国际商事证明是企业、公司、商事机构、自然人在进行国际间的货物买卖、通关、结汇、吸引外资、引进技术设备、设立境外办事机构、向国外投标、承包工程、提供劳务合作和技术合作、商标与专利注册、商事诉讼和仲裁等国际商事活动中，应客户要求，中国贸促会/中国国际商会依据相关的法律、法规或国际惯例，可以对相关的事实或文书的真实性、合法性给予证明。

我司可为您代理报关单证明书，也即报关单国际商事证明，也叫报关单贸促会认证。报关单证明书是由中国国际贸易促进委员会CCPIT签发的，由封面、证明词页和报关单页所组成，外观类似一本薄薄的证明书。

报关单认证需要注意以下事项：需要认证的报关单必须是海关放行后已经盖章的，无海关章的`报关单一律不得认证。报关单可认证正本，也可认证正本复印件，但不可认证预录单或者无海关章的报关单。

报关单认证分三种：一种是提供正本且认证正本，一种是提供正本认证复印件，一种是不提供正本认证复印件。

提供正本且认证正本所需资料：报关单上的出口单位的营业执照副本复印件(有最新年检章)、对外贸易经营者备案登记表复印件、申请表、声明、委托书、报关单正本。注：申请表、声明、委托书须按照我司提供的固定格式按照要求分别盖章并签字。

提供正本认证复印件所需资料：报关单上的出口单位的营业执照副本复印件(有最新年检章)、对外贸易经营者备案登记表复印件、申请表、声明、委托书、报关单正本和报关单正本复印件两份，注：申请表、声明、委托书须按照我司提供的固定格式按照要求分别盖章并签字。

不提供正本认证复印件所需资料：报关单上的出口单位的营业执照副本复印件(有最新年检章)、对外贸易经营者备案登记表复印件、申请表、声明、委托书、报关单正本复印件两份、保函，注：申请表、声明、委托书须按照我司提供的固定格式按照要求分别盖章并签字。
