一、转学条件

学生符合以下情况之一，确须变更就读学校的，准予办理转学。

1、家长因工作异地调动、居住地变化或其他原因，户籍迁离原学校服务区的;

2、流出学生回原籍就读的;

转学手续一般在学期结束前或新学期开学后一个月内办理，学期中途一般不办理转学手续，学生在休学期间不得转学。

二、申办流程

持转学申请表(一式四份，本区内一式三份，向学校领取并填写完整)及相应证明材料，按以下顺序办理：

1、转入地学校申请同意;2、转入地教育行政部门审核批准;3、转出地学校申请同意4、转出地教育行政部门审核批准5、到原就读学校办理相关转学手续。(本区内转学双方学校同意后送教育局审核批准)

三、所需的相关证明材料(须持原件、复印件，经核查后留复印件)

1、户口已迁进转入地区及回原籍的提供转入地户口簿;

2、户籍尚未迁进转入地区的：持原户口簿，属家长工作异地调动的提供行政介绍信等工作调动证明;属其他特殊原因的须相应的证明材料。
