“如果你们站的不好的话今天就不能吃中午饭。”那时已经是中午了，所以我们要吃中午饭。后来我们全四年级都站的非常好，最后终于进入饭堂了。进入饭堂，教官叫我们站着，不能坐下，不然就要做20个伏卧撑，也不能讲话。后来叫我们拿椅子，而且只能给我们10秒钟的时间。后来我们以最快的速度哪好了椅子，后来教官叫我们坐下，我们就迅速的坐下了。后来我们就吃饭了。

One of the recurring themes from last year's earthquake in Sichuan is official corruption and the extent it contributed to the collapse of substandard schools, killing a still unknown number of children. 秋天迎来了国庆，是庆祝祖国妈妈六十八周年生日的日子。

1949年10月1日，是新中国成立的纪念日。在北京天安门广场举行了有数十万军民参加的中华人民共和国开国大典。中央人民政府通过《关于中华人民共和国国庆日的决议》，规定每年10月1日为国庆节，并以这一天作为宣告中华人民共和国成立的日子。从此，每年的10月1日就成为全国各族人民隆重欢庆的节日。

国庆节那一天，我和大姐姐大哥哥去海润国际电影城看电影了。哇，真是人山人海，我们被挤在人群中，跟着带队老师，排队爬上了五楼，开启了我们的欢笑之旅～故事讲了男女角色颠倒的种种搞笑环节，最重要是告诉我们:人人都不容易，我们要多多体谅他人的困难多我别人着想……真好看，我笑的肚子疼……笑过之后还能成长，真是不错的电影……

下午，我们一家去了白塔公园，以前的公园里各种各样艳丽的花盛开着，蝴蝶在上面飞来飞去，一滩水在在太阳底下波光粼粼，好看极了！可是，现在一切都改变了，小花被人们摘去，使蝴蝶变少了；零食包装袋被人们丢进河里，使河水浑浊，使小鱼不再玩耍。哎，人们就是这样给祖国妈妈过生日的？突然，我看到了“特殊的队伍”，原来是实验小学的小学生在集体捡垃圾争当环保小卫士，真好，我看到很多大人都加入了“环保”的队伍……

我不由地想:祖国妈妈做贡献，不仅仅是国庆节做，平常的每一天都要做。比如：节约一滴水；节约一度电；节约一张纸；看到垃圾主动捡起；看到不文明的行为，主动制止……

晚上，我们又去了奶奶家，秋天到了，国庆节正是土豆、玉米丰收的季节，明天我们要帮助爷爷奶奶收秋啦……

这就是我国庆的一天，有喜有忧有收获!我喜欢这一天!

节日活动类作文：中秋节里话中秋

今天，从老师那里听到了“后羿射日、嫦娥奔月”和“玉兔捣药、吴刚伐桂”……虽然早听过，但是从张老师嘴里讲出来又多了一层味道，农历的八月十五恰逢秋季正中，故名中秋。但是，正如同我们可以有好几个名字一样，中秋节因为不同的说法，也有不同的名字，下面我就给你们讲讲她的几个名字吧。

大人们总是说团圆节，这又是怎么回事呢?还是我来揭晓答案吧。中秋之夜，月色皎洁，月亮满圆，像个玉盘一样，远远望去还像是一颗黄宝石，象征着团圆，所以才有团圆节这种叫法。我们在那天都会和家人团圆，可以吃到像月亮一样可口的月饼，还可以隐约看到一只可爱的小兔子在捣药呢!

可千万别小瞧了中秋节，它的名字可不止这些呢，还有“八月节、拜月节、女儿节、追月节、玩月节......”。几乎每一个名字都有一个很有趣的传说，你们不妨也多读读书，看看吧!

中秋节的脚步越来越近了，此时此刻，我想要对在外面不能回家的人说一句“海上生明月，天涯共此时”，但我更想祝在家的小朋友们中秋节快乐，希望大家能像花瓣一样团圆在一起!
