回答:我想这要因时因人而定的,不能千篇 一律。有些人对严厉的管理方法反应良好,有些人却需要鼓励才能做得更好。好的管理人员应该知道怎么使他的部属发挥更大的潜力。

二、你对营销、管理工作如何看待?

回答:现在社会竞争非常激烈,营销、管理工作不是光凭热情能干好的,它需要经常做些调查研究,了解社会需求,提出目标、计划,同时,需要各方面的配合,才能把工作做的更好。

三、今天来参加面试的有近十位候选人,而我们只挑选二名,如何证明你是他们中最优秀的呢?
